3차원 이미지 스캔 기반 MEP 시설물 관리 기술 연구 (Study on 3D Image Scan-based MEP Facility Management Technology)

  • Recently, for the purpose of maintenance of facilities and energy, there have been growing cases of the 3D image scan-based reverse design technology mostly in the manufacturing field. In the MEP field, because of differences between design and physical model, the reverse technology has been utilized in factory facilities such as a semiconductor factory. Because 3D point clouds from scanning include accurate 3D object information, the efficiency of management works related to the complex MEP facilities can be enhanced. In this study, the reverse technology was surveyed, and the MEP facility management based on 3D image scanning was analyzed. Based on the results, a method of 3D image scan-based MEP facility management was proposed.

  • Consider a multi-floor facility with multiple rooms of unequal size on each floor. Students come from many organizations to attend the conference to be held at this facility. In assigning the rooms to the students, several constraints must be met; such as boys and girls must not be assigned to the rooms on the same floor. Given the capacity of each room and the number of students from each organization, the problem is assigning students to rooms under a set of constraints and various objectives. We present six models with different objective functions; and formulate them as binary integer programming problems. A numerical example and a case study follow to illustrate the proposed models.

  • SCADA and DCS that have performed automatic control and monitoring activities increase the productivity of enterprise in industries. In such systems, although their performance had been improved, there are still many deficiencies in predictive maintenance which can foresee the risk of any kinds of accidents. Because the data acquisition systems of main facilities are being distributed throughout the whole plant and therefore, integration of data obtained from the systems is very difficult. Accordingly, techniques that acquire meaningful information from the gathered data through realtime analysis still need to be improved. This paper introduces a developed facility monitoring system which can predict equipment failure and diagnose facility status through big data analysis to improve equipment efficiency and prevent safety accidents.

  • The facility layout problem (FLP) involves the positioning of facilities within a given workplace in order to minimize the material flow distance between facilities. In this paper, we focus on the FLP in which the each facility has a rectangular shape and an input and output points. We develop a heuristic algorithm in which the facilities are arranged according to the layout algorithm using center of gravity and then simulated annealing algorithm is applied to improve the solution. A comparison of the computational results with exiting algorithms shows that the proposed algorithm provides better solutions in reasonable range of computational time.

  • The purpose of this paper is to verify and validate the maintenance tasks of the construction of a nuclear facility using a digital mock-up and simulation technology instead of a physical mock-up. Prior to the construction of a nuclear facility, a remote simulator that provides the opportunity to produce a complete digital mock-up of the PRIDE (Pyroprocess Integrated Inactive DEmonstration Facility) region and its remote handling equipment, including operations and maintenance procedures has been developed. In this paper, the system architecture and graphic user interface of a remote simulator that coincides with the extraordinary nature of a nuclear fuel cycle facility is introduced. In order to analyze the remote accessibility of a remote manipulator, virtual prototyping that was performed it by using haptic device of external input devices under a 3D full-scale digital mock-up is explained.

  • Information on the energy consumption of buildings that can be obtained through conventional methods is limited. Therefore, this study aims to develop a model that can support decision making about building facility management through digital transformation technologies. Through the IoT sensor, the building's energy data and indoor air quality data are collected, and the monitored data is visualized through the ELK Stack and produced as a dashboard. In addition, the target building is photographed with a 360-degree camera and maps using a tool to create a 360-degree tour. Using such digital transformation technologies, users of buildings can obtain various information in real time without visiting buildings directly. This can lead to changes in actions or actions for building management, supporting facility management decisions, and consequently reducing building energy consumption.

기후변화에 따른 에너지 저장시설 지진 안전성평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Earthquake Safety Assessment of Energy Storage Facilities According to Climate Change)

  • 연구목적: 에너지저장시설의 주요 시설물인 Coalescer 시설물을 대상으로 현행 설계기준(KBC2016)에 따라 지진에 대한 위험성평가를 수행하였다. 연구방법: 구조해석은 상용프로그램인 MIDAS-IT의 MIDAS GENw를 사용하였고, 구조물의 해석을 위해 기존 설계 도서를 준용하였으며, 해석에 사용한 하중은 국토교통부의 「건축구조기준 KBC2016」와 미국 연방기준인 「Provisions of the Uniform Building Code」를 따랐다. 연구결과: 본 연구에서는 지진하중을 정적으로 재하하고 특급 구조물의 붕괴방지수준에 대하여 평가함으로써 시설물의 관리자가 간편하게 위험도를 인지하고 평가할 수 있도록 고려하였으며, 본 해석결과를 활용하여 향후 시설물의 위험관리에 적용할 수 있도록 지진해석을 수행하였다. 결론: 현재 설계기준인 KBC2016에 의해 Coalescer 시설을 해석한 결과, 주요 지지부재의 stress ratio는 최대 4.7% 정도로 나타났다. 따라서 Coalescer를 지지하는 부재는 국내에 발생할 수 있는 재현주기 2400년 수준의 지진에 대하여 안전한 것으로 해석되었다.

  • 현재 국내 건설사업의 건설 관련 정보는 약 30개 기관의 개별시스템으로 분산되어 수집 관리되고 있어 정보보유 기관, 정보항목 및 내용, 조회 방법 등을 파악하기 어렵고 데이터의 단절로 활용에 한계가 있다. 기획, 설계, 시공, 유지관리 등 시설물 및 건축물의 생애주기 각 단계별 정보가 발주 업무수행 과정에서 형성되는 행정자료 구축의 성격에 머물러 전 생애주기에 걸친 이력정보 데이터 구축과 그를 바탕으로 한 수요자 맞춤형 빅데이터 활용이 부족하다. 공공시설 투자 및 관리 효율화를 통한 경제성 제고, 부실과 비효율의 최소화를 통한 품질향상, 시설물 건축물의 성능 향상을 통한 안전 및 삶의 질 제고 등을 위해 정보의 통합관리가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시설물의 생애주기 단계별로 각기 다른 정보 시스템(DB)에 흩어져 관리되고 있는 정보를 파악하고, 이를 통합 활용할 수 있는 기반 구축을 위해 (가칭) "생애주기통합 건설정보포털"의 개념적 구성을 제안하고, 물리적 구축에 앞서 짚어봐야 할 제반여건 정비 등 추진방안을 제시하였다.

공공서비스시설에서의 시설성능 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory approach to measuring facility performance in public service facilities)

  • In order to plan and manage public facilities effectively and efficiently, it is necessary to diagnose the current status of facilities and decide the objective features. Performance measurement is to provide managers with the information they need to measure competitive advantages. This paper discusses public facility performance in order to establish the conceptual framework for performance measurement for public facilities. In order to develop the measurement of public facility performance, a pilot study was conducted with facilities managers of facilities management corporation of public districts in Seoul. We investigated how public facilities management teams have assessed their performance and collected data regarding financial aspects, service aspects, community aspects, and building aspects. There is no standard format to measure facility performance since building sizes, programs, community needs widely differ. However, it is necessary to have a more consistent system to measure facility performance. In addition, each public municipal district needs to empower each district facilities management corporation to participate in managerial decisions and budget control.

  • Enough school facility maintenance data should be accumulated in a database or data warehouse in order to supply information about school facility correct maintenance budget plan, budget assignment, and cycle and rate of maintenance or replacement. For those, this research analyze the present school facility maintenance practice and budget and construction cost structure. In order to solve the problems, this study analyze the present practice of maintenance and replacement and obtain LCC(Life cycle cost) data, perform expert interview and then establish construction work breakdown structure of maintenance of educational facility by combining work breakdown structure(WBS) and cost breakdown structure(CBS).
