  • The introduction of the BIM into the architectural service industry is currently not being conducted smoothly. The purpose of this research is to, considering the current state of the market, establish long-term strategies that will enable the BIM to successfully settle. The survey has been conducted in target of architects in order to understand pending issues. Additionally, the articles regarding BIM have been researched for the purpose of better understanding the current societal demands. Indicated by survey results, the architects agree to a certain extent upon the need of BIM for architectural designs, yet also express concerns that the BIM introduction does not guarantee betterment in efficiency. The problematic aspects of BIM introduction that have already been discussed in some policy-related studies include a multitude of complicated issues that are unable to be resolved within a short period of time: underdeveloped BIM infra, the limit of BIM software itself, political issues regarding licensing and lack of social awareness. Based on the issues mentioned above, three main areas of focus along with their respective practical strategies and tasks have been designated. Finally, this research has analyzed the current situation and its issues along with the political solutions of 12 projects, amongst which include the standard for plan drawings, licensing system improvement, cost standard and BIM introduction support.   • Smart Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship(MASS) is aiming to provide eco-friendly smart maritime navigation service based on safety, reliability and efficiency for maritime safety and marine environment protection. In the future, it is expected to bring about a radical change across the marine industry such as marine, maritime, port, logistics, ship-building and so forth. Therefore, in this paper, policy priorities related to the introduction of MASS were identified, and response strategies for each industry were set up, and a policy plan for establishing a smart maritime logistics system covering shipping, port and shipbuilding fields was proposed.

  • This paper suggests that the introduction of Seoul-Pusan High Speed rail system makes related railway industry to be developed through transfer of high technology and other related industries to be jointly grown by technology' ripple effects. Technology transfer and localization implementation process in the period of technology introduction was reviewed synthetically and problems at that period was also analyzed. And technology development countermeasures of railway industry was discussed in order to maintain and expand railway system technology in the future.

  • Additive manufacturing technology is recognized as an optimal technology for mass-customized distributed production because it can yield products with high design freedom by applying an automated production system. However, the introduction of novel technologies to the additive manufacturing industry is generally delayed, and technology uncertainty has been pointed out as one of the main causes. This paper presents the results of the research and analysis of current standardization trends that are related to additive manufacturing by examining the hierarchical structure of the quality system along with the various industry and evaluation standards. Consequently, it was confirmed that the currently unfolding standardization does not sufficiently reflect the characteristics of additive manufacturing technology, and rather can become a barrier to entry for market participants or an element that suppresses the lateral shearing ability of additive manufacturing technology.

  • Many of logistics-related research in automobile industry has focused on inbound logistics and procurement. Research into outbound logistics is relatively few. As a starting research into outbound logistics in automobile industry, this paper examined its logistics network problems with three aspects - location strategy, inventory strategy and transportation strategy. We proposed alternatives of logistics network design resolution, and presented three practical scenarios based on those alternatives. Based on interview, on-site visit and internal data collection processes, we identified major domestic outbound logistics problems such as redundant logistics bases, inefficient delivery policy, insufficient inventory capacity, inventory stock quality deterioration, inefficient transportation system, and etc. In order to cope with those problems, we proposed such strategic alternatives as introduction of hub-and-spoke system, integration of logistics bases, introduction of (automatic) parking building, diversification of transportation mode, and etc. At the same time, we constructed three practically executable scenarios based on those ideas. The first is "Center Hub" scenario, the second is "Metropolitan Hub" scenario. The third and last scenario is "Regional Consolidation of Warehouses (distribution centers)".

  • Recently the spread which RFID technology is overcomes the limit of existing recognition technology, it is forecast with the fact that it will bring a new renovation at the business and the industrial all over. Specially the case RFID technology of Port Logistic Industry will be applied it is forecast with the fact that it will bring a many effect. The government leads introduces a RFID technology of Port Logistic Industry through the various demonstration business. But it is many with the research insufficient the depression against an actuality improvement subject and the depression of technical know-how strategy and it is difficult it is undergoing. In order to solve this problems, we propose an introduction of technical know-how Road Map that we select ranking with Existing literature investigation and the present business demand anaylsis. In the future this research it it forecast in future the successful guide line to the RFID technology introduction of Port Logistic Industry will become.

  • Automated driving car is drawing attention as a seminal service representing 4th industrial revolution era based on 5G network, AI, IOT and sensor technology. automated driving car is expected to evolve into the final level which does not require driver's input. Drivers are able to consume new additional time in private space. Many industries started to compete to control these time and space. Media industry is expecting quite big change due to the introduction of automated driving cars. This research examines the impact of the media industry and social & institutional issues of automated driving cars based on depth interviews of experts. The introduction of automated driving cars is giving new opportunity for media industry as contents provider. Telcos and IT corporations are expected to compete each other to get the control of infotainment systems of automated driving cars. The reform of current regulations regarding car driving is pointed as important task to protect private information and the introduction of automated driving cars.

Recognition Study on Introduction of HACCP to Industry Foodservice (사업체 급식의 HACCP 제도 도입을 위한 인지도 조사)

  • For the introduction of HACCP to industry food service, a survey was conducted from 150 dieticians and 40 managers on their recognition on HACCP system. The questionnaire of the survey included the status of current food safety management, management responsibilities, recognition on HACCP, problems in HACCP introduction. The majority of respondents was satisfied with the current food safety management, and the food service managers were more confident than dieticiant in terms of food safety. Foodservice managers (100%) and dieticians (96%) recognized HACCP system; however, they responded the application of HACCP to industry food service were only 27% and 12.5%, respectively. They pointed out the reasons that they cannot introduce HACCP to their industry food service were the lack of benefits and good facilities. Dieticians strongly recognized the need of correction oi food safety manasement in industry food service, compared with food service managers. The results suggest that the introduction of HACCP to industry food servife should be accomplislled by continuous education and information on food safety, improving facilities and a variety of benefits to HACCP-implemented companies from the government.

Analysis of Economical Effect Due to Introduction of RFID on ULS Pallet (일관수송용 파렛트의 RFID 도입에 따른 경제적 효과분석)

  • Recently, various studies regarding introduction of RFID have been implemented in many industries including logistics field. The objective of this study are (i) to analyze an economical effect due to the introduction of RFID on ULS(Unit Load System) Pallet, (ii) to develop a model to estimate cost of RFID introduction, and (iii) to establish a foundation for activating introduction of RFID to the logistics field in order to increase efficiency. This study utilized data regarding fifty logistics companies' awareness of RFID usage. The result of the economical analysis showed B/C of 2.766 and NPV of 2.6 billion won, which implies significant benefit to the logistics industry. This study is meaningful in that it is the first study to quantitatively estimate the effect of RFID introduction on ULS pallet in Korea.
