울증(鬱證)에 대한 문헌적 고찰 - 간기울결(肝氣鬱結)을 중심으로 - (A Literature Review on the Stagnation Pattern - Focusing on Liver-Qi Stagnation -)

  • Objectives : The objective of this paper is to study the literature on stagnation pattern, to further determine reasoning for the emphasis on Liver-qi stagnation out of all the Five Zang stagnation patterns. Methods : Stagnation patterns in literature from the Xian-Qin/Liang-Han period, Sui-Tang-Song period, Jin-Yuan period and Ming-Qing period were studied and analyzed. Results & Conclusions : Based on chronological analysis on discussions of stagnation pattern, the Five stagnation in the Neijing were related to the excessiveness and deficiency of the Five circuits. After the discussions of the Four Masters of the Jin-Yuan period, WangAndao explained that stagnation could happen without relation to external contraction in his discussion of Benqiziyubing. Yutuan focused on the inter-relationship between the six stagnation patterns, emphasizing qi stagnation, while Sunyikui discussed stagnation pattern within the framework of the Five Zang stagnation. Zhaoxianke argued for the first time that one of the treatment methods of Wood stagnation could replace the five treatment methods, focusing on Wood stagnation which could be the clue to stagnation pattern. Of current Zangfu diagnostic terminology, the influential Liver qi stagnation remains to this day.

Comparing Physicochemical Properties, Fatty Acid Profiles, Amino Acid Composition, and Volatile Compounds in Dry-Cured Loin: The Impact of Different Levels of Proteolysis and Lipid Oxidation

  • The aim of this study is to compare the quality characteristics of dry-cured loins with different levels of proteolysis and lipid oxidation and to investigate the relationship between these factors on quality characteristics. The dry-cured loins were divided into four groups [proteolytic index (PI) and 2-thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) of high levels (HH), PI of high level and TBARS of low level (HL), PI of low level and TBARS of high level (LH), and PI and TBARS of low levels (LL)] based on the proteolysis index and TBARS. Moisture, protein, and fat content were all significantly influenced by proteolysis and lipid oxidation (p<0.05). The total fatty acid content in the high proteolysis groups (HH and HL) was significantly lower than that in the low proteolysis groups (LH and LL; p<0.05). For total free amino acid content, HH was the highest, and LL was the lowest (p<0.05). On the other hand, there was no significant difference between HL and LH (p>0.05). In the amount of total volatile compounds, there was no significant difference between HH and HL (p>0.05), but LH and LL significantly differed (p<0.05). In conclusion, proteolysis and lipid oxidation can influence the quality characteristics of dry-cured loin. Additionally, proteolysis might be as influential in generating volatile compounds as lipid oxidation.

유튜브 콘텐츠 특성이 패션 정보 수용에 미치는 영향: 정보 제공 주체별 비교 (Impact of YouTube Content Characteristics on Fashion Information Acceptance: Comparison by Information Provider)

  • This study investigated the role of YouTube in providing fashion information and explored how fashion companies and individual YouTubers used this platform to communicate with consumers and disseminate fashion contents. This research identified two main types of YouTube information providers: fashion companies and fashion YouTubers. It focused on characteristics of YouTube fashion information (such as informativity, novelty, usefulness, authenticity, and enjoyment) and their impact on consumer needs satisfaction, information satisfaction, and information acceptance. An online survey was conducted with female consumers aged 20 to 39 years, analyzing responses to assess how YouTube fashion information affected consumer behavior and decision-making. Using SPSS for statistical analysis, results indicated that usefulness and enjoyment significantly influenced information acceptance, particularly with fashion companies showing a stronger impact from usefulness, while authenticity and enjoyment were more influential for fashion YouTubers. Moreover, mediating effects of consumer needs satisfaction and information satisfaction on the relationship between fashion information characteristics and information acceptance were examined. Findings revealed that various characteristics had different mediating effects based on whether the information provider was a fashion company or a fashion YouTuber. Notably, enjoyment and authenticity played crucial roles in mediating consumer needs satisfaction. Overall, this study provides insights into how YouTube serves as a vital channel for fashion information, influencing consumer satisfaction and behavior. It also offers practical implications for fashion marketers on how to leverage YouTube effectively to meet consumer needs and enhance information acceptance, thereby proposing strategic marketing recommendations for fashion companies and YouTubers.

