As the international Maritime Organization is tightening up the emission regulation vessel, many countries and companies are pushing ahead the LNG fuel as one of long term solution for emission problems of ship. as a study on the way to conduct business for LNG bunkering around the world, this study was analyzed in view-point of business models focused on major countries such as Japan, China, Singapore, Europe and United States. The results of this study are as follows. China first established a nation-centered LNG bunkering policy. And then, the state and the energy company have been cooperating and carrying on LNG bunkering business for LNG fueled ships. Some countries in Europe and United States are in the process of LNG bunkering business mainly with private company. To obtain cheaper LNG fuel than bunker-C, the private company has a business model of LNG bunkering on their own LNG fueled ships, while securing LNG with high price competitiveness through partnership with middle class operators such us LNG terminal and natural gas liquefaction plant. Also, the LNG bunkering business around the world is focused on private companies rather than public corporations, but it was going to be focused on large energy companies because the initial cost required to build LNG bunkering infrastructure. Three models (TOTE model, Shell model, ENGIE model) of LNG bun kering business are currently being developed. It has been found that the way in which LNG bunkering business is implemented by different countries is applied differently according to the enterprise and national policy.

This study investigates the impact of international oil price fluctuations on overseas construction orders secured by domestic and foreign companies. The analysis employs statistical data spanning the past 20 years, encompassing international oil prices, overseas construction orders from domestic firms, and new overseas construction orders from the top 250 global construction companies. The correlation between these variables is assessed using correlation coefficients(R), determination coefficients(R2), and p-values. The results indicate a strong positive correlation between international oil prices and overseas construction orders. The correlation coefficient between domestic overseas construction orders and oil prices is found to be 0.8 or higher, signifying a significant influence. Similarly, a high correlation coefficient of 0.76 is observed between oil prices and new orders from leading global construction companies. Further analysis reveals a particularly strong correlation between oil prices and overseas construction orders in Asia and the Middle East, potentially due to the prevalence of oil-related projects in these regions. Additionally, a high correlation is observed between oil prices and orders for industrial facilities compared to architectural projects. This suggests an increase in plant construction volumes driven by fluctuations in oil prices. Based on these findings, the study proposes an entry strategy for navigating oil price volatility and maintaining competitiveness in the overseas construction market. Key recommendations include diversifying project locations and supplier bases; utilizing hedging techniques for exchange rate risk management, adapting to local infrastructure and market conditions, establishing local partnerships and securing skilled local labor, implementing technological innovations and digitization at construction sites to enhance productivity and cost reduction The insights gained from this study, coupled with the proposed overseas expansion strategies, offer valuable guidance for mitigating risks in the global construction market and fostering resilience in response to international oil price fluctuations. This approach is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic and foreign construction firms seeking success in the international arena.
This study conducted a SWOT/AHP analysis to prepare a developmental strategy for Gwangyang Port. The SWOT analysis is used to analyze internal and external environment in the strategy stage. The SWOT/AHP analysis was proposed by Kurttila et. al. (2000) to improve usefulness of the SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis confirm what factors are present in the SWOT group. Therefore, when it is combined with the AHP analysis, it evaluated the relative importance of factors gained from the SWOT analysis and used them to develop strategies. To sum up the results, in the SWOT group, opportunity, strong points, threat and weak points were relatively important in a good order. In respect to factors of the SWOT, for a factor of strength, reasonable freight cost, good port site, and broad hinterland were relatively important. As to factors of weakness, absence of an efficient customs system, a complex transport system and port personnel were relatively important. As to factors of opportunity, an improved transport system through building various infrastructures, consistent development of a connected industrial complex, and increased cargos in northeast area were relatively important. As to threat factors, an improved transport system through building various infrastructure, competition with neighboring ports and small complex transport companies were relatively important.

The business environment is changing rapidly because of the global crisis. In order to survive and enhance competitiveness in the global market, global manufacturing companies are trying to overcome the crisis through the convergence of production infrastructure and IT technology. The importance of systems to support the integration of manufacturing processes, collaboration in product development, and information integration of providers and producers is therefore increasing. In this paper, research is conducted on the design and implementation of a collaboration system to support a power-boat manufacturing company in this situation of increased demand for collaboration and information integration. The system was designed through product-structure and production-process analysis, support product data management, and enterprise contents management. The company involved in the power-boat development project is expected to show an improvement in productivity through the integrated management of information and collaboration provided by this system.

The recent increase of fresh farm products, hazardous cargos, and high-priced goods in marine transportation has caused an increased demand of cargo owners and shipping companies with regard to the monitoring of the location and state of cargo. To meet this increase, numerous technologies are being studied for the monitoring of the cargo state. Cargo containers on a ship are loaded on a ship's deck and in a ship's hold, which is located under the deck. However, Since the developed technologies mostly transfer the container status information that collected by mobile communication, it costs a lot to install communication infrastructure on ship. And the ship's hold is completely sealed with a cover, and communication with the reader positioned at the ship's bridge is difficult. Therefore, most existing studies on container monitoring on ships have focused on the monitoring of containers loaded on a ship's deck. Accordingly, this study suggested system configuration for the monitoring of containers in a ship's hold using IP-RFID technology. The suggested system configuration was tested on an actual ship under navigation, and the test results are given in this study. The test results verified that the monitoring of containers in a ship's hold using IP-RFID technology is effective.

