교원의 정보 활용 능력 강화 사업은 교원의 정보화 연수, 정보통신기술 활용강화, 정보교육담당 교원 양성 방면에서 다양하게 진행되고 있고, 교원 정보화 연수가 점차적으로 확대되어 가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 급변하는 지식정보화사회에 대비하여 교원 정보화 연수의 전반적 상황을 파악하고, 연수를 통해 교수 학습과 담당 업무의 활용 정도에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지에 대한 교사들의 인식을 조사하고자한다. 또한, 교원 연수과정과 연수 후 교수학습 활동 및 담당업무와 관련된 ICT 활용도를 분석한다. 이를 근거로 교원정보화 연수 개선방안을 제안함으로써 근본적인 교육의 질 향상에 도움을 제공하고자 한다.

The purposes of this study were to measure the levels of environmental consciousness. environmental knowledge, and environmental education performance and to find the influences of related variables on environmental education performance in Home Economics teachers. The researchers used a questionnaire consisting of three parts such as environmental consciousness. knowledge and education for 153 Home Economics teachers o secondary schools in Gwang-ju. The results are as follows: The level of environmental consciousness of the Home Economic teachers was high, but that of their environmental knowledge and the performance of environmental education were low. The teachers with more educational experience and married teachers showed higher level of environmental consciousness. Unmarried teachers showed higher level of environmental knowledge. The teachers with more age and educational experience showed higher level of environmental education performance. The teachers with more chances for getting environmental information had relatively higher level of environmental knowledge. The teachers with more educational experience and chance for getting environmental information and pro-environment community had relatively higher level of environmental education performance. With regard to environmental education experience older teachers getting environmental information pro-environment community and the teachers with higher level of environmental consciousness practiced more. Environmental knowledge, however, didn’t affect environmental education.

There were misgivings that the teachers in charge might not have enough understanding of the true purpose of teaching "Information". To learn about the general attitude of those teachers, the research group of private schools in Osaka began a project, 'The Public Presentation Caravan', in which teachers who had already started using information tools opened their class to teachers from other schools and exchanged ideas. It may be deduced that the combination of the two forums for exchanging opinions, one is held on the internet and the other face to face, is important. Teachers' community exists on the point where these two environments meet. Through this project, we might suggest creating a new mode of teachers' community using a network will be indispensable for the new teachers training.

본 연구는 초등교사들의 정보추구행태를 분석하여 학교도서관의 교육정보서비스 개발에 시사점을 얻는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 초등교사 11명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하여 초등교사들이 인식하는 역할과 업무에 대한 인식을 분석하고, 이에 따른 정보 요구와 주 정보원을 파악하였다. 분석 결과 초등교사들은 자신의 역할과 업무를 담임 업무, 교수·학습활동, 학교 담당 업무, 기타 업무 순으로 그 중요성을 인식하고 있었으며, 이에 따라 웹정보 및 인적 정보, 도서 정보 등을 정보원으로 활용하고 있었다. 각 역할과 업무에 따라 웹정보 또는 인적 정보를 주로 활용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 초등교사 간 웹 커뮤니티가 주 정보원으로 인식되는 경향을 보였다. 이에 학교도서관에서 운영하는 다양한 교육정보를 많은 초등교사들이 이용하는 웹 정보원에서 공유하는 것, 초등교사들과 학습 공동체 형성을 통해 협력적 교육 정보서비스를 제공하는 것, 학교도서관을 통해 다양한 담임 업무 관련 도서를 제공하는 것 등을 제안하였다.

After pre-service teachers become teachers, traditional patterns of classroom discourse which they had experienced as students affect their classroom discourse implicitly. For this reason, it is needed to get a new insight for evaluating and reflecting a teacher's classroom discourse. In this study, I analyzed the information flow of science classes of pre-service elementary school teachers. The finding showed that teachers' organizational skills for students' information made advanced science classes by maintaining discourse cohesions. And the findings also showed a way how to analyze, evaluate or reflect science classroom discourse. This trial could contribute to find out the characteristics of teachers' science classroom discourse and show the directions to them how to change their classes beyond impressionable evaluations for their science classes.

