Church education in Korean churches is facing a very serious crisis. This crisis is a negative perception of the church as viewed by the present society. The negative perception of the church has led to children, adolescents, young adults, and even adults leaving the church. There have been countless studies on the problem of Christian education and its alternatives. However, those problems still remain a matter of church education. The alternatives do not become viable and remain a problem. To solve these problems, a paradigm shift is required, and in order to overcome the crisis of the church, it is necessary to study alternatives and its method factors and find application points. Today's church education is absolutely influenced by postmodernism and informationalization. However, church education is education for Christian identity that transmits Christian faith. This Christian education is facing challenges and crises against its religious and academic identity. Christian education has a responsibility to be aware of this reality and to present alternatives to overcome various crises facing church education. Therefore, it is the task of church education to establish standards so that we can live a life where the Bible becomes the standard. In other words, it is to give them biblical faith. Furthermore, it is necessary to point out and understand Christian faith in the Korean church, which has been evaluated as insufficient. In addition, establishing a Christian worldview and realizing the Kingdom of God that practice justice and love in society are tasks that can be accomplished efficiently through Christian education. Therefore, the Korean church should actively seek ways to support the practice of Christian education as well as church education in forming ideal Christians which is the goal of Christian education.

According to the Framework Act on Sustainable Infrastructure Management, which has been enforced since 2020, reservoirs should be managed to minimize life cycle costs caused by aging through preemptive management such as systematic maintenance and performance improvement. For maintenance in consideration of the life cycle, it is essential to derive the end of life due to continuous performance degradation as the common period increases. For this purpose, it is necessary to develop a performance-predicting model for reservoirs. In this study, a reservoir was divided into main complex facilities to develop a model for the maintenance of the life cycle. A model was developed for each facility. For model development, maintenance information data were collected under management by the Rural Community Corporation. The data available for model development were selected by analyzing the collected data. The developed model was used to predict the expected life expectancy of the reservoir in the current maintenance system and the expected life expectancy in the case of no action. By using the developed model, it is expected that it will be possible to support decision making in operation management and maintenance while considering the life cycle of the reservoir.

This research purposes to design a methodological framework to suggest the optimal method to resolve the conflicts of stakeholders surrounding the water use charge of the Han River region, and to use the analysis results to provide the direction of policy. For this, it was preceded that the process of understanding the mechanisms of the multifaceted conflict between decision makers taking different positions over water use charge of the Han River region, and an optimal method to resolve the conflict of water use charge of the Han River region was derived by using a graph model for conflict resolution(GMCR). According to the analysis results, the optimal state to find a solution to the water use charge of the Han River is that the Seoul-Incheon-Gyeonggi region pays the charge according to the original rate while Seoul-Incheon requesting discount the water use rate. In addition, the Han River management committee should establish policies desired by Seoul-Incheon-Gyeonggi region including rationalization of the decision-making structure to determine the rate of water use charge, making the basis to support the Han River management fund system for the Seoul-Incheon region, and transparent management of the Han River management fund system considering the characteristics of beneficiary regions and residents. This study is expected to provide objective decision-making information in establishing environmental policy directions related to conflict resolution in the water use charge of the Han River region and to offer a methodological basis for similar follow-up studies related to conflicts derived from sharing nature environment.
The purpose of this study is to seek out effective policy measures for improving the working environment and improving the supply and demand of nursing manpower in Korea, thereby improving the quality of nursing and creating a high-quality work environment to present a plan to secure adequate supply and demand for nursing manpower. To this end, we have looked at ways to secure effective nursing manpower through literature related to Japanese nursing manpower policy, which has similar health systems to Korea. Japan has established a nursing manpower supply policy since 1974, and is making efforts to improve the working environment and re-employment of idle nursing personnel due to frequent turnover and retirement. As a result of these efforts, the turnover rate of new nurses less than one year in Japan decreased to 7.5%, while the rate of new nurses in Korea was 33.9%. In addition, it is possible to consider ways to encourage medical institutions that have actively promoted and hired idle personnel through various incentives and financial support at the central and local levels.

