  • Experiencing work as a calling has been associated with various positive work-related attitudes and outcomes. Recent studies have examined personal and contextual factors related to job calling; however, gaps remain in the literature on how employees' perception of organizational environment may lead to the formation of employees' job calling. We focused on psychological climate of innovation as the predictor of employees' job calling and further investigated its effect on extra-role behaviors, including innovative work behavior (IWB) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). A total of 165 Malaysian employees from diverse industries and organizations participated in a self-reported online questionnaire. We found support for the mediation model in which the association between a psychological climate of innovation and increased extra-role behaviors through increased job calling. Altogether, these findings provided new insights into the important role of innovative climate on employees' job calling and the mediating role of job calling on extra-role behaviors within occupational settings. Theoretical and practical implications are further discussed.

Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, structural model analysis and Multi-group analysis were performed. Multiple mediating effects were analyzed and Process macro model 7 was used as the smart work environment effect. As a result of the analysis, first, job crafting had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and second, job crafting had a significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior and innovation behavior. • In the case of SMEs, entrepreneurship that organizes only core functions with the minimum number of people is increasing, and a responsibility management system focusing on core functions is emphasized, so that the interest in innovation behavior and survival strategy of enterprises is getting bigger. However, in the case of SMEs, it is not easy to pursue continuous innovation due to lack of capital and lack of professional manpower. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of SME on innovation behavior by selecting exploratory study and literature study for SMEs. The data for this study were 545 out of the total 600 copies distributed to employees in SMEs. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and amos18.0. First, product diversification, strategy formulation, and R & D have a significant effect on innovation behavior, and market diversification has no effect on innovation behavior. Second, working variables such as product diversification, market diversification, strategy formulation, and R & D do not control the influence of innovative behavior on innovation behavior. Third, the rank variable, which is the controlling variable, controls the magnitude of the effect of product diversification, market diversification, strategy formulation, and R & D on innovation behavior. As a result, corporate managers should lead the organization in order to promote product diversification, market diversification strategy, R & D and innovation activities. After discussing the conclusions and implications of this study, this study presented the direction of the research for the follow-up study.

  • The purpose of this study is to study the impact of knowledge sharing behavior, self-efficacy, team collaboration, and job autonomy on organizational innovation among the smart work characteristic factors for members of small and medium-sized venture companies, and to study the differences according to generation/digital literacy level. It is to provide implications so that it can be reflected in the organizational innovation of venture companies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that knowledge sharing behavior and team collaboration had an effect on organizational innovation, while self-efficacy and job autonomy did not affect organizational innovation. In addition, as a moderating effect, it was confirmed that there were differences in self-efficacy and team collaboration according to the level of digital literacy, and differences in knowledge sharing behavior, self-efficacy, and team collaboration by generation. Therefore, in this study, we identified important influencing factors for organizational innovation according to changes in the smart work environment of small and medium-sized venture companies, and suggested ways to secure corporate competitiveness. It suggests that organizational innovation can be strengthened only by confirming the relationship between organizational innovation and finding ways to develop and utilize differentiated capabilities.

  • This study was conducted to investigate whether WGB (Work-Growth Balance), an area of WLB (Work-Life Balance) improves Interpersonal Harmony, Creative Effort and Innovative Behavior in the organization, and whether Interpersonal Harmony and Creative Efforts have indirect effects on the relationship between WGB and Innovative Behavior. To test the hypothesis of this study, PROCESS Macro by Hayes (2013) was used. The results showed that WGB, Interpersonal Harmony, and Creative Effort influenced Innovative Behavior and WGB were variables that influenced Interpersonal Harmony. The variables influencing Creative Effort turned out to be WGB and Interpersonal Harmony. The indirect effect of Interpersonal Harmony and Creative Efforts was also confirmed in the relationship between WGB and Innovative Behavior. In addition, the magnitude of the effect between parameters was examined through Process Macro analysis. It turned out that there is a synergy relationship between WGB, Interpersonal Harmony, Creative Efforts and Innovative Behaviors. In future, more researches on WGB among various industries as well as mediating variables are expected. Further research is needed to study the various parameters of WGB and innovation behavior, and to Balance of Work-Family and Balance of Work-Leisure.