기업의 환경적 특성에 따른 혁신활동과 기업성과간 영향요인 분석: ICT분야 중소기업을 중심으로 (Analysis of Influential Factors in the Relationship between Innovation Efforts Based on the Company's Environment and Company Performance: Focus on Small and Medium-sized ICT Companies)

  • 본 연구는 ICT 분야 중소기업의 외부환경 민감도와 혁신활동에 대한 조직성향이 기업성과에 미치는 영향요인에 대해 실증분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory Factor Analysis)을 통해 투입된 변수간의 관계성과 패턴을 파악하였고 둘째, 요인분석에 의해 축약된 영향 요인들을 유형화하는 군집분석(Cluster Analysis)을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 유형화된 군집들의 혁신활동과 기업성과간 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Modeling)을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 국내 ICT분야 중소기업을 대상으로 실시한 E-연구원의 수요조사 결과 1,022부에 대해 실증분석에 활용했다. 내 외부 환경에 대한 40개 투입변수에 대해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 총 7개의 요인이 추출되었으며 7개의 요인을 기반으로 총 4개의 군집(n=1,022)이 형성되었다. 군집 4개의 대해 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 실증분석을 한 결과, 기술 경쟁 환경에 민감하며, 혁신적인 조직 성향을 가진 군집1은 자체기술개발만이 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시장 환경에 민감하며, 내부 협력적 조직 성향을 가진 군집2는 자체기술개발과 공동연구를 통해서만 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경쟁적인 환경에 민감하며, 혁신적이고 정부/관련기관과의 협력적 조직 성향을 가진 군집3은 공동연구 그리고 매개변수인 정부 지원 프로그램 활용을 통해 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기술도입은 기업성과에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개방적인 조직 성향이 강한 군집4는 자체기술개발과 매개변수인 네트워크 활용 및 정부 지원 프로그램 활용이 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소기업 혁신을 위한 전략 및 정책 수립에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

정보시스템의 지속적 사용에서 경험의 역할에 대한 분석 (An Analysis of the Roles of Experience in Information System Continuance)

  • The notion of information systems (IS) continuance has recently emerged as one of the most important research issues in the field of IS. A great deal of research has been conducted thus far on the basis of theories adapted from various disciplines including consumer behaviors and social psychology, in addition to theories regarding information technology (IT) acceptance. This previous body of knowledge provides a robust research framework that can already account for the determination of IS continuance; however, this research points to other, thus-far-unelucidated determinant factors such as habit, which were not included in traditional IT acceptance frameworks, and also re-emphasizes the importance of emotion-related constructs such as satisfaction in addition to conscious intention with rational beliefs such as usefulness. Experiences should also be considered one of the most important factors determining the characteristics of information system (IS) continuance and the features distinct from those determining IS acceptance, because more experienced users may have more opportunities for IS use, which would allow them more frequent use than would be available to less experienced or non-experienced users. Interestingly, experience has dual features that may contradictorily influence IS use. On one hand, attitudes predicated on direct experience have been shown to predict behavior better than attitudes from indirect experience or without experience; as more information is available, direct experience may render IS use a more salient behavior, and may also make IS use more accessible via memory. Therefore, experience may serve to intensify the relationship between IS use and conscious intention with evaluations, On the other hand, experience may culminate in the formation of habits: greater experience may also imply more frequent performance of the behavior, which may lead to the formation of habits, Hence, like experience, users' activation of an IS may be more dependent on habit-that is, unconscious automatic use without deliberation regarding the IS-and less dependent on conscious intentions, Furthermore, experiences can provide basic information necessary for satisfaction with the use of a specific IS, thus spurring the formation of both conscious intentions and unconscious habits, Whereas IT adoption Is a one-time decision, IS continuance may be a series of users' decisions and evaluations based on satisfaction with IS use. Moreover. habits also cannot be formed without satisfaction, even when a behavior is carried out repeatedly. Thus, experiences also play a critical role in satisfaction, as satisfaction is the consequence of direct experiences of actual behaviors. In particular, emotional experiences such as enjoyment can become as influential on IS use as are utilitarian experiences such as usefulness; this is especially true in light of the modern increase in membership-based hedonic systems - including online games, web-based social network services (SNS), blogs, and portals-all of which attempt to provide users with self-fulfilling value. Therefore, in order to understand more clearly the role of experiences in IS continuance, analysis must be conducted under a research framework that includes intentions, habits, and satisfaction, as experience may not only have duration-based moderating effects on the relationship between both intention and habit and the activation of IS use, but may also have content-based positive effects on satisfaction. This is consistent with the basic assumptions regarding the determining factors in IS continuance as suggested by Oritz de Guinea and Markus: consciousness, emotion, and habit. The principal objective of this study was to explore and assess the effects of experiences in IS continuance, with special consideration given to conscious intentions and unconscious habits, as well as satisfaction. IN service of this goal, along with a review of the relevant literature regarding the effects of experiences and habit on continuous IS use, this study suggested a research model that represents the roles of experience: its moderating role in the relationships of IS continuance with both conscious intention and unconscious habit, and its antecedent role in the development of satisfaction. For the validation of this research model. Korean university student users of 'Cyworld', one of the most influential social network services in South Korea, were surveyed, and the data were analyzed via partial least square (PLS) analysis to assess the implications of this study. In result most hypotheses in our research model were statistically supported with the exception of one. Although one hypothesis was not supported, the study's findings provide us with some important implications. First the role of experience in IS continuance differs from its role in IS acceptance. Second, the use of IS was explained by the dynamic balance between habit and intention. Third, the importance of satisfaction was confirmed from the perspective of IS continuance with experience.

