  • This paper aims to reach the perceptions, ideas and intentions of the higher education adolescences on the effects of technological innovations over interrelation/communication between individuals. While advances in technology commonly works for the welfare and benefit of humankind, paradoxically in some instances could have negative outcomes on interrelations among individuals, minimizing face-to-face communication. The perceptions, so ideas of the individuals on the matter could differ depending on their age, gender, race and the culture beyond their relative intimacy and closeness to ICT tools. In order to penetrate the basic initiatives leading the perceptions of adolescents on the effects of technological improvements on human interrelations/ communication, a survey is conducted with 157 students in high education consisting of Asian, African, Cypriot, Turkish nationals. Results indicate that participants use technological tools for communication which lessens their face-to-face interaction. However they prefer social media more than face-to-face communication during conflict or undesirable situations.

We propose a cognitive MAC protocol using statistical channel information and selecting appropriate idle channel for transmission. The protocol based on the CSMA/CA, exploits statistics of spectrum usage for decision making on channel access. Idle channel availability, spectrum hole sufficiency and available channel condition will be included in algorithm statistical information. The model include the control channel and data channel, the transmitter negotiates with receiver on transmission parameters through control channel, statistical decision results (successful rate of transmission) from exchanged transmission parameters of control channel should pass the threshold and decide the data transmission with spectrum hole on data channel. A dynamical sensing range as a important parameter introduced to maintain the our protocol performance. The proposed protocol's simulation will show that proposed protocol does improve the throughput performance via traditional opportunistic spectrum access MAC protocol.

The article aimed to study the effectiveness of information and communication technologies in the formation of managerial competence of the future head of preschool education institution. To achieve the objectives, the methods of comparative and systematic analysis were used to compare different views on the problem under study, namely, the formation of managerial competence of the future head of preschool education institution by means of information and communication technologies. The authors of the article determined that the use of information and communication technologies in the preparation of future heads of preschool educational institutions is of great importance and is an indicator in the structure of managerial competence. The priority directions of the use of various software products for the study of the modern Ukrainian language, methods of teaching the Ukrainian language contribute to the intensification of learning material. It is noted that the current state of development of information technologies and their widespread use in education satisfies the requirements of the objectivity of the assessment obtained the quality of the control process of forming the managerial competence of the future leader in the context of the general problems of pre-school education. It is noted that the means of information and communication technologies play a leading role in creating new educational policies and projects, as they motivate the way of access to knowledge.

  • Recent national policies National Competency Standards(NCS) to develop teaching-oriented education in the field of industry and learning is taking place. Plan to take advantage of the Internet and multimedia classes, information and communication technology (ICT) for ways to leverage the integration appearing in various forms. The purpose of this study is causal influence on the ARCS motivation theory can determine the basic psychology of human motivation factors and the desires of a typical human nature theory dealing with the psychological needs of interactivity and immersion is learning achievement and learning transfer and to validate the demonstration. By applying information and communication technology sector in the development of learning in information and communication equipment training program modules from a field study conducted at the NCS with a clear empirical and empirical research through the synchronization to the learner and to explore the possibility of generalization.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop indicators for information and communication technology(ICT) use in elementary education, which are useful tools for forecasting and deciding the policy of education in the society of information technology. We analyzed prior studies on information and communication indicators, and suggested a survey forms to collect data and an equation for each indicator in order to calculate an index from the data without additional survey-cost. They can be intended to be explored on definitions of ICT use in education, indicators for ITC use in elementary education, illustration of utilizing the indicators, and an analysis of differences among schools on the indicators.

  • The Information and Communication Technology(ICT) is applied variously by advanced development, however that also causes the ethical problem simultaneously nowadays. It is emphasized the necessity of information and communication ethics and the scheme also is suggested that the student actually may produce and use their own UCC as an educational material which relates to ethics of information and communication in this paper. By doing that activity, student could learn themselves from what they've produced. Therefore they can approach the subject with more interests, beside the method how teacher has been teaching normally which can be described as cramming. The suggestion is phased by the steps as below; First of all, adequate guidance is selected and the aim of education is established to the method of education through producing UCC by analyzing the contents system of information and communication ethics. Second, it is analyzed educational effect along media of UCC. Third, it is analyzed educational effect along the producing format of UCC. Finally, the scheme is developed that student could be learned from UCC they have created. Therefore, students could be participated by themselves more actively to the education and manage the negative effects of ICT. They also could acknowledge and determine the right ethical awareness of information and communication, and develop more advanced ethical awareness by doing this activity.

  • The purpose of this research was to develop risk communication (RC) strategy and educational web-site on food additives for elementary students and their parents to improve their perception on food additives and dietary life. First of all, a survey was conducted from 1,200 elementary children and their parents to diagnose the perception and information needs on food additives. The survey revealed that most children and their parents did not have enough knowledge on food additives and demanded the safety information on food additives. Second, previous researches on food communication were analyzed to develop a risk communication model, and it was directly applied in this study. Third, a web site (www.foodnara.go.kr/foodaddy) was developed to upload the education materials along with up-to-date information and classroom activities for teachers on food additives. Fourth, the developed homepage was evaluated by applying to about 100 children and parents each, and majority of them showed high levels of understanding (children 85.7%, parents 79%) and satisfaction (children 77.2%, parents 64%), and the effect of getting over the prejudice against food additives was observed. The RC model developed in this study could be applied to any food risk communication, and the content and materials in this web site including booklets, animations, and quiz could be used effectively to promote the communication on food additives. In the future, it will be necessary to advertise the web site to be utilized by various consumer levels and to update the contents continuously by developing consumer-friendly communication materials.

  • Generally, the repeater in CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) included HPA(HI-Power Amplifier) to amplifier communication signals. Also , HPA contained PD(Predistortor) to maintain the linearization of amplifier characteristics. A configuration component of PD have been used electricity nonlinear devices such that diode. But this diode takes many influences at the circumstance temperature. Consequently, it can't maintain output linearization, and drop the communication quality. The manufacturer set bias of the circuit to the manual at the first out of ware-house low But the Q-point changes according to the change of the high temperature or low temperature. Therefore, we designed a system to maintain the Q-point by FDM(Fuzzy Decision Maker) in this paper.
