본 연구는 NCS '문헌정보관리' 직무 구성요소인 능력단위 및 능력단위요소의 중요도 및 활용도를 평가하고 분석함으로써, NCS '문헌정보관리' 직무를 도서관 실무에 적용했을 때 현장 사서들이 실질적으로 중요하게 생각하고 우선적으로 요구하는 구성요소들을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 첫째, NCS '문헌정보관리' 직무의 구성요소(능력단위)에 대한 중요도 및 활용도를 평가한 결과, '이용자 정보서비스', '독서문화 프로그램 운영' 능력단위는 중요도와 활용도가 동시에 높게 나타났고, '문헌정보 실무 연구수행', '문헌정보 큐레이션', '문헌정보시스템 운영' 능력단위는 중요도와 활용도가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 직무 구성요소(능력단위)에 대한 Borich 요구도 분석 결과, '독서문화 프로그램 운영', '이용자 정보서비스', '문헌정보수집' 순으로 높게 나타났고, '문헌정보 큐레이션', '문헌정보시스템 운영', '문헌정보 실무 연구수행' 구성요소는 바람직한 수준과 현재 수준이 공통적으로 낮게 나타나고 있어 요구도가 낮은 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용한 직무 구성요소(능력단위)의 우선순위 분석결과, '독서문화 프로그램 운영', '이용자 정보서비스', '문헌정보수집', '문헌정보 서비스 마케팅', '문헌정보 보존', '문헌정보 이용분석'의 6개 능력단위가 최우선순위 구성요소로 도출되었다.

The combination of information and technology makes dramatically increase both information quality and quantity. Almost of company utilize customer information for the purpose of increasing sales amount and profitability. The purpose of this paper is to discover customer information's utilization practices in the Korean financial industry. The case of K Bank's information analysis in the inbound and outbound marketing is provided, The customer segmentation is used for the inbound marketing by using RFM analysis. And the loan card model is used for the outbound marketing by using logit analysis.

본 연구는 우리 나라 대학도서관의 정보기술 이용현황을 조사하고 정보기술활용과 조직문화와의 상관관계를 분석하고자 하는 연구이다. 연구대상은 35개 대학도서관에서 근무하고 있는 사서 118명이며, 도구는 문헌조사를 통해 개발된 설문지를 이용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 대학도서관 사서의 정보기술활용과 조직문화와의 상관관계 검증에서 정보기술 활용은 생산중심문화와 부적(-) 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 인간관계문화와는 정적(+)관계를, 개방체계문화와는 부적(-)관계를, 위계질서문화와는 정적(+)관계를 보였으나 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다.

Customers are now demanding ever better service from customer service representatives (CSRs) to create superior customer service. Accordingly, CSRs are required to have more specialized knowledge and abilities of customer service. This study examines the roles of accumulated customer knowledge in electronic knowledge repositories (EKRs), which a firm has developed for customer service over time to enhance CSRs' work capabilities and work performance, in the context of call centers. To test the proposed research model and hypotheses, we conducted LISREL analysis using 261 responses collected on CSRs working for inbound call centers. The key results are as follows. First, accumulated customer knowledge in EKRs enhances CSRs' knowledge utilization and service expertise during the customer contact. Second, CSRs' knowledge utilization reinforces service expertise. Finally, service quality depends on CSRs' knowledge utilization and service expertise, but it is not directly related to accumulated customer knowledge. Overall, the findings suggest that accumulated customer knowledge in EKRs enhances CSRs' knowledge utilization and service expertise, and thereby leading to superior service quality.

Cloud computing promises high performance and cost-efficiency. However, most cloud infrastructures operate at a low utilization, which greatly adheres cost effectiveness. Previous works focus on seeking efficient virtual machine (VM) consolidation strategies to increase the utilization of virtual resources in production environment, but overlook the under-utilization of backup virtual resources. We propose a heuristic time sharing policy of backup VMs derived from the restless multi-armed bandit problem. The proposed policy achieves increasing backup virtual resources utilization and providing high availability. Both the results in simulation and prototype system experiments show that the traditional 1:1 backup provision can be extended to 1:M (M≫1) between the backup VMs and the service VMs, and the utilization of backup VMs can be enhanced significantly.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Korean government's investment priorities for the establishment of a supercomputer joint utilization system using AHP. The AHP model was designed as a two-layered structure consisting of two areas of specialized infrastructure, a one-stop joint utilization system service, and four evaluation items for detailed tasks. For the weight of each evaluation item, a cost efficiency index considering the annual budget was developed for the first time and applied to the weight calculation process. AHP analysis conducted a survey targeting supercomputer experts and derived priorities with 22 data that had completed reliability verification. As a result of the analysis, the government's investment priority was high in the order of dividing infrastructure for each Specialized Center and building resources in stages. In the future, the analysis results will be used to select economic promotion plans and prepare strategies for the establishment of the government's supercomputer joint utilization system.

The purpose of this study is empirically to identify what factors affect the utilization of public data on the perspective of users. This study proposes four crucial factors including understandability, processing-convenience, linkage, and timeliness from the previous studies. As a result, understandability and linkage factors have significant impact on the utilization of public data and no different impact depending on the industry classification. The implication of this study is that it is important to provide sufficient information so that open data users can understand easily what kind of data it is, and to facilitate the linkage of open data with other data in order to activate the utilization of public data.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 정보 활용능력이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 파악하여 노인에게 적합한 정보 활용능력을 통해 생활만족을 향상할 수 있는 실천방안을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상은 충북 J시에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인 220명을 대상으로 하였으며 노인의 정보 활용능력이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 빈도 분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 통계분석을 위하여 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 노인의 정보 활용능력 중에서 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 정보 기술능력과 정보 이용능력이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 노인의 정보 활용능력에서 정보 기술능력과 정보 이용능력이 높을수록 생활만족이 높은 것을 의미한다. 특히 정보 이용능력이 정보 기술능력보다 생활만족에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보 제공능력과 정보 비판능력은 생활만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 정책제언을 하면 첫째, 노인의 정보 이용능력 향상을 위한 정보화 교육의 활성화가 필요하다. 둘째, 노인의 정보 기술능력 향상을 위한 정보 인프라 구축이 필요하다.

The purpose of operating the main homepage of University is to provide the related information about University resources to site visitors. In this study, we analyze website browsing patterns and extract characteristics of users in order to improve its utilization. The access log files to main homepage were used to analyze the browsing patterns and converted to process log files adaptable to a process mining tool, ProM. Finally we provide useful information about user friendly homepage design and suggest plans for improving its utilization to website operators.

Knowledge sharing is safe to say that we have already embarked on knowledge-based global economy where knowledge is a decisive factor in global competition for corporations. So in the age of knowledge-based management, it is how we use knowledge that decides success or failure for corporations and the competitiveness of their countries at large as well. We did this research with the help of those who were working in ICT industry including manufacturing, tourism, and others. In this research, we looked into how project participants, organizational characteristic, and relational characteristic affect knowledge sharing and utilization, and what are the factors that have positive effects on corporate success. And all the factors presented in the research are found to have positive effects on the knowledge sharing and utilization. The factors appeared to have positive effects starting with project at first and then on corporate success at large.
