Urban transit system consist of complex system such as vehicle, signal, train control equipment, railway facilities, electricity facilities, station facilities and information & communications facilities. So a study on construction of management system for complex system. using system-engineering tool, Urban transit standardization of steps 2 perform architecture for urban transit standardization, requirement management and data-base construction. A study expect that provide more efficient and methodical information system to all user for using standardization.

Mobile RFID technology as a typical Convergence technology combines RFID communication, mobile communication and network infrastructure, and information processing technology. As it enables users to communicate with the surroundings, Mobile RFID technology is now recognized to serve as the basis technology for the Ubiquitous Information Society where users can get the needed information anytime and anywhere. Through lots of efforts for the early technology development and standardization activities on Mobile RFID technology, Korea has been leading technology standardization as well as technology initiatives. Thus, this research paper describes the domestic and the international standardization activities on Mobile RFID technology as well as the latest standardization status. Further this paper summarizes the major standardization issues, and then proposes the standardization strategy of Mobile RFID technology by analyzing the relevant and influential factors.

Not only IETF but also ITU-T SG17 and ISO JTC1 SC6 are also concerning about Internal group communication in the Internet. The recent hot issues on group communications are ECTP, GMP and RMCP. In this paper we present the mechanism and the standardization status on ECTP, GMP and RMCP.

As international standards of ICT were recently recognized as a essential strategy to penetrate into global markets in advance, the competition for international standardization among advanced countries and companies has been intensified. Also, the convergence of ICT and other industry as well as that of ICT and broadcasting has caused the expansion of range and importance in standardization. It is necessary to set up the strategy of standardization on essential technology and implement it systematically in order to take leading position in global market of IC in smart information society of the 21th century. Therefore, in this paper, I'll suggest constructive strategies of standardization through analyzing the trend and environment of IC standardization.

The purpose of this paper to lead North Korea to open up is the disclosure of the information. In addition, the world's standards must be tailored to the communication of information and communication world is possible. I closed the meantime, is a country that has a lot on its own standardized. First, the Republic of Korea and North Korea should be able to communicate in every way. So much information as possible should be accessible through the North and North-South cooperation as may be true. North Korea opening up to the leading international organization (UN) as part of this priority is public information and communication to induce North Korea must understand the standard. Therefore, in order to be a true national unity to be a leading priority with each other when integrated information and communications standardization is possible.