6세 이하 어린이의 유아기우식증과 어머니 영향 요인의 관련성 (Relationship of Early Childhood Caries and the Influential Factor of Mothers in Children under 6 Years Old)

  • 연구는 2013년 7월 10일부터 9월 5일까지 대구 경북에 소재하고 있는 소아과, 어린이집, 소아치과에 내원하는 만 6세 이하 자녀를 둔 부모 277명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 어머니의 일반적 특성에 따른 유아기우식증의 차이에서 유아기우식증 인지는 전문대졸 이상의 경우 유의하게 높았고(p<0.01), 유아기우식증 경험은 연령이 35세 이상과 자녀가 2명 이상인 경우 유의하게 높았으며(p<0.05), 유아기 우식증 치료경험은 35세 이상(p<0.05), 자녀가 2명 이상인 경우(p<0.05), 월 소득이 300만원 이상(p<0.01)일 때 유의하게 높았다. 유아기우식증과 어머니의 구강보건지식의 차이를 비교분석한 결과, 구강보건지식 평균은 18.90점이었고, 유아기 우식증을 인지하는 경우 구강보건지식 점수가 19.48점으로 하지 않는 경우의 17.88점보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.001). 유아기우식증 인지 유무에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학력과 구강보건지식으로 어머니의 학력과 구강보건지식이 높은 군이 유아기우식증 인지가 높았고, 유아기우식증 경험유무에 영향을 미치는 요인은 구강상태확인과 불소치약 사용 및 물로 헹굼으로 구강상태를 확인하지 않고 물로 헹구지 않으며, 불소치약을 사용하는 군이 유아기우식증 경험이 높았으며, 유아기우식증 치료경험에 영향을 미치는 요인은 월 소득, 구강상태확인, 불소치약 사용, 물로 헹굼, 예방치과처치로 월소득이 낮고 구강상태를 확인하지 않으며, 물로 헹구지 않는 군과 불소치약을 사용하고 예방치과처치를 하는 군이 치료경험이 높았다. 이상의 결과로 6세 이하 어린이의 유아기우식증은 어머니의 연령, 학력, 자녀수, 월수입과 관련이 있고, 어머니의 구강보건지식 및 자녀의 구강건강 실천 사이와도 유의한 상관성이 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 어린이의 유아기우식증을 줄이고 구강건강 증진을 위해 유아기 자녀의 어머니와 예비어머니인 임산부를 대상으로 국가적인 차원의 실천 가능한 다양한 구강보건교육 프로그램의 개발과 지속적인 홍보 및 교육이 필요하며, 구강보건교육을 담당하고 있는 치과위생사의 인식과 이들이 체계적인 교육을 실시할 수 있도록 제도적 장치 마련이 필요하다.

