In this study, the achievement standards of the "Construction and Operation of Infomation unit were established as the revision of the middle school Infomatice Curriculum in 2007. Based upon archievement standards, the assessment standards were made. And the exemplification was presented for it. The levels of the achievement unit were set in the small unit level through the understanding and the analysis of the new curriculum. The achievement standards were stated in the point of views of the students. The assessment standards divide students' achievement into three level(high/middle/low) and state each level so that it can guide evaluation of achievement. Considering the education environments, the time of the course, and the students' levels, the achievement and assessment standards can be reconstructed and would be used. Before the application of the revised Informatics curriculum, we intend for the understanding about new curriculum to be improved and for the informatics of educational activities to be advanced in quality.

This paper attempts to explore the need and importance of values integration in educational activities to mitigate learning crisis and promote sustainable learning achievement. The traditional approach, commercial motive, focus on instrumental knowledge coupled with many other contemporary issues have collectively smothered the fundamental humanistic principles of education. To avert the situation and execute the core objectives, we need to shift our focus: a shift from instrumental knowledge to humanistic-transformational knowledge; a shift from the traditional approach of supplying and storing information to learning to deal with the real-world problems; a shift from head to heart. Values integration is an attempt to initiate and promote this shift. Rather than teaching values and moral principles under a particular subject heading, values need to be a part of everyday in-school and out-school activities. To concretize this concept, a model is proposed in this study as a holistic model of values integration via whole school ambiances and community support.

In this study, we present an assessment model for the 'Information Society and Computer' subject of the 7th National High School Curriculum. The Assessment model is developed to improve the quality of the curriculum by considering both of the objective of the National Curriculum and the property of the subject. To develop the assessment model, we analyzed textbooks used in most schools, developed achievement standards, classified assessment areas and standards. Adequacy and potential practice of the assessment model is also reviewed and evaluated by subject experts.

This paper is about a development of effective practice subject in electronic circuit textbook of industrial high school. This paper introduces generally about the practice subject in electronic circuit textbook of industrial high school of the 7th National curriculum and presents problem of current practice and makes an alternative idea that improve current practice. The contents of current electronic circuit textbook of industrial high school have variety topics and these topics are independence and separated. So students have some problems to apply of learned knowledge. Therefore, researcher improved the various electronic circuit practice in current electronic circuit text book and added new practice and manufactured a electronic circuit module based on these circuits. And researcher suggested new practice subject what useful electronic equipment that assembled module of result of electronic circuit practice of each section. When the last subjects are accomplished the students may have feel of achievement and high study effect from these practice. The practice subjects of this paper were manufactured after verification and tested it's performance by computer simulation program I hope that these new practice subjects make effective understanding and application of electronic circuit for student.

This paper describes an in-depth study on the effect of students' writing of a reflection journal on academic achievement in Linux courses. For this purpose, students who took a Linux class were surveyed. Those participants were divided into two groups; an experimental group and a control group. Their academic achievement was compared and analyzed for this study and reflection journal was applied for 6 weeks after middle test. The results suggests that task achievement, expectation, learning persistence, self-efficacy, learning attitude, satisfaction in writing a reflection journal, and subject study were improved for the students who wrote a reflection journal. In addition to this, it suggests that the writing of a reflection journal has a significant effect on academic achievement in Linux subjects. It is meaningful for teaching skill of computer engineering education.

STEAM learning, which combined software with hardware, can greatly increase algorithm improvement, problem-solving skills, integrated thinking ability etc. and can ultimately improve learning attitude and academic achievement. In this study, we developed STEAM learning model so that 6th graders who can fully understand the basic concept of programming can learn subject contents of national textbooks (5 kinds) with programming that combined six sensors attached Sensor_board with Scratch and applied it to 6th grade class and analyzed the results. As a result, the STEAM learning tool that combined Scratch with Sensor_board was analyzed to be suitable for most elementary school students to be evaluated. In the achievement evaluation of learning, 39.5% of students obtained more than 7 points out of perfect 10 in the average achievement level of 5 subjects so most students evaluated were analyzed to obtain satisfactory achievement. Therefore, STEAM learning using Scratch and Sensor_board, hardware is considered to be more effective than existing software-centered ${\times}$learning using only software.

The purpose of the present study is to examine prediction of academic self-efficacy, perceived usefulness and ease of use on flow and academic achievement in community college education. For this study, D Community college in Korea was chosen and two survey were conducted. The subject were 114 engineering students who enrolled in the spring semester of 2010. The result of this study through multiple regression analysis indicated that academic self-efficacy predicted significantly on flow. But perceived usefulness and ease of use didn't predicted significantly on flow. Also, academic self-efficacy, perceived usefulness predicted significantly on academic achievement. But ease of use didn't predicted significantly on academic achievement. The result of this study suggested that academic self-efficacy, perceived usefulness should be considered for improving flow and academic achievement in community college education.

The objective of this research is to devise a BARS evaluation system as a performance evaluation plan for non-face-to-face capstone design and to verify the validity through the expert FGI as the remote education is highlighted as a new normal standard in the post corona epoch. The conclusion of this research is as follows. First, the non-face-to-face capstone design is a competency centered subject that allows you to develop the engineering and majoring knowledge and its function and attitude, and the achievement of program outcome is the objective competency, and the researcher proposes the BARS method evaluation, one of competency evaluation method, as a new performance evaluation plan. Second, for the evaluation of PO achievement of non-face-to-face capstone design, the researcher deduced 20 behavior identification standard(anchor) of BARS evaluation system, and developed the achievement standard per 4 levels. Third, as the evaluation tool of non-face-to-face capstone design, the presentation data(PPT), presentation video, product such as trial product(model), non-face-to-face class participation video, discussion participating video, team activity report, and result report for the evidential data of BARS evaluation were appeared as proper. Finally, the BARS evaluation plan of non-face-to-face capstone design would be efficiently made through the establishment of evaluation plan, the establishment of grading standard of BARS evaluation scale, the determination of evaluation subject and online BARS evaluation site.

This descriptive research is to find communication ability, general and social self-efficacy, and academic achievement in peer collaboration subject of nursing freshmen. The data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 19.0. The communication ability was higher in the extroverts and high discussion preference ones(p=.01), females' social self-efficacy were higher than males'(p=.03), the general and social self-efficacy of the 'introverted' and 'middle' groups were higher than the extroverts'(p=.01). The social self-efficacy on the 'middle high', 'middle' and 'middle low' of self-evaluated school grades groups were higher than 'high' one's, even the academic achievement of 'high' group was the most(p=.01). There were negative correlations between communication ability and self-efficacy, and between social self-efficacy and academic achievement. And social self-efficacy affected on the academic achievement in peer collaboration subject($R^2=0.058$, p<.05). These results can be used as a basis for developing guidelines of nursing freshmen who have to complete a lot of theoretical and practical courses in university.

The purpose of the study was to develop evaluation methods which would measure student achievement and progress without traditional paper-pencil tests such as mid-term and final examinations. More specifically, the main research focus were to establish general directions of student assessment during free semester, to build evaluation models supporting student's participation and learning, and to report and record various student evaluation results. As research results, we found that student evaluation of free semester should be organized to improve a) experience learning activity, self-regulatory and collaboratory study, b) high-order thinking ability and character-building, and c) teacher-student-parent cooperation. Since traditional paper-pencil tests were restricted in free semester, student achievement should be provided by a way of performance descriptions on transcripts rather than quantitative grade points. Student performance descriptions had to show not only subject knowledge but also students efforts, motivation, and participation. These multiple and educationally meaningful information would be collected by teacher-student-parent communication and collaboration.
