Highly competitive environment has been forcing e-commerce industries to seek strategies to achieve competitive advantages. Mobile payment is a kind of service that allows mobile phone user to easily and conveniently initiate payments and transfer funds using their mobile phone anytime, and anywhere. This study is designed to identify factors that affect the intention of continued use of mobile payment services between users in Korea and Laos. As a result, first, in the case of Korean consumers, system quality, information quality and service quality were shown to have a positive effect on trust and satisfaction. In addition, trust and satisfaction were shown to have a positive effect on continuance intention. Second, in the case of Laotian consumers, system quality and service quality were shown to have a positive effect on trust, and system quality and information quality were shown to have a positive effect on satisfaction. In addition, trust and satisfaction were shown to have a positive effect on continuance intention. The study has its implications by analyzing factors affecting the continuance intention with the comparison of the customers from a developed nation and a developing nation, providing a direction of development for developing competitive advantages for those in development. For the developed, the study provides a guideline of what to modify and supplement in cases of entering the markets of developing nations.

The purpose of this study was to explore procedures and modalities on collaborative visualization processing of text information for developing e-Learning contents. In order to investigate, two research questions were explored: 1) what are procedures on collaborative visualization processing of text information, 2) what kinds of patterns and modalities can be found in each procedure of collaborative visualization of text information. This research method was employed a qualitative research approaches by means of grounded theory. As a result of this research, collaborative visualization processing of text information were emerged six steps: identifying text, analyzing text, exploring visual clues, creating visuals, discussing visuals, elaborating visuals, and creating visuals. Collaborative visualization processing of text information came out the characteristic of systemic and systematic system like spiral sequencing. Also, another result of this study, modalities in collaborative visualization processing of text information was divided two dimensions: individual processing by internal representation, social processing by external representation. This case study suggested that collaborative visualization strategy has full possibility of providing ideal methods for sharing cognitive system or thinking system as using human visual intelligence.

The increase of vehicles stagnations leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of projects on electronic cash system. Tranport system is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Recently many research on a system which provides contact in order to protect driver's vehicle passage have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by electronic cash system. In this papers, we suggest RF protocol developing technology using the concept of electronic cash. ATM electronic cash developing is consist of component of pre-developed coin throw, integration of component using its, and production of more requirement-satisfactory ITS solution. Result increase 15~40% pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.

A repository has been conceived as a critical weapon for managing organizational information resources. The system can help control the heterogeneous data in a variety of CASE (Computer-Aided Software Engineering) tools. However, current repository systems have limitation in creating a synergetic effect by integrating information resources. Therefore, it is important to develop an integrative repository system, called Enterprise Repository System (ERS). This paper (i) defines ERS on the basis of a framework for repository systems, and (ii) suggests an ERS architecture and its detailed components. Finally, a real-life case of developing ERP repository system is illustrated according to the proposed architecture and components. This illustration may demonstrate the usefulness of this research for help developing an advanced repository system.

Developing the web-based information service sites requires their own developing methodology, because the process of the web sites development become more complicate and Internet surroundings are changing rapidly. They should control all components of the system for effective and efficient web services. However there is little clear concept about systematic development and management of web service sites, in the Korean Internet service sectors, especially in information service sectors. The research analyse current situation and necessity of developing methodology, and suggest new approach for developing new methodology of the web business/service sites.

Auditing plays a very important role in the process of developing and managing good quality software. The software developing proces should be audited precisely especially in the test phase. Up to the present, because auditing has depended on the auditor's experience of developing and auditing software, it has been impossible to audit objectively. It is limited to audit systematically and objectively because auditing process isn't systematized. In this paper, the auditing model to solve several problems in present auditing is suggested, a test phase audit system is developed, and the system is applied to the actual auditing process. Consequently, software administrators can establish effective software management, software developers can be supported by a highly reliable and quality software development tool, and auditors can be offered an objective audit standard.

This paper aims at developing communication module and application prcgram for client management module and developing database management module and managing wireless communication facilities for server systems. To construct these aims, we have adapted DES algorithm and researched on encrypting and decrypting module development applicable to SMS Security System and optimize module size and processing speed.

This study examines the unique characteristics of the parcel identification number especially in developing the Korean land information system(KLIS). There are several limitations in establishing KLIS in terms of the location identification. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the appropriate parcel identification number system in Korea including the road identification systym and the three dimensional parcel identification system. The exact parcel bounary also needs accurate surveying and registration.

When watershed spatial database is constructed from DEM, hydrological geographic characteristics of watershed can be easily extracted. And the characteristics can be assigned and managed as the attribute of spatial database. In this study the scheme of constructing framework spatial database which is basic information for managing watershed information is examined. We established framework spatial data and defined the relationship of the data. And framework spatial database of test site was constructed. In this study, HyGIS(Hydrological Geographic Information System) which is developed by domestic technology for making hydrological spatial data and developing water resources system is used. Hydrological geographic characteristics and spatial data is extracted by HyGIS. And the data from HyGIS is used for constructing framework spatial database of test site. Finally, this study suggests the strategy of constructing framework spatial database for developing watershed management system based on river network.

As amount of information in construction industry is growing, the role of information system in project management is becoming increasingly important. With the emerging IT application to the advancing construction industry, construction project management system with advanced technology has been progressed vigorously to improve construction productivity and management efficiency. Recently, a web-based Project Management Information System (PMIS) is developed to support decision-making process by efficiently managing project related information generated from various discipline. Many firms are in the process of developing the PMIS system or already have been applied the system to various projects. However, PMIS is still in its early stage of development to be applied at industrial plant construction projects that process management is significantly emphasized for the successful execution of the project. With the complexity of the industrial plant projects, the industry practitioners need to be able to visualize the construction schedule information to manage the project efficiently. This study suggests methodologies for improving PMIS specialized for industrial plant piping construction projects to estimate the baseline schedule and performance measurement more accurately by developing a framework for the piping construction projects. By using this developed system, the researchers expect that piping construction projects will be more efficiently managed on a real-time basis through measuring progress of piping at each and every state of progress milestone and provide management with opportunities to forecast the level of efforts required to execute the remaining work scope in a timely manner
