This paper discusses on implementation methods for providing data exchange capability of the Construction Project Lifecycle Management System (CPLM). Because most information media currently used in the construction industry are computer files, the system must be capable of handling various file types; however, The goals of PLM cannot be achieved if the contents of the files are communicated freely, which can only be achieved using a standardized information model that has comprehensive coverage of all information produced within the projects (i.e., a BlM). Several methods of adopting the model are investigated here, and a transitional implementation method for K-IFC is suggested, in which a file-based exchange backed by the BlM can evolve into object-level transactions of the BIM with not only advanced data integrity and security, but also improved communications between the project participants.

This study analyzes the achievement of the shipping policies and the priority for the promotion of such policies, in order to consider the features of the shipping industries in Korea and other advanced shipping countries and manage the rapidly changing shipping environment actively. Based on such analysis, this study also discusses the promotional strategy to strengthen the international competitiveness of the shipping industry. Regarding the promotion of the related policies, it is necessary to establish a base for growth, strengthen a capacity of leading the market, and create an opportunity in the market. By considering such three factors, it has become known that the establishment of the market order is important for the establishment of a base for growth. It is important to consider the advancement of the shipping tax system. Also, the information-orientation and the knowledge-industrialization of the shipping industry need to be considered. In order to strengthen a capacity of leading the market, the stable security of the labor force in the shipping industry is the most important factor. Also, it is important to consider the development and the upbringing of the global mega career and the shipping business. Regarding the creation of an opportunity in the market, it is important to expand the range of the shipping exchange between South Korea and North Korea, which will influence the administrative and the operative results related with the promotion of the related policies.

Recently, digital transformation in the financial industry has been accelerated, and it has become an important task to improve the level of utilization of Internet banking by elderly consumers, who are vulnerable to Internet use. Accordingly, this study analyzed 3,101 respondents in their 60s or older from the 11th year of the Media Panel Survey to identify demographic, experiential, and psychological factors that affect the self-efficacy of elderly consumers' usage of Internet banking. The main research findings are as follows. First, gender, education, occupation, and income were identified as demographic variables. Second, the Internet shopping experience was identified as an experiential factor. Also, concerns about information security, digital literacy, and high will for problem-solving were identified as psychological factors. Third, as a result of the moderating effect analysis on whether the experiential and psychological factors have different influences according to the group divided into the 60s and 70s, the effect on self-efficacy in the usage of the Internet was classified by age. The results of this study will be able to enrich the discussions related to the intention to utilize technology among elderly consumers by empirically revealing that there are characteristics that cause differences in financial behavior even within one group called the elderly.

In this paper, we developed the UHF RFID system for EPC Class1 Generation 2 specification. The RFID is a technique of identifying an object using radio frequency transmission. UHF band RFID system communication between Reader and Tag for provide the power to tag when be active when reader’s command finished the transfer. RFID technology can be applied to the supply chain, security, logistics industry and etc. Especially, UHF RFID is worth noticing because of its relatively long identification rage and commercial UHF RFID systems are under development.

Recently, a considerable number of studies have been made on the $RFID^{[1-6]}$ systems. RFID is a technique of identifying an object using radio frequency transmission. The technology can be used to identify, track, sort or detect a wide variety of objects. The RFID system is composed of two main elements: a reader and a tag. Tags can either be active (powered by battery) or passive (powered by the reader field). The passive tags communicate back to the reader with a technique called 'backscatter'. RFID technology can be applied to the supply chain, security, logistics industry and etc. Especially, UHF RFID is worth noticing because of its relatively long identification range and commercial UHF RFID systems are under development. In this paper, we designed and implemented a UHF RFID reader firmware for ISO/IEC 18000-6 Type B specification.

There has been more increased the development of 3D technique since many 3D contents of 3D graphic model, 3D mobile/computer game, and 3D CAD have been serviced in Web or industry fields. Therefore, the watermarking system is more required to protect the copyright for 3D contents. Currently there has been researched about the watermarking for 3D graphic model of mesh or NURBS. However, watermarking technique based on CAD design drawing leaves something to be desired yet. This paper proposed the watermarking technique for 3D CAD design drawing using Line and Arc components. After drawing out Line and Arc components from designed drawing, we embed the watermark into both the length of Line component and the radius of Arc component. Experimental results verified that the proposed algorithm satisfies the transparency about watermarked drawing and also has the robustness against several attacks by using public CAD tool.

As the 21st century signifies an information-oriented society, the computer integration takes place in all walks of human presence. Needs for computer and network-integrated automation present new challenges in military as well as commercial facility systems engineering. Since the first intelligent building appeared in USA in 1984, it gradually became an essential capability for the building industry requirement these days. Intelligent Building System(IBS) is evolving to be very complex because there are many subsystems such as telecommunication(TC), office automation(OA), building automation(BA), security, construction environments, etc. During the planing phase of IBS development, therefore, a disciplined systems engineering must be performed to analyze stake- holder's requirements to build an optimized system while minimizing trial-and-error expenses and risks. This paper presents a conceptual design of BAS applying systems engineering methods. The contribution of this study includes the development of IBS subsystem specification for building automation subsystem, which is a part of IBS, using the methodology of requirement analysis, functional analysis, synthesis, and verification. A computer-aided systems engineering s/w, RDD-100, was used to improve the system design efficiency and to promote the product design knowledge management for reuse in later design programs.

Cloud computing is provided on demand service via the internet, allowing users to pay for the service they actually use. Since cloud computing is emerging stage in industry, many companies and government consider adopting the cloud computing. Actually a variety of factors may influence on the adopting decision making of cloud computing. The objective of this study is to explore the significant factors affecting the adoption decision of enterprise cloud computing. A research model has been suggested based on TOE framework and outsourcing decision framework. Based on 302 data collected from managers in various industries, the major findings are following. First, the benefit factors of cloud computing service such as agility and cost reduction have direct and positive effects on adoption of the service. Second, lock-in as a risk factor of cloud computing service has a negative effect while security has not. Third, both internal and external environment factors have positive effects on adoption of the service.

Xiaohongshu is called China's Instagram and is leading overseas product purchases and culture sharing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between Xiaohongshu service quality, emotional response perceived by users, and adhesion to confirm the impact on Xiaohongshu's adhesion at a time when non-face-to-face activities due to COVID-19 have increased. This study distributed and collected questionnaires from October 1st to October 7th, 2021, targeting 210 online shopping mall users. The research results were derived from a total of 206 questionnaires, excluding 4 questionnaires such as omission of record contents, and the causal relationship of the existing PAD model was attempted to be reported by revising and supplementing the existing PAD model. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that design among service quality had a positive effect only on ventilation during the user's emotional response. Second, it was confirmed that information among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure and ventilation among users' emotional responses. Third, it was found that security among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure among users' emotional responses. Finally, it was found that pleasure and ventilation had a positive effect on adhesion in the user's emotional response. Based on this result, it is expected that it will be used for operation on other online platforms than the plan for the development of Xiaohongshu.

With the development of the information and communication technology, the smart hospital has become a new trend in a healthcare industry. This study reviewed the concept, key technologies, applications, and future challenges of a smart hospital, and the user-centered strategies for designing a smart hospital. In smart hospitals, digitally enabled clinical staff will be able to produce better patient outcomes by delivering a more integrated patient-centered care with an efficient manner in connected facilities systems. However, to promote a successful patient-centered smart hospital environment in the future, various obstacles regarding cost, technology, security, and standards should be overcome. It is also necessary for patients and medical personnel to be involved as service users.