Ground Component Command (GCC) has been developing operational planning and execution systems to implement "Decisive Integrated Operations", which is the concept of ground operations execution, and achieved remarkable results. In particular, "Simultaneous Offense-Defense Integrated Operations" is developed mainly to neutralize enemies in deep areas and develop favorable conditions for the allies early by simultaneously attacking and defending from the beginning of the war. On the other hand, it is limited to providing scientific and reasonable support for the commander's decision-making process because analyzing the effects of the deep operation with existing M&S systems is impossible. This study developed a model for analyzing the effects of deep operations that can be used in the KJCCS. Previous research was conducted on the effects of surveillance, physical strike, and non-physical strike, which are components of deep operations to find the characteristics and limitations and suggest a research direction. A methodology for analyzing the effects of deep operations reflecting the interactions of components using data was then developed by the GCC, and input data for each field was calculated through combat experiments and a literature review. Finally, the Deep operations Effect CAlculating Model(DECAM) was developed and distributed to the GCC and Corps battle staff during the ROK-US Combined Exercise. Through this study, the effectiveness of the methodology and the developed model were confirmed and contribute to the development of the GCC and Corps' abilities to perform deep operations.
The purpose of this study is to understand how the perception and attitude in children's education have changed over the 20th century in South Korea by searching the newspaper articles. The modernization in 20th century brought radical changes in every aspect of Korean society including education. As an educational attitude and policies from the government changed, so did the tones reflected in the newspaper articles. To sum up, there were four (4) principal changes found from this study as follows;Firstly, parental involvement and role as an educator became more important in Korean society and huge generation gap arose in attitudes towards children's education and custody. Secondly, the traditional gender-based roles of mothers' with image of love and fathers' with strength disappeared and mothers' responsibility of children's education were more emphasized during 20th century. Meanwhile, today's society is calling for an immediate return of fathers' involvement and commitment to children's education in the household. Thirdly, as the overflow of information and knowledge in 20th society caused an excessive interest in children's education, there were rising demands for establishing proper views and ideas on children's education. Lastly, the responsibilities of children's education which had been laid on household was expanded to public and government, which can be seen from the fact that an educational support from the government was extended to the children of overseas Korean as well as those residing in Korea.
In this paper, we wanted to look at the effects of person-organization fit and person-job fit of social welfare officials on the job enthusiasm, but also examine the mediated effect of organizational committment. The study found that person-job fit has a positive effect on the job enthusiasm of public officials in charge of social welfare, and that the mediating effect of organizational committment is also partially covered. However, person-organization fit does not have a direct impact on job enthusiasm, but has been shown to have a full mediated effect through organizational committment. As a result of these studies, social welfare officials are judged to lack consistency and affinity within the organization, while their individual abilities, purposes, and demands are in line with their duties and job enthusiasm for their duties. Therefore, it is necessary to provide support at the organizational level and to create a sense of unity in order to enhance the job enthusiasm of public officials in charge of social welfare.
This study identified the influence of employees' hybrid start-up intention (intention to start a business while maintaining a job) on the employees' self-determination motivation (intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation) and prior knowledge through the Model of Goal-directed Behavior (MGB). We used a PLS-SEM called SmartPLS 3.0 for 126 valid samples collected by judgement extraction for office workers throughout June 13, 2020 to July 3, 2020, and empirically evaluated the measurement model (internal consistency reliability, convergent and discriminant validity) and the structural model (multicollinearity, determination coefficient, effect size, predictive relevance, etc.). Only the intrinsic motivation for realizing the hybrid start-up goal of office workers had a significant impact on the hybrid start-up attitude and subjective norms, and the prior knowledge of hybrid start-up had a significant impact on the hybrid start-up desire and the hybrid start-up intention. In order to induce hybrid start-ups for workers with unstable employment, we need systems and programs that can inspire employees with intrinsic motivation and knowledge about hybrid start-up, so follow-up researches are necessary to analyze about government systems and consulting support that can promote hybrid start-up.
The purpose of this study was to investigate how primary caregivers of children with developmental disabilities aged 6 to 18 years perceived on tele-music programs in which their children participated during COVID-19. A total of 83 caregivers who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study responded to a survey either on-line or in person and 67 questionnaires were included in the final analysis after deleting 16 incomplete responses. The results showed that tele-music programs were rated somewhat suitable for distance learning but that there was still a need for adult assistance to help children with developmental disabilities participate in the program. When comparing the perceptions of caregivers who participated in remote general education versus who participated in tele-music program, significantly higher level of program engagement and positive responses from a child were perceived with tele-music program. The caregivers who participated in tele-music program showed significantly greater willingness to participate in tele-music therapy in the future than those who did not. The findings of this study presents information on how tele-music therapy has been implemented to children with disabilities and what can be considered for the the development of a tele-music therapy program.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the types of questions raised by pre-service elementary teachers when planning a science class utilizing smart technology and the characteristics of their lesson plans. For this purpose, lesson plans and questions written by the 96 pre-service teachers were collected. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) Pre-service teachers used simulation apps, information offering apps, clicker evaluation apps, astronomical observation apps. Simulation apps and clicker evaluation apps were used the most in the introduction stage of the class, simulation apps in the development stage, and clicker evaluation apps in the finishing stage. (2) In the lesson plans, the activities that elementary school students use smart technology showed more than those used by teachers, and its characteristics were more prominent in the development stage of the class. (3) As for the content type of smart technology, experience type was the highest, followed by tool type and resource type. In comparison, there were relatively few interaction support types and learning opportunity extensions. (4) There were many cases in which pre-service teachers replaced elementary school students with virtual experiences using experience type instead of providing opportunities to experiment or experience directly. (5) Pre-service teachers asked various questions while planning science class utilizing smart technology, and a total of 25 question types appeared in 7 categories.
