한국군은 국방시설기준이 정립되어 있으나 대부분 시설위주의 설계기준에 중점을 두고 작성되어 있다. 특히 정보통신분야에서는 세부적인 기준은 제시하지 않고 대략적인 수준으로만 제시되어 있다. 미군의 경우 1990년부터 각 군이 공통적으로 적용 가능한 시설기준에 대하여 통합시설기준서(UFC : Unified Facilities Criteria)를 완성해 모든 사업에 공통적용 할 수 있도록 설계기준을 제시하고 있다. 특히 정보통신분야에서는 시설분야와 연계해서 건물내부체계는 미군의 기지통신 기반구조설계기준(I3A: Installation, Information, Infrastructure Architecture)과 시스템에 대해서는 기지 및 캠퍼스지역 네트워크설계기준(ICAN : Installation and Campus area Network)과 비교를 통해 우리군의 지휘 통제시설 및 일반/행정시설에 대한 바람직한 설계기준선을 제시한다.

This paper deals with the improvement of electrode installation for measurement of ground resistance through investigation on the spot in buildings. The investigation was carried out for an earthing terminal board for measurement of ground resistance, installation of auxiliary electrode, etc. The criteria value is set up by measuring method of ground resistance in international standard. In case of inadequate installation of auxiliary electrode, a relative error is analyzed and adequate installation method of auxiliary electrode is proposed. As a consequence, it is necessary to write direction of ground and equipment, and separate auxiliary electrode for measurement of ground resistance in order to minimize measuring error.

Dissolved gases analysis (DGA) is one of the most useful techniques to detect incipient faults in power transformers. Criteria interpreting DGA result is the most important. Because of difference of operation environment, construction type, oil volume, and etc, the interpretative criteria of DGA at KEPCO must be different with other standard like IEC-60599, Rogers and Doernenburg. In this paper, we collected the DGA data of the normal condition transformers and the incipient fault transformer to suggest the most appropriate criteria. Using these data, this paper suggests appropriate condition classification algorithm. Suggested algorithm can help to detect incipient fault earlier without unnecessary sampling.

본 논문은 전력설비, 특히 송전선로에 의해서 발생되는 전기환경장해의 특성과 이것의 제한기준에 관한 연구로서, 전기환경기준을 만족하는 송전선로 최적도체선정에 기본이 되며 전기환경장애 민원의 주 항목이 되는 가청소음, 라디오 및 TV장해, 정전유도 그리고 전자유도에 대한 국내 및 세계각국의 관련기준과 법규를 조사, 비교하고 초고압 실증시험선로에서 도출된 결과를 통하여 우리나라 실정에 맞는 전력설비 전기환경 설계기준(안)을 제시하였다.

This paper gives an assessment criteria and reliability improvement for high frequency power supply of high efficacy electrodeless fluorescent lamp. The electrodeless fluorescent lamp system consist of electrodeless fluorescent lamp, high frequency power supply and lighting fixtures. The high frequency power supply has a shortest life at the system. Therefore It is need to assess the Failure Rate or Mean Time To Failure(MTTF) for the high frequency power supply of electrodeless fluorescent lamp system and improve the reliability at design. We suggest the assessment criteria and improve methods of the reliability on the design basis for the electodeless fluorescent system.

The Criteria of strong motion seismograph installed at free surface and structure is developed as a cooperative project of KEERC considering seismicity and state of seismic instrumentation of Korea. The background of this development and basic concepts are summarized in this report. The criteria of seismic sensor and recorder is also introduced. It is highly recommended to apply this criteria to installation and operation of seismograph at free surface and structure.

The Ballast Water Treatment System was developed to prevent the unintended transport of unwanted organisms from one region to another as demanded by the IMO (International Maritime Organization). Although various types of BWTS in the world have been developed until now and applied to various ships, there has been no systematic basis for its selection and installation. Currently, the system selection and installation are as per ship owner’s suggestion or by easy installation point of view by the shipyard. In order to organize, systemize and solve problems related to the selection and installation of BWTS, a definitive study has been performed to come up with the best alternative to derive value and criteria which were to be met for vessels which are to be equipped with BWTS. Multiple criteria were compared alongside each other during the course of this study. Accordingly an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis method for A, B and C companies were done for container ships with size 10,000 TEU and above. Equipment type for “A” company is “Filter, UV & TiO2” combined type. For “B” company it is “Filter & UV” combined type. Finally for “C” company it is “Electrolysis” type. Henceforth, the results of this study aims to come up with the optimum way to select the best and the most suitable BWTS for a certain vessel.

교통사고 예방을 위해 설치되는 무인교통단속장비의 운영대수는 매년 경찰청과 지방자치단체의 지속적인 설치로 해마다 증가하고 있다. 하지만 공학적, 체계적인 분석결과가 아닌 민원 위주의 정성적인 판단을 기반으로 설치하고 있어 정량적인 설치기준이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 도로 유형별 사고 심각도를 고려한 설치 판단기준을 제시하고 필요 설치대수를 산출하여 향후 추가 설치대수를 도출하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 사고건수와 KSI를 활용하여 교통사고 심각도를 나타낼 수 있는 ARI 지표를 개발하였으며, 일원배치 분산분석과 군집분석을 통해 도로유형을 4가지 유형으로 분류하고, 도로 유형별 사고 잦은 곳의 사고정보를 분석하여 교통사고 심각도가 높은 군집의 ARI를 도출하였다. 도로 유형별 단속장비의 설치 판단을 위한 ARI 값을 제시하였고, 사고 잦은 곳 중 교통단속장비가 기 설치된 구간을 제외하고 5,244대의 추가 설치가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

The objective of this paper is to address to the providing an adequate noise and vibration solution, required for High Speed Rail while maintaining the stability criteria of the ChonAn station structure, the first constructed in Korean High Speed Railway. The significant acoustic pressure level will be induced by the high speed trains passing-by. Therefore, the high level study of this case is necessary. The acoustic pressure level of 85 dB(A) inside the ChonAn station is expected, and the spaces below concrete slab are not suitable for commercial purpose, thus installation of filtering systems (spring boxes containing viscous dampers, ballast mats and acoustic shield) are provided to reduce the effect of the noise and vibration to acceptable level of 55 dB(A). But, a major drawback of application of the previously conducted experimental results was that the actual effect of installation of filtering system was never been validated. Therefore, the acquisition of noise and vibration on the present structure were obtained and compared to the computer simulations. These predicted the behavior of the station reasonably well. Also, the installation of filtering systems gave the superior reduction on noise and vibration. This application is successfully adapted without scarifying stability criteria related to the structural stability including excessive deformations or displacements. Three traffic operation safety limits: deck vertical acceleration, deflection of the structure, and longitudinal displacement of the slab were satisfactory.

The aim of this research is designing road lighting installations(arrangement, mounting height spacing and overhang) which produce a certain level and distribution of luminance together with minimal glare. These can be varied over a limited range for a given luminance and road surface to achieve the required installation performance. In Korea there are no code of practice which lays down recommended performance criteria (Lavg, Uo, Ul, G, TI) with practical design guidance on how to achieve them. In case study design rules and current installation of road lighting in daegu city are analysed. The core of research are suggesting a new performance criteria and providing a set of table giving the maximum lognitudinal spacing between successive luminaires. The result of this research prescribes the combination of height and spacing for various road widths and arrangements which will achieve a specified minimum performance on straigt roads for particular luminaire and a particular road surf-ace.
