LCC를 고려한 BOX구조물 뒷채움 재료의 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Box Mechanical Behavior Materials Using LCC Analysis)

  • 경량기포혼합토는 경량성으로 인해 구조물 등에 작용하는 하중이 저감되어 연약지반의 뒷채움 재료로 사용되지만, 일반토사에 비하여 초기시공비용이 많이 소요되어 아직 국내에서는 많이 적용되고 있지 않다. 주로 뒷채움 재료는 초기시공비가 적게 소요되는 일반토사를 사용하고 있으나, 일반토사의 덧씌우기 공법은 횟수가 증가함에 따라 사용연수가 감소된다. 특히 연약지반에 설치된 BOX구조물이나 교대 뒷채움 인근의 단차 발생 시 덧씌우기 공법은 일시적인 대체공법은 가능하지만, 덧씌우기 두께에 대한 하중만큼 추가 하중이 발생하게 되므로 결국 단차에 대한 해결책은 되지 못한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 BOX구조물 뒷채움 재료인 일반토사와 경량기포혼합토의 두 가지 대안에 대하여 LCC 분석을 실시하고 경제적 측면에서 보다 합리적인 의사결정을 할 수 있는 경제성 분석을 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과 경량기포혼합토가 일반토사에 비해 초기시공비용은 많이 소요되지만 유지관리 측면에서는 비용이 더 적게 소요되어 경제성을 확보할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Recently, in according to increase cognizance of energy and resources exhaustion, renewable energy system is received attention. In particular, ground heat pump system(GSHP) utilizing annually stable ground temperature for energy saving have been attracted in many buildings. However, GSHP system have disadvantage due to increase of initial installation and boring cost. In this study, in order to reduce the initial cost and to supply ground heat pump system into small scale house, an unit-type ground heat exchanger was developed.

  • Cooling and Heating system using Geothermal energy in the country has shown rapid development in the research and business field during about 10 years. However, like other renewable energy sources, high initial construction cost is acting as an obstacle to apply widely. Therefore Energy pile system(Heat Exchanger inserted inside the structure pile) that can save about 25 % initial construction cost has been studied in European countries and recently being studied in our country. Therefore, KPECO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) is also studying energy pile system to improve cooling & heating system in substation that install about 200 pile. KPECO is aimed to make energy pile design, construction and maintenance standards because substation has good applicability. In this study, we studied to make new grout material and design program to make optimized design & counstruction method of energy pile system. And planing to peform field test for energy pile system in a 154 kV substation to obtain long-term behavior and efficiency of the system.

B2S궤도시스템의 초기 시설 투입비용 분석 (Initial Investment Cost Analysis of Facilities of B2S Track System)

  • B2S(Ballasted track To Slab track) that is track system has been first developed in 2004 with foundation of rich experience and know-how of subway track upkeep and mending of facilities in 36 years to improve an existence pebble track at a concrete track. 'B2S' is admitted technology through patent registration in the domestic and Europe and it's made by a factory and put together at field, so it's able to construct precisely and to reduce a construction period. In addition, safety, the ecological balance and durability are excellent, and walking, cleaning, etc. has the advantage of easy maintenance. 'B2S' is currently laying 27.7km at Seoulmetro as of end of 2010 standard, but it'll be expected to be applied to a domestic Metro more from now on. It is possible to classify the total cost resolution structure of B2S system by R&D cost, test production and experiment cost, the initial facility cost, maintenance cost, disposal cost. In this research, it seems useful for selection evaluation which considered the life cycle cost or economics of the concrete track structure by analyzing an initial cost of facilities.

BIM기반 건축물 수선교체비 산정 프로세스 (BIM-based Repair&Replacement (R&R) Cost Estimating Process)

  • 건설사업비 중 건축물의 유지관리비용이 차지하는 비중이 초기투자비만큼이나 상당하며 국내의 경우 건설공사의 생애주기비용(LCC)관점에서 설계VE검토 업무를 시행하고 있다. 건설산업의 정보화와 고도화 급속히 진행됨에 따라 BIM에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 2012년부터 조달청은 500억원 이상인 공공공사에 BIM적용을 의무화를 시작으로 2016년부터 조달청이 발주하는 모든 공공공사에 BIM적용이 의무화된다. 건축설계의 패러다임이 2D방식에서 3D, 데이터관리 관점의 BIM으로의 전환이 정책적으로 이루어지고 있는 환경에서, LCC측면에서의 BIM활용에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 특히, LCC분석 요소 중 하나인 수선교체비 산정을 위한 BIM 소프트웨어는 부재하며 상용화된 BIM저작도구에서 수선교체비 산정을 위한 정보의 전달이 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 데이터 표준 포맷인 IFC기반 수선교체비 산정을 위한 프로세스를 제안한다. 먼저, 현재 존재하는 수선교체 기준을 분석하고 BIM기반 수선교체비 산정 요구정보를 정의한다. 정의된 요구정보는 각 정보에 해당하는 IFC를 통해 추출되고, BIM기반 수선교체비 산정 요구정보 DB에 저장된다. 이는 외부 DB인 수선교체기준DB와 단가DB와 연계하여 수선교체비를 산정한다. 본 연구가 제시하는 프로세스를 통해 BIM환경에 대응하여 BIM모델을 활용한 수선교체비 산정의 효율화를 기대하며 수선교체비 뿐만 아니라 초기공사비, 에너지비용, 유지관리비용에 이르기까지 향후 LCC분석 요소에 확장하여 적용이 가능할 것이며 BIM기반 LCC분석의 표준화에 기여할 수 있다.