With the development of IOT technology and the expansion of ICT services recently, a variety of home network services have been advanced based on wired and wireless high speed telecommunication. Domestic and global companies have been studying on the innovative technology for the users using IOT based technology and the environment for the smart home services has been gradually developed. The users live their lives with more convenience due to the expansions and developments of smart phones. However, the threatening on the security of the smart home network had occurred by various attacks with the connection to the smart environment telecommunication, lack of applications on low powered and light weight telecommunication, and the problems of security guideline. In addition, the solutions are required for the new and variant attacking cases such as data forgery and alteration of the device for disguising approach with ill will. In this article, the safe communication protocol was designed using certification management technique based on AKI which supplemented the weakness of PKI, the existing certification system in the smart environment. Utilizing the signature technique based on ECDSA, the efficiency on the communication performance was improved, and the security and the safety were analyzed on the security threat under the smart home environment.
The biggest change in modern society because we will transition to a ubiquitous environment. Changes in the environment has become a crucial instrument that finally opens the era of convergence management through integrating the various fields in their own business. The desire of consumers to new innovative products appears to be a constant thing companies are constantly trying to respond to these changes, there may not be a problem for the convergence of sustainability management company in the end. In this study, based on the convergence of corporate management need to be a fusion component of corporate management to examine whether any impact on the quality of innovation. Results showed that the fusion management components that affect both internal factors and external factors, core factors quality improvement. Internal factors detailed in the convergence management leadership, risk management factors showed a positive external factors affecting appeared to affect positively the knowledge-sharing factors, infrastructure factors. Finally, core factor is technology factors, educational learning factors showed a positive impact. This results suggest that be a big impact factors of competitiveness of enterprises through convergence management in the future and will serve as the strategic basis for the convergence of future corporate management.

Recently, cyber threats are frequently occurring in ICS(industrial control systems) of government agencies, infrastructure, and manufacturing companies. In order to cope with such cyber threats, it is necessary to apply CTI to ICS. For this purpose, a security information collection system is needed. However, it is difficult to install security solution in control devices such as PLC. Therefor, it is difficult to collect security information of ICS. In addition, there is a problem that the security information format generated in various assets is different. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an efficient method to collect ICS security information. We utilize CybOX/STIX/TAXII CTI models that are easy to apply to ICS. Using this model, we designed the formats to collect security information of ICS assets. We created formats for system logs, IDS logs, and EWS application logs of ICS assets using Windows and Linux. In addition, we designed and implemented a security information collection system that reflects the designed formats. This system can be used to apply monitoring system and CTI to future ICS.
In order to sustain competitive advantage through strategic product differentiation in global market, this research aims to establishment of strategic design conditions for domestic manufacturing firms through the means of product image alignment and positioning, using visual character of product as the foundation for establishing corporate image. Case studies on how globally successful multinational companies manage design strategy and corporate culture uniformly for coherent product image management are reviewed. To establish product image alignment methodology for manufacturing firms, the criteria for product image positioning and aligned product image development process are developed in three stages. First, in image positioning stage, it is important to set the direction for corporate image and design strategy by identifying consumer needs through market trends analysis and forecasting as well as comparative positioning of the analysis results of the firms's own corporate image and that of the competitor's. Second, in awareness building stage, before building the product image alignment, firm-wide shared awareness of differentiated corporate and product image, establishment of designer's role as the consolidated manager of product image, sharing form language, and building the infrastructure for defining form information should be preceded. Third, in managing the aligned product image stage, the condition for setting up image information management guideline, management of decision making process for arriving at logical decisions on product form, development of guideline for increasing efficiency and its evaluation system, and co-development of related design should be induced. Further research on the product image alignment with corporate image should be conducted through various empirical studies on image and form, building an information system of related design language, and continuous assessment and management of applied solutions.
Purpose - There is a recent social trend that is focused on the revitalization of business-founding. Business-founding now has an important impact on the progress of the national economy because of youth unemployment and an increase in baby-boom generation retirees. However, the support and infrastructure required for business-founding of the disabled are very insufficient. Since most supporting policies are on youth or middle-aged business-founding, business-founding by the disabled and the socially weak is losing competitiveness. Accordingly, this study diagnosed the issues by analyzing the current status of business-founding by the disabled and suggested a fostering direction for the advance of business-founding by the disabled. An idea for the founding of various business items is required for the competitiveness of business-founding by the disabled and the establishment of a growth-model based on marketing is required so that business-founding by the disabled would advance toward commercialization with growth potential. Research design, data, and methodology - Regarding the study method, the existing study literature on the status and issues in business-founding was mainly explored. In addition, the existing literature on the status and issues in business-founding by the disabled was also studied. The support on business-founding by the disabled by policy enforced by the 'Welfare Service Agency for the Disabled'and the support of related agencies including financial support on the commercialization of business-founding by the disabled were also examined. Results - Existing studies on business-founding by the disabled are very insufficient. It is very difficult to study a viable business-founding by the disabled fostering policy without thorough learning on the difficulties of business-founding by the disabled. Therefore, this study suggested a direction for the resolution of various issues such as market, funds, item, operational matters, and service by analyzing the difficulties in business-founding by the disabled until now. Particularly, this study suggested that building a commercialization model from the aspect of marketing strategy and the effort to change the growth aspect of the disabled into competitiveness are essential. Conclusions - This study examined the aspect of developing an item-development process for the growth and founding of disabled-owned businesses and the requirement of a government support system by multiple policies. Since the number of studies on business-founding by the disabled is very small, it is expected that this study would become an important study in the field of business-founding by the disabled. The revitalization of business-founding by the disabled substantially contributes to the progress of the state of the economy and continuous interest is required from the viewpoint of equal advance in the society. Success models in business-founding by the disabled should be created continuously and active publicizing of them to the disabled business-founders by analyzing the success cases would also be required. In addition, it is believed that a market entry strategy by way of a win-win strategy and cooperative relation with big companies should be also developed in the future.
