장애인 정보포털에 관한 연구 (A Research on the Information Portal for the Disabled)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 도서관이 장애인 정보포털을 구축하는 데 필요한 기본적 구성요소를 파악하고, 개발 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라 장애인 관련 기관, 단체 104개의 웹사이트 및 국내외 장애인 정보포털 다섯개의 제공 정보를 분석하여, 장애인 정보포털 구축 시 고려할 요소를 추출 및 제안하고자 하였다. 분석 대상은 우리나라 보건복지부의 '복지로' 포털, 국립중앙도서관 디브러리의 '장애인 포털', 미국 NIDRR의 NARIC 포털, 남아프리카공화국의 National Accessibility Portal, 인도의 National Interactive Portal을 포함하였고, 이들의 목표 이용자, 주요 서비스와 자원, 주요 연계 서비스 등 특성을 살펴보았고, 도서관의 장애인 정보포털 구축 시 다음과 같은 요소가 고려되어야 할 것을 제안하였다. (1) 장애인 및 비장애인 잠재적 이용자층 고려, (2) 장애인 관심 주제 정보 제공, (3) 고품질 외부정보원 정보의 확보와 제공, (4) 장애인 이용자의 커뮤니케이션 경로 역할, (5) 웹접근성기준 반영한 인터페이스 설계.

  • 정보기술과 정보환경의 변화에 따라 인터넷 상에서 필요한 정보를 종합적으로 제공하는 포털서비스가 점점 일상화, 대중화 되어가고 있는 현실에서 정보의 제공과 유통을 담당하는 도서관이 포털서비스를 제공하는 것은 지극히 당연한 일이다. 이에 본 연구는 도서관 포털서비스의 이해를 높이기 위하여 국가디지털도서관인 디브러리 포털서비스를 메인포털, 지역정보, 정책정보, 다문화정보, 장애인정보, 디브러리 블로그로 나누어 그 구성과 콘텐츠를 조사 분석하였다. 그 결과 디브러리 포털서비스를 더욱 확산시키고 활성화하기 위해서 제공되는 디브러리 포털서비스의 최신성, 정확성, 유용성과 이용용이성, 홍보와 진흥 등이 강조되었다.

전자무역 포탈사이트의 서비스품질과 이용자만족도에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Analysis on the Service Quality and the User Satisfaction in e-Trade Portal Sites)

  • This paper examines the major determinants affecting the user satisfaction on e-Trade portal sites in small and medium-sized exporters. The development of our research model is based on the empirical studies on the service quality of information system, web sites or Internet shopping mall, and on the factors influencing the user satisfaction. With the help of a regression analysis and factor analysis, five hypotheses are derived and tested. The results from regression analysis suggest that the user satisfaction of e-Trade portal sites is affected by information characteristics and ease of use of e-Trade portal sites. In addition, the user satisfaction of e-Trade portal sites is enhanced by support for international trade. Our findings will be useful, especially for those who are planning to build user-oriented e-Trade portal sites.

문화예술인의 정보포털 어포던스 및 시스템 리터러시에 대한 연구: 퍼지셋 질적비교 분석을 중심으로 (Research on Information Portal Affordances and System Literacy of Cultural Artists: Focusing on Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis)

  • This study conducted a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis study on culture and arts information portals to ensure practical and universal use and activation of culture and arts information portals. The capabilities and influence of affordances and system literacy according to user experience regarding accessibility to cultural arts information portals are as follows. First, physical affordances in the culture and arts information portal were key conditions for the culture and arts information portal user experience regarding system accessibility, system understandability, system usability, system usability, and system literacy. Second, the functional affordance of the user experience in the cultural arts information portal was relatively low and unimportant, and when the functional affordance was low, the user's system accessibility, system understanding, system usefulness, system usability, and system literacy were increased. Third, if the user's functional affordance and sensory affordance are low in the culture and arts information portal, the system accessibility, system understanding, system usability, and system literacy of the culture and arts information portal users are increased. Fourth, cultural arts information portals must build an innovative system with a systematic approach appropriate for the user base by linking system literacy capabilities with a focus on physical affordances.