한국형 심리부검 기반 이차원적 자살유형 연구: 자살행동과 자살위험요인을 중심으로 (The Study of the Two-Dimensional Suicidal Type Based on Psychological Autopsy: A Focus on Suicidal Behaviors and Suicidal Risk Factors)

  • 본 연구는 심리부검을 통해 완결된 자살자의 자살행동과 자살위험요인을 탐색하고 이를 지표로 자살 유형을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 또한 각 유형에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 이차적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 128명의 완결된 자살자와 관련 유가족과 지인을 대상으로 심리부검 면담을 실시했고 유형 분석에 필요한 지표변수를 최종 선정하였다. 자살위험요인 지표변수로 정신장애, 자살/자해, 중대한 신체변화, 배우자간 갈등, 직장/학교 내 적응 및 관계문제, 실직/해고, 사업실패, 무직, 심각한 재정적 문제가 선정되었다. 자살행동 지표변수로 자살의지표현, 자살유서, 구조도움요청, 자살시간/장소/방법, 과거 자살/자해 시도, 자살자 최초발견이 선정되었다. 잠재계층분석(Latent Class Analysis)과 3단계 분석 방법(3-step method)을 이용하여 유형을 분석하였고 각 유형에 대한 차이를 규명하고자 외부변수(경제적 변화, 동거, 스트레스 존재/변화, 관계변화, 가족 중 정신장애/알코올문제/신체질병, 학교/직장 만족)를 활용하였다. 분석 결과 자살행동을 기반으로 한 유형 분석에는 5가지 계층(경제문제, 적응문제, 복합문제, 정신과문제, 사건반응), 자살위험요인을 기반으로 한 유형 분석에서는 3가지 계층(주거지-자살시도-가족발견형, 비주거지-비자살시도-지인발견형, 주거지-비자살시도-가족발견형)이 탐색되었다. 자살행동 기반 3가지 유형 간에는 성별, 결혼상태, 동거여부, 관계변화에서 유의미한 차이를 보였고 특히 유형 3(주거지-비자살시도-가족발견형)의 경우 다른 유형에 비해 동거중인 상태로, 기혼자일 가능성이 높고 대인관계 갈등이 두드러졌다. 자살위험요인 기반 5가지 유형 간에는 경제적 변화, 동거, 스트레스, 관계변화, 가족 관련 문제, 학교/직장 만족도에서 차이를 보였는데 특히 유형3(복합문제)은 상대적으로 가족 관련 문제는 없으나 개인적인 스트레스 발생과 악화가 두드러졌다. 향후 해당 유형과 유형별 영향요인에 맞는 자살예방과 위기개입 방안이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

산재병원 구성원들의 직종별 이직의사에 관련된 영향요인 (Factors affecting the turnover intention of Industrial Accident Hospital Employees by Job Category)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of socio-demographic, organizational conflict and job satisfaction, and to examine the interrelation of influential factors in the intention of turnover. The data for this study were collected through a self-administrated survey with a structured questionnaire to 1,027 subjects from several medical doctor staff members, nursing staff members, administration staff members, pharmacist, and technical expert of eleven hospitals. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaire from July 29 to September 7, 2002. In this analysis frequency test, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression were used. The main results of this research is as following; 1. According to socio-demographic characteristics of the respondent's level of the intention of turnover was higher in a doctor staff members than others, for females than males, and had worked for 5-10 years in hospitals. Also, the intent to turnover was generally higher younger workers than long terms workers. 2. According to the organizational conflict characteristics as the respondents who got less conflict experience in the organization, their level of the intention of turnover was higher. And, technical conflict experiences were expressed greater than hierarchical conflict experiences. 3. According to the job satisfaction characteristics as his or her satisfaction that is about the promotion, working itself, salary, and fellowship in the organizational was higher, the level of the intention of turnover was lower. 4. According to the result of Multiple Regression for the doctor staff members in general hospitals rather than special hospitals was negatively correlated with the satisfaction of working itself while hierarchical conflict factors in the organizational conflict characteristics was positively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the nursing staff members the job satisfaction for the working itself, salary were negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the administration staff members as the job satisfaction for the working itself was negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For medical and pharmacy staff members as more working experience, correlation with the intention of turnover was negative. Besides, as the job satisfaction for the working itself and the fellowship was negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the skill and technicians, the job satisfaction for the working itself, promotion were negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. The above indicate that job satisfaction and promote their ability and form a good relationship with organization members were very important to decrease the intention of turnover. This study identified the major effective factors of the intention of turnover and analyzed the differences among the job category. In that respect, it is significant for the study to be able to provide a reference for managing hospital of industrial accident and organizational development. However, this study has a problem, which is not to identify a valuable model for examining the relationship between organizational factors such as organizational conflict, job satisfaction, and intention of turnover. Therefore, further study is needed and strengthened in the field of intention of turnover for hospital for industrial accident.

