In order to a quick response to disasters preparation, it is necessary to collect an disaster information quickly. In this study, it is essential to look for several methods to collect the information about disaster in real time, and we also examine how the collected information can be utilized in any way.

While the World-Wide Web offers an incredibly rich base of information, organized as a hypertext it does not provide a uniform and efficient way to retrieve specific information. Therefore, it is needed to develop an efficient web crawler for gathering useful information in acceptable amount of time. In this paper, we studied the order in which the web crawler visit URLs to rapidly obtain more important web pages. We also developed an internet agent for efficient web crawling using hyperlink structure and fitness of hypertext documents. As a result of experiment on a website. it is shown that proposed agent outperforms other web crawlers using BackLink and PageRank algorithm.

Lots of researches have been focusing on ubiquitous computing which means wherever, whenever, whatever the required information must be accessible. In ubiquitous computing environment, ubiquitous sensor network (USN) is the basis technology for gathering and transferring the required information. However sensor network characteristically has more severe vulnerability than the existing networks do. The paper presents operation of secure protocols for delivering information in secure in ubiquitous computing environment and show improvement of the secure transferring protocol.

In the evaluation of rural amenities, its properties are related with social, cultural, and environmental elements. In this study, Information Measure Model (IMM) and Cultural Property Priority Assessment Model (CPPAM) were developed adapting information measure model with text based surveying data. To apply developed model not only general properties but also specific surveyed data, Specific Information Gathering and Utilizing System (SIGUS) was constructed using the data in Dusan World encyclopedia. IMM shows priorities of cultural property by information in national-designated cultural properties. And CPPAM applied in surveying data in 2004 by Rural Resources Development Institute.

This study was conducted to develop the Apartment Information System. This integrated information system is designed to provide a large number of users with the convenient, economical, and safe life in the apartment complex. The characteristics of this system are as follows; 1) The system was developed by CAD technology using 2D and 3D methods with Web base. 2) This system has 2-Tire structures which are able to embody the geographic information on the Web base without special Spatial Engine. 3) Since the spatial data applied to this system is a vector file format, the speed of electrical transmission is fast and it makes possible to search spatially for the client method. The results of this study may contribute to make use of the information system for apartment complex as follows; 1) This system can be used together by the communities of apartment residence, maintenance company and construction company. 2) Also this system can help residence to communicate sharing information and can support the apartment management with open information and clarity. Expecially, the practical data gathering was made for this study only.

There is an increasing interest in health and research on methods for measuring human body information. The importance of continuously observing information such as the step change and the walking speed is increasing. At a person's gait, information about the disease and the currently weakened area can be known. In this paper, gait is measured using wearable walking module built in shoes. We want to make continuous measurement possible by simplifying gait measurement method. This module is designed to receive information of gyro sensor and acceleration sensor. The designed module is capable of WiFi communication and the collected walking information is stored in the server. The information stored in the server is corrected by integrating the acceleration sensor and the gyro sensor value. A band-pass filter was used to reduce the error. This data is categorized by the Gait Finder into walking and waiting states. When walking, each step is divided and stored separately for analysis.

본 논문은 단말 호스트에서 발생한 트래픽 정보를 분석하여 단말 호스트의 다양한 정보를 수집하는 방법론에 대하여 기술한다. 본 논문에서는 첫째로 TCP 의 3-way handshake 중 SYN 패킷의 정보를 이용한 호스트의 운영체제를 예측하는 방법론과 해당 호스트에서 발생한 TCP 연결의 응답시간 분포를 분석하여 호스트의 네트워크 접근 밥법이 유 무선인지 분류하는 새로운 방법론을 제안한다. 분석이 완료된 호스트는 데이타베이스에 해당 호스트의 정보를 기록한다. 이는 웹을 통해 손쉽게 확인 가능하도록 하기 위함이다. 또한 하나의 호스트에서 유 무선 트래픽이 동시에 발생되었을 경우, 이에 대한 정보를 기반으로 유 무선 공유기 설치 유무를 판별할수 있도록 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 유헬스 시스템에 가장 기본이 되는 생체정보 측정에 대하여 하나의 휴대용 인터페이스만을 가지고 다양한 생체정보 측정기와 연계하여 다양한 생체정보를 취득할 수 있도록 하는 이식성 있는 임베디드 미들웨어 PSI(Portable Sensor Interface)를 제안한다. PSI는 U-health 서비스를 제공하기 위해 측정기 자동인식, 데이터 취득, 위험요소 표시 및 데이터 수집장치(DAS)와의 통신을 담당하는 기능을 갖는다.

In this paper, an interface method for MMS on ATM networks is proposed. It can apply to the realtime communication and the remote control in wide-area manufacturing complex and virtual factory. It is used for the downloading program, the reporting and gathering of data and the remote control for the remote client. The developed interface rule is basd on the rule for MMS on TCP/IP. The main goals of implementation are to verify whether MMS on ATM is able to meet the requirements of factory automation and manufacturing complex.

In this paper, we propose the integrated security management framework supporting the trust for the ubiquitous environments. The proposed framework provides the gathering and analysis of the security related information including the location of mobile device and then dynamically configures the security policy and adopts them. More specially, it supports the authentication and delegation service to support the trusted security management for the ubiquitous networks. This system also provides the visible management tools to give the convenient view for network administrator.