국내외 농촌체험관광 포탈사이트 비교 분석을 통한 산촌체험마을 포탈사이트 개선 방안 (Improvement of Internet Portal Sites for Mountain Villages by the Comparison of the Sites for Rural Tourism Villages Nationwide and Overseas)

  • This study aims to compare internet portal sites for rural tourism, and to suggest the improved contents for homepage information on mountain villages under the Korea Forest Service. Design, interface, information source, and communication as estimation indicators were used to understand the characteristics of portal sites, and sub-items under indicators to analyse the portal sites were established. Nationwide portal sites were compared for rural tourism information. Also, German and Italian portal sites were compared as overseas cases. As a result, an internet portal site for information on mountain villages under the Korea Forest Service has to be improved as compared with other portal sites related to rural tourism. Firstly, it is necessary to modify and improve the category explaining mountain villages. Secondly, homepage for developing mountain villages has to be established and linked to potential visitors. Thirdly, portal sites for developing mountain villages subsequently have to be constructed under the site of the Korea Forest Service.

Construction of Total Information Portal Service for Korea Urban Regeneration

  • In this study, the total information portal service for urban regeneration was constructed to supply comprehensive information for Korean urban regeneration. The portal service is largely divided into an information analysis service for urban regeneration and an information disclosure service. For total information portal service, the information analysis service constructed a system for making district level decline diagnosis and city and county level potential analysis. Moreover, it can construct and control analyzed information specified at the district level. The information disclosure service consists of functions capable of recycling information, interworking the analysis service and facilitating expert participation. It also supplies data of total information DB in reprocessable format. For revitalization of communities, the information analysis service is constructed to lead experts on urban regeneration to share their opinions.

보상과 보안의식이 육군지식포탈 사용자 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Reward and Security Awareness on User Intention of Knowledge Portal Service for ROK Army)

  • As the importance of Knowledge Management System (KMS) in the military increases, Republic of Korea Army (ROK Army) developed Army Knowledge Portal. Although the members in the military are encouraged to use the portal, few members currently use it. This study was conducted to find variables to predict the user's intention to use the portal, which contributes to activating the use of Army Knowledge Portal in the army. On the basis of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), ten variables such as perceived ease of use, general information security awareness, information security awareness, expectation for external rewards, expectation for relationships, sense of self-worth, attitude toward compliance with security policy, attitude toward knowledge sharing, intention of non-combat knowledge sharing, and intention of combat knowledge sharing were considered as independent variables. 105 participants on active duty who currently use or have experience to use the portal participated in this study. The results indicated that general information security awareness and information security awareness increases compliance with the information security policy. In addition, the attitude toward knowledge sharing is enhanced by expectations for relationship and sense of self-worth. Based on the results, the authors propose the need for policy alternatives to reinforce the reward system and security policy, which activates the use of Knowledge Portal Service for ROK Army.

인터넷 시작페이지 포털사이트 결정요인과 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants and Satisfaction of Portal Cite in Internet Initiation Page)

  • This research develops, and empirically test a model for explaining/predicting the Determinants and Satisfaction of Portal Cite in Internet Initiation Page. Also this paper describes a theoretical model for investigating the service quality satisfaction in the Internet Initiation Page. This research is the first to empirical test the causal relationships in determinants of Portal Cite. The model of the satisfaction for Portal Cite are tested here using data from 224 samples. Based on the research model, a comprehensive set of hypotheses is formulated and a methodology for testing them is outlined. some of the hypotheses are tested empirically to demonstrate the applicability of the theoretical model. In examining the relationships of the determinants factors, satisfaction show in significantly by Convenience, Information Provided, Entertainments, Interaction but that show in not significantly by the Trustworthiness, In addition, Portal Cite in Internet Initiation Page shows indirect effect between customer satisfaction and referral.

  • This paper predicts how mobile Internet portal services will go ahead and what contents will be needed at the portal site. Mobile Internet interface needs to be concise and compressed because of the size of terminals Thus mobile internal service wants integrated portal service We study the service strategy for mobile internet portal Service according to the product life cycle Many Korean people who have used 'wired and fixed' Internet services and mobile phones want the mobile Internet portal to provide many attractive functions and high quality of service Thus we consider the current Korean mobile Internet service as the maturity phase of its life cycle The maturity phase needs the strategy of diversifying and focusing on, thus we recommend the hub portal model for Korean mobile Internet service, In this paper, we survey contents of mobile Internet portal service as a case study. With the result of the analysis, we present the promising contents as follows: video conference service, financial service, stock trading service, traffic information service, location map service, emergency rescue service, and so on.