유아기 긍정적.부정적 또래상호작용에 관련된 변인 연구 (A Study on Variables related to Positive and Negative Peer Interactions of Young Children)

  • 본 연구는 또래상호작용에 대한 성별과 연령에 따른 차이와 유아의 기질, 정서조절능력, 어머니의 정서표현성 및 교사-유아 관계와의 관계와 이들 변인의 상대적 영향력을 알아보고자 했다. 본 연구는 만 4, 5세 유아 217명과 그들의 어머니를 대상으로 하였으며 유아의 기질, 정서조절능력, 어머니의 정서표현성, 교사-유아 관계가 설문도구로 사용되었다. 연구방법은 t검증, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 통해 알아보았다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아의 긍정적 또래 상호작용은 남아가 여아보다 높게 나타났고, 부정적 또래상호작용은 남아가 여아보다 높게 나타났다. 또한 유아의 긍정적 또래상호작용은 만 5세가 만 4세보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 사회성이 높고 수줍음이 낮을 수록 긍정적 또래상호작용이 높고, 활동성과 수줍음이 높을수록 유아의 부정적 또래상호작용이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 유아의 정서조절능력이 높을 수록 긍정적 또래상호작용이 높고 정서조절능력이 낮을 수록 부정적 또래상호작용이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 어머니의 정서표현성이 높을 수록 긍정적 또래상호작용이 높고 정서표현성이 낮을 수록 부정적 또래상호작용이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 교사와 유아간의 친밀감이 높고 갈등이 낮을 수록 긍정적 또래상호작용이 높고 친밀감이 낮고 갈등이 높을 수록 부정적 또래상호작용이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 또래상호작용에 대한 상대적 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 유아의 정서조절능력이 가장 큰 변인으로 나타났다.

군병원 간호조직문화와 조직성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Nursing Organizational Culture of Military Hospital and Organizational Performance)

  • Purpose: This research was, by investigating the relations between the cultural types of a nursing organization in military hospital and performance, to ascertain the cultural types to be able to improve performance. Method: The date were gathered from 255 nurse officers who were in 19 military hospitals by using the self-report type of questionnaire. The period of data collection was from April 20, 2003 to July 15, 2003. For this research, the following tools were used: the tools for measuring the organizational characteristics, organizational culture, and job satisfaction, the tool for measuring organizational commitment. For data analysis the SPSS Win 12.0 program was used. Result: 1) Most of the cultural types of a nursing organization in military hospital is Relation-oriented. 2) In the relation between general the characteristics of subject and the organizational cultural type, there was a difference in the innovation-oriented, relation-oriented, hierarchy-oriented, and task-oriented culture according to nurse officers careers, hospital types, year in hospital, marital status, and unit(p<0.05). 3) In the relation between general characteristics of subject and organizational performance, there was a difference in the job satisfaction, affective commitment, transactional commitment, and normative commitment according to nurse officers careers, education, madrigal status and unit(p<0.05). 4) In the relationship between the of a military hospital were correlated with the type of each culture(p=0.00), 5) In the relation between the organizational culture type of military hospital and its performance, there was a positive correlation among job satisfaction and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture(p<0.05). And hierarchy-oriented culture showed that they had a weak negative correlation with job satisfaction(p<0.05). There was a positive correlation among affective commitment and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture(p<0.05). And hierarchy-oriented culture showed that they had a weak negative correlation with affective commitment(p<0.05). There was no culture type significantly related to continuance commitment and there was a weak positive correlation among normative commitment and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture. The types to have an influence upon nurse officers' job satisfaction were relation-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture(p=0.00). And relation-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture were major variances for affective commitment and only relation-oriented culture was influential variance for normative commitment(p=0.00). Conclusion: The organizational culture type was found which had an influence upon nurse officers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. These result are very significant in having showed the persons in charge of nursing administration a basic data for creation of an effective organizational culture.