ICT Implementation for Materials Management in Construction Projects: Case Studies

  • Construction materials usually constitute a major portion of the total cost in a building construction project. Materials management Is made problematic by materials shortages, delays in supply, price fluctuations, damage and wastage, and lack of storage space. Despite the potential benefit of ICT, convincing construction organisations to embrace its use and implementation has proved a difficult task. This study seeks to identify the implementation of ICT for materials management processes in construction projects. The findings from the case studies reveal that the implementation of ICT in the materials management processes for construction projects in Malaysia Is at early stage. Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and handheld devices are found to be the common ICT tools adopted in the materials management processes. The main barrier is found to be the cost involvement at the initial stage or overall implementation of ICT in the materials management processes. Finally, this paper concludes the finding from interviews towards the ICT implementation of materials management in the construction projects.

몽골에서의 지열 시스템 적용을 위한 주택 에너지분석 (Analysis on Housing Energy for Applying Geothermal System in Mongolia)

  • In the capital of Mongolia where the air quality is getting worse due to the coal consumption used for electricity generation and district heating, the application of geothermal systems in the housing sector is recently designed for high class resort. In this study, the case of applying a geothermal system in a house in Mongolia is examined. The effects of passive house design on the needed heat pump capacity, as well as the annual energy consumption are analyzed. Moreover, as the initial costs, except labor fee, are assumed similar to Korea, cost analysis for several cases is examined, too. From the results, if a house is designed according to passive house standard instead of ASHRAE standard, the heat pump capacity can be expected to be reduced from 16 to 5~6 RT. Furthermore, although the initial cost of architectural cost might increased by 29 M\, the total initial cost is reduced by 14 M\, while the annual energy consumption is reduced by 14%. This is mainly driven by the fact that the geothermal system which serves as the main system to cover the building needs, with a high initial cost for fulfilling the peak requirements.

교량의 생애주기비용 최적설계 (Optimal Life Cycle Cost Design of a Bridge)

  • 최근 들어 교량과 같은 구조물에 대한 생애주기비용(Life Cycle Cost, LCC) 분석의 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 그러나 교량의 공용수명 동안 발생할 수 있는 생애주기비용은 설계 및 시공조건 그리고 사용환경에 따라 많은 불확실성을 내포하고 있기 때문에 정확히 예측하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 교량의 생애주기비용 최적설계를 위한 설계방법을 제시하였다. 교량의 총생애주기비용은 초기비용, 손상비용 유지관리비용, 보수/보강비용, 사용자비용, 해제/폐기비용의 합으로 산정하였다. 생애주기비용을 목적함수로 하고 도로교설계기준을 제약조건으로 최적화를 수행하였다. 초기비용은 종합불가정보 및 참고자료를 근거로 산출하였으며, 하중 및 부재에 대한 불확실성을 고려하기 위해 손상확률의 개념을 도입하여 손상비용을 산출하였다. 교량의 내하율곡선을 이용하여 교량의 보수/보강 비용을 추정하였으며, 차량운행비용과 시간지연비용으로부터 사용자비용을 산정하였다. 이로부터 교량에 대한 생애주기비용 최적설계를 수행하고 주요인자들에 대한 영향을 살펴보았다.

강철도교의 부식영향에 따른 생애주기비용분석 (Life Cycle Cost Analysis of Steel Railroad Bridges Under Corrosive Environment)

  • This paper represents the life-cycle cost(LCC) of steel bridges which are located on the train-network. Corrosion problems are mainly considered in the steel members such as steel plate girder, box girder, truss and arch. Based on the current value, initial construction cost, maintenance cost and demolition cost are calculated and life-cycle costs are formulated for the several types of bridges. From the comparison on each LCC, an effective painting method is recommended for reducing the LCC of steel bridges. Even though the initial cost of Super Weather Resistance Heavy Duty Paintings (Resin Fluoride) is expensive, because of the long endurance, the LCC of steel bridges painted with Super Weather Resistance Heavy Duty Paintings (Resin Fluoride) is less than that painted with General Heavy Duty (Rubber Chloride).