본 연구는 교사들의 생활교육에 대한 정보요구와 교육청으로부터 배부되는 교육지침에 대한 교사 인식 간 관계를 밝혀 이를 기반으로 한 학교도서관 정보서비스 제안에 목적을 두었다. 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구 모형을 제작하고 설계를 진행하였으며, 예비연구를 통한 심층면담을 분석하여 연구에서 고려할 요소들을 추출하고 설문 문항을 개발하였다. 경기도는 4개 권역으로 나누어지며, 각 권역별 3개 학교에 설문을 실시한 후 최종적으로 217부의 데이터를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 학교도서관의 생활교육 정보요구에 대한 관심이 궁극적으로 교사들의 학생생활교육 실태 개선에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 학교도서관에서 제공되는 정보서비스를 향상시키는 방법을 제시하였으며, 특히 교사들의 생활지도 정보요구를 학교 내부에서 해결하도록 학교도서관 서비스를 제안했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

지식 정보화 사회에서 가장 중요한 역량 중의 하나는 지식정보처리 역량일 것이다. 지식정보처리역량은 2015 개정 교육과정의 핵심역량이기도 하면서 과학 교과와 매우 관련이 깊다. 역량교육의 필요성에 대해서는 많은 사람들이 공감하지만 수업 내에서의 실천은 교사의 의지에 달려있다. 따라서 지식정보처리역량에 대한 과학교사들의 인식과 수업실태를 조사하였다. 조사 방법은 서울의 중학교 교사 32명과 고등학교 교사 32명의 객관식 및 주관식 설문과 지식정보처리역량과 관련된 수업을 진행하는 교사 3인의 면담 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 지식정보처리역량에 대해서 모든 교사가 그 중요성을 공감하였으며 정보화 사회라는 시대적 흐름과 과학적 역량 함양이라는 교과 목표와 연관지어 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 수업에서 실천하는 경우는 많지 않았는데, 이는 설문 결과는 수업 시간의 부족으로, 면담 결과에서는 교사의 PCK 부족을 꼽았다. 지식정보처리역량 관련 연수 경험은 절반 정도였으나 대부분 정보활용 교육에 관련된 것으로 수집과 분석 부분에 대한 연수가 필요함을 의미한다. 지식정보처리역량의 요소별 중요도는 정보수집, 분석, 활용 모두 매우 높았으며 그 중 정보분석이 가장 높았다. 대부분은 중학교 교사의 중요도 인식이 더 컸으나 그 차이가 유의하지 않았다. 정보수집 요소에서 정보원의 중요성에 대해서는 고등학교 교사의 인식이 유의 수준에서 더 높았다. 지식정보처리역량의 함양을 위해서는 과학 교과 수업시간에 정보처리역량을 강조할 수 있도록 과학 탐구의 의미를 확대하고 타교과와의 연계 방안도 고려할 수 있다. 또한 지식정보처리역량 함양이 교과 교육내에서 자연스럽게 이루어지기 위해서 제도적 뒷받침과 역량의 특성을 고려한 교수학습방법 개발이 필요할 것이다.

The results showed that the male teachers' have higher expectations of the free learning semester compared to the female teachers'. Furthermore, the teachers who had experienced the free learning semester felt less job burdens than the teachers who did not. In addition, the subject teachers showed higher expectations of the free learning semester than the general teachers or the homeroom teachers. Therefore, in order to establish a stable system of free learning semester, it should be preceded by development of differentiated program of special education, free learning semester, strengthening of advance training, establishment of the system for participating in the whole school and the simplification of administration.

The purpose of this study was to survey current status of information technology literacy in Korean teachers and to give some suggestions for the preparation of prospective teachers in Korea. To achieve the purpose, data were collected using on- and off-line surveys containing questionnaires developed by the researchers. The survey items were categorized into 11 groups such as operation capability, computer use and communication, word processing, ethics, computer fundamentals, understanding of educational IT, information instruments use, application s/w use, work processing with computer, and internet use capability. Major findings were as follows: (1) Female teachers rated their IT literacy level higher than male teachers. (2) Teachers with longer teaching experience rated their IT literacy level lower than those of shorter experience. (3) There were no signigicant differences among sex, school, job grade of teachers at the present level of literacy, but there were significant differences among sex, age, carreer, job grade, and subject matter at the expectation level except for school grade.

본 연구는 사회과 교사의 과업에 따른 정보추구행태를 분석하여 이들에게 필요한 교육정보서비스를 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대전지역 13명의 사회과 교사를 대상으로 반 구조화된 심층 면담을 실시하였고, 수집한 자료는 Leckie, Pettigrew and Sylvain의 정보추구모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 사회과 교사의 정보요구는 업무 역할과 과업에 따라 내재적 및 외재적 동기에 의해 발생하였다. 그리고 정보요구의 성질인 반복성, 예측 가능성, 긴급성, 난이성은 정보추구행태에 영향을 줄 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회과 교사는 정보요구를 해결하기 위해 웹 정보, 도서정보, 인적정보 등 다양한 정보원을 이용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보원 인식에 미칠 수 있는 요인으로는 신뢰성, 정보의 질, 정보제공 형태, 앞선 정보탐색 성공 경험 여부 등이 식별되었다. 나아가 정보원에 대한 인식 변화를 비롯하여 정보원 이용 빈도를 파악할 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 사회과 교사를 위한 정보서비스로 다양한 유형의 자료 통합제공 서비스, 정보 리터러시 교육, 인적 네트워크 서비스, 도서추천서비스 등을 제안하였다.
