This paper is to aimed to design a model of Korea defense information resource management structure from the viewpoint of system's approach, especially focusing on planning/programming procedures, organizational structure and business process re-engineering. The author analyzed current projects and plans on the field of Korea defense information systems, for finding what kinds of problems and why the problems occurred. The author concluded that many problems came from wrong approach of previous information resource management. Highlights of the proposed model are as follows: 1) Planning and programming structure must be considered as a major information resources and it must be managed as a key role through the whole system life cycle; 2) Organizational structure should be properly set up for managing and implementing information system projects; 3) Business process should also be analyzed thoroughly for re-engineering and innovating current inefficient organizational structure. These three additional viewpoints added to previous model for improving Korea defense information resource management.

The importance of construction management has been increasing due to the fact that complex construction projects blend several different industries depending on the traits of the construction. This research was conducted to search for a method to enhance efficiency in cost management of construction project and meet the need for reusability of accumulated construction information. The process of detailed estimation and methodology for using standard unit price information has been developed to strengthen the interoperability in cost information by utilizing a standard classification system. The concept of ontology is proposed as a method of connecting construction information based on a standard breakdown structure to increasing the connectivity of the cost information in the construction project. Therefore, construction information knowledge framework is developed in order to improve the efficiency of the detailed estimation work process.

Process incapability index which is intended to evaluate the process capability by measuring process incapability provides more detailed information by dividing information about the process mean and variance. But when the target value is not consistent with the center of specification, it is very difficult to evaluate the process capability accurately. Thus it is necessary to improve the existing process incapability index. The improved process incapability index can identify the variation of the process faster than other process capability indices when applied firstly, to the precision process which can be affected sensitively by the change of the process, secondly, to the ordinary process where cost difference from the change of process is noticeable. By using subindices such as inaccuracy index and imprecision index, it is easier for quality manager to find where the cause of the variation of process is, and to take necessary action in advance.

We studied the use of time-related information, with and without prediction, to support human operators performing moni-toring and control tasks in the process. Based on monitoring and control techniques used for Project Management we developed a display design for the process industries. A simulated power plant was used to test the hypothesis that availability of predictions along with information on past trends can improve the performances of the human operator handling faults. Several designs of dis-plays were tested in the experiment in which human operators had to detect and handle two types of faults(local and systems wide) in the simulated electricity generation process. Analysis of the results revealed that temporal data, with and without prediction, signifi-cantly reduced response time. Our results encourage the integration of temporal information and prediction in displays used for the control processes to enhance the capabilities of the human operators. Based on the analysis we proposed some guidelines for the de-signer of the human interface of a process control system.

본고에서는 디지털 시대 기록의 폐기에 대한 사고를 중심으로 기록관리 영역에서 정보관리에 관한 논의가 형성되는 과정과 함께, 기록이 지닌 정보로서의 활용성을 강화시키는 정보관리 기능의 확대 필요성을 고찰하였다. 그동안 기록의 폐기는 대량의 기록 감축을 통해 관리 및 보존에 소요되는 비용을 절감시키는 것을 목적으로 한 물리적인 파기 개념 정도로 인식되어왔다. 하지만 디지털 시대를 맞아 기록의 폐기는 기록관리 영역에서의 정보관리 논의에 대한 단초를 제공함과 더불어, 새로운 디지털 환경에서 정보관리자로서의 기록관리 방향성을 설정하고 역할을 강화시키는 논의의 중심축을 형성한다. 이에 본고에서는 우선 종이 시대의 기록 폐기에 대한 사고를 고찰한 후, 기록관리 영역의 분화를 통해 정보관리에 관한 논의로 전개되는 과정을 분석하였다. 이어 디지털 시대 기록의 폐기를 둘러싼 논쟁을 고찰한 다음, 기록이 지닌 정보로서의 활용성을 강화시키는 정보관리 기능의 확대 필요성을 제시하였다.

지식 기반 사회가 구축되면서 처리해야 할 업무 프로세스의 규모가 커지고 분석할 정보의 양이 증가함으로 인해 프로세스 관리와 개선에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에, 각 기업은 비즈니스 모델에 적합한 프로세스 모델을 조직 환경에 구축하고자 노력하고 있다. 기업의 프로세스 구축에 실용적 도움을 주기 위해 본 논문에서는 프로세스 정의에 6시그마 도구, 일정 관리에 PSP 도구를 적용한다. 그리고 제안한 도구의 효율적 사용을 위한 프로세스 정의와 일정 관리 절차를 제시한다. 제안한 기법의 목표는 조직 및 개인 차원의 프로세스 관리에 적용하여 기업은 시장이 필요로 하는 시간(Time to Market)에 프로세스 목표를 달성하는 것이다. 또한, 개인은 수집된 일정 데이타를 근거로 개인 프로세스의 개선점을 식별하여 개선할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이다.

정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 효율적이고 효과적인 관리를 위한 국내 실정에 맞는 CMM 기준 프로젝트관리와 정보시스템 감리 항목등과 분석도구가 요구되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 CMM을 기준하여 각 프로세스별 수행결과를 정량적으로 측정하여 해당 수치의 목표범위 내 관리가 가능하게하기 위해 gap 분석 및 평가를 반복해서 수행하여 품질관리, 생산관리, 원가관리, 지식의 통합관리를 가능하게 하여 정보화 기반의 지식 경영을 강화하고, 정보의 고급화, 차별화를 통해 고객 서비스를 강화하고, 프로세스 최적화를 통해 업무효율을 향상시키고 조직의 자발적 노력을 통해 조직 성숙도를 지속적으로 향상시키기 위한 조직 내 정보능력 측정에 있어 4단계 수준에 도달하기 위한 관리 및 감리 항목을 설정하고, 국내 5전문 업체에 적용 분석, 평가하는 모델을 제안하였다.

Based on the analysis of the functions of ship management company, this paper aims to explore how to build the platform to transmit anti process the information about ships by means of modern information management so as to solve a series of problems caused by blockages in information transmitting in present ship’s management. The paper also talks about the necessity of establishing various resource bases and using different information communicating methods to realize the resource sharing and intellectualization of ship’s business.

본고에서는 기록물의 내용이 아닌 기록이 생성된 기능에 기반을 두고 행해지는 전자기록 환경에서의 기능평가 프로세스를 분석하였다. 전자기록 환경에서 기능평가는 가장 보편화된 평가방식으로, 기록물의 생산 이전단계부터 수행되는 연속적인 업무 프로세스를 형성하게 된다. 종국적으로 기능평가를 기반으로 하는 전자기록 환경에서의 평가는 업무맥락 및 기록품질을 지님과 동시에, 조직의 영위 및 업무 수행에 필수적인 전자기록을 선별해 주게 된다.

본 연구의 목적은 공간데이터 제작과정의 품질관리방법을 정립하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 총 17개의 국내 공간데이터 품질관련 법규 및 주요 항측 업체를 대상으로 작업순서, 사용장비, 작업 전후의 결과물의 정확도를 중심으로 조사, 분석하였다. 조사, 분석한 내용을 기반으로 공간데이터의 구축공정을 '항공사진을 이용한 수치지도 신규제작', '기존 수치지도 수정제작', '수치표고모델 구축', '영상지도제작'에 의한 공간데이터 구축 공정을 표준화하였으며, 공정별로 생성되는 공간데이터의 품질을 체크할 수 있는 요소들을 정립하였다.
