연산증폭기에 의한 광전측광장치의 설계 (Design of Photoelectric Photometer using Operational Amplifier)

  • 고체화된 연산증폭기를 중심으로 구성한 광전측광장치를 구성하였다. 광원에 대응하여 광전자증배관에서 얻는 미소전류의 증폭과 별의 등급측정을 위한 대수변환은 동일연산증폭기의 변형으로 얻고 있다. 측정기능의 한계는 주로 증폭기입력단의 bias전류에 좌우되므로 이것은 광산증폭기의 선택상 주요기준이 될 것이다. 이러한 연산증폭기는 종래 전위계진공관 혹은 진동용량형전위계 등으로 가능하였던 각종 미소전류·전압의 증폭에 높은 신뢰성과 경제적인 증폭방식으로 적용된다.

  • The performance of electroencephalogram (EEG) recordings is affected by electrode type, electronic parameters such as filtering, amplification, signal conversion, data storage; and environmental conditions. However, no single method has been identified for optimal EEG recording quality in all situations. Therefore, we aimed to provide general principles for EEG electrode selection as well as electronic noise reduction, and to present comprehensive information regarding the acquisition of satisfactory EEG signals. The standards provided in this document may be regarded as Korean guidelines for the clinical recording of EEG data. The equipment, types and nomenclature of electrodes, and the details for EEG recording are discussed.

  • In this paper, a safe control strategy is considered in the situation when a platoon of vehicles need to decelerate rapidly. When the vehicles ate spaced closely, it is known that the reference information should be transmitted to the whole platoon to minimize the undesirable effects of small leader disturbances. However, the vehicle control should also depend on the preceding vehicle position to maintain the desired distance. Tracking the preceding vehicle position can lead to amplification of the control input along the following vehicles, therefore the vehicles in the rearward generally exert larger maximum control input than the vehicles in the front. The theoretical bounds for the $i^{th}$ vehicle control input are calculated using a linear vehicle and controller model. In the simple illustrative example, the designed controller maintains string stability, and the control inputs of the following vehicles stay within bounds.

  • The advantages of using analogue optical networks for delivering radio signals from a central location to many remote antenna sites have been recognized. In a telecommnications context, radio signals may be for fixed radio access, cordless or mobile networks, but the same principles apply. By making use of the high bandwidth, low loss characteristics of optical fiber, all high frequency and signal processing functions can be performed centrally and signals can then be transported over the optical network directly at the carrier frequency. The remote sites then become very simple, requiring only optoelectronic conversion, filtering and linear amplification. This shifting of the complex functionality away from the remote site allow cheap, reliable, small and light-weight radio access points with low power consumption to be deployed. In this paper, we show that an electroabsorption modulation(EAM) may be used as a single component in such a radio access point, as a passive transceiver for small-sized cell(picocells).

  • 현재의 OTDR 기술은 150km 이상의 광선로를 감시하기 어렵다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 라만 증폭기를 사용하여 장거리의 기간 전송망을 감시할 수 있는 바이패스 모듈을 구성하였다. 1625nm 파장에서 11dB 이득을 갖는 라만 증폭기가 포함된 바이패스 모듈을 사용하여 300km의 광전송라인을 감시할 수 있는 기술을 확보하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 주기적인 구조로 배열된 복수게이트를 갖는 MOSFET가 초고주파 중폭소자로서 연구되었다. 제안된 소자는 다른 초고주파 증폭소자와 마찬가지로 캐리어의 주행시간을 증폭의 근원으로 한다. 게이트상의 전압분포차 반도체 표면상의 지연파사이의 상호착용이 동기 상태 근처에서 계산되었다. 안정도 계수와 가역성계수가 사용주파수와 캐리어 속도의 함수로 보여졌다.

  • We designed and implemented the RFIC(RF front-end IC) for DTV(Digital TV) tuner. The DTV tuner RF front-end consists of low noise IF amplifier fur the amplification of 900 MHz RF signal and down conversion mixer for the RF signal to 44MHz IF conversion. The RFIC is implemented on ETRI 0.8u high resistive (2㎘ -cm) and evaluated by on wafer, packaged chip test. The gain and IIP3 of IF amplifier are 15㏈ and -6.6㏈m respectively. For the down conversion mixer gain and IIP3 are 13㏈ and -6.5㏈m. Operating voltage of the IF amplifier and the down mixer is 5V, current consumption are 13㎃ and 26㎃ respectively.

  • A small size cartrideg for FET type electrolyte sensor is designed and faricated with much simplified process by using micromachining tenchiques such as silicon etching andglass bonding. Size of the whole cartideg is 2.4cm*2.5cm, and the dead volume of a micro flow-channel in the cartrideg is only 8.5.mu.l. The photosensitive polymer(THB 30) is used to define a micropool and to encapsulate the sensor surface for standardizationof electrolyte sensors. To miniaturize micro flow-channel conventional reference electrode(Ag/AgCl) a differential amplification is introduced using REFET and quasi reference electrode. Refet was fabricated using photosensitive polymer(OMR 83). The fabricated cartridge with built-in pH-ISFET showed good operational characteristics such as linearity and high sensitivity (55.4mV/pH) in a wide pH range(pH2-pH12).

Epidemiological Investigation of Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus by Arbitrarily Primed PCR

  • Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains are resistant to a wide range of antibiotics and are a major cause of nosocomial infections. Accurate and rapid typing of MRSA is needed to implement effective infection control measures. Arbitrarily Primed PCR (AP-PCR) is a very useful method in rapid typing. AP-PCR is not necessary information about target DNA sequence because this is basically DNA amplification and could be useful in epidemiological typing by classified band pattern. In this study, MRSA were isolated and identified from ICU, Neu, IM and Ped environments and investigated molecular typing by AP-PCR. Ped, the MRSA pattern determines the la, IIa type, 1M is Ib type, Neu is IIa type and ICU determines the IIa, lIb types. All MRSA in this study were typeable by AP-PCR, which was easy to perform and reproduce with evidence of MRSA for purposes of nosocomial infection control.
