국가 주요기반시설이 증가하고 ISMS 의무인증 대상이 확대되면서 정보보호 컨설팅의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 컨설팅을 수행할 인력의 수요 또한 증가하고 있지만, 산업계의 요구를 충족하는 인력은 부족한 실정이다[5]. 본 연구에서는 산업계의 요구를 파악하기 위해 한국과 미국의 구인광고를 수집하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 향후 기업 수요에 맞는 컨설턴트의 인력양성을 위한 정책개발에 기여할 수 있고, 궁극적으로는 보안컨설팅 인력의 질적인 수요 불일치를 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 국내대학의 정보보호 전공 교육과정을 분석하였고, 교육내용을 중심으로 대학별 교육 차별화 방향을 살펴보았다. 또한 국내 정보보호 산업체를 중심으로 정보보호 분야별 인력채용 수요현황과 대학별 양성인력을 비교 분석하여 정보보호 인력의 충족정도를 분석하였다. 아울러 정보보호 전공 교육과정 측면에서 향후 융합 분야의 정보보호 인력 요구와 방향성을 검토하였다.

디지털 기술의 발전에 따라 해상환경은 빠르게 변화할 것으로 예상된다. 자율운항선박의 경우 국내 · 외 많은 국가에서 기술개발 중이며, 국제사회는 이를 운용하기 위한 논의도 시작되었다. 선박의 변화는 해상교통 환경의 변화를 야기하며, 육상지원시설에 대한 변화도 촉구한다. 본 연구는 항행지원시설의 사이버 보안 체계 개선을 위해 해상교통관제 인원의 사이버 보안 관리 인식을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 해상교통관제 중심으로 사이버 보안 관리 현황을 살펴보고, 해상통관제 인원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 분석은 IPA 방법론을 활용했으며, 분석결과 보안담당 경험이 있는 인원과 경험 없는 인원의 사이버 보안에 대한 인식차이가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 더불어 사이버 공격 탐지 및 차단 관련 기술적인 조치가 가장 우선적으로 시행되어야할 사항으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 항행지원시설에 대한 사이버 보안 관리 체계 개선을 위한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있다.

Technology development of modern society reduces times, costs and labor costs but demands work forces requiring expert knowledge on technology. Consequently knowledge worker becomes important. Not changing into a specialist acquired expert knowledge, people can't survive in competitive society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to grasp the actual condition of private security industry and to examine problems. The final goal is to find the way to improve the professionalism of workers in private security industry. First. Now we must make up for the subject for examination actually and be in a triangular position and complement a professional materials for teaching. At the same time it must strengthen the education using advanced instruments seek to Total Security System. Moreover it is demanded 'institutional supplement of security guard instructors' which means job training for security guard instructor Second. On the job training which can deal with a state of emergency through 'security guard training' with a theory and an actual training must be strengthen. Also, most security guards have low understandings and interests because their ages are from 50's to 60's. Accordingly proper education must be offered to security guard. Third. Certification system of the private security guards are needed to fix the problems on an indiscreet issue and an abuse of license through deliberation on the security license. Fourth. Universities must find a new market to minimize the squandering of human resources because of oversupply and reduce the personnel. Also with enhancing the employment rate through specialized education, universities must offer an education which keeps pace with the times for not an entrance strategy but a long-term development. Effort for education of specialist will produce an improvement in business quality and improved services produce a customer satisfaction. A customer satisfaction will produce a fame of a successful company and positive images in market area. Finally the private industry will be developed by productivity improvement.

As Korea's global IT sourcing is sluggish and supply of qualified IT personnel does not meet the demand, IT developers currently do not worry about their job security. The sluggish global sourcing is attributed to the lack of system design and analysis skills as well as lack of communication skills of IT personnel. Most of big Korean IT service firms operate in captive market. This is also attributed to the cause of the sluggish global sourcing. Some IT managers, especially in global IT service firms, concerned about the negative long term effect of the sluggish global sourcing on competitiveness and human infra capability of Korea's IT service industry. Managers in IT service firms expect skill requirement changes in the future when global sourcing becomes active. The skills and knowledge that they wish to retain in-house is business knowledge, system analysis and design knowledge, customer relation management skills, project management skills and industry knowledge. The jobs with the above knowledge usually involve customers.

IT기술의 발전에 따라, 여성인력의 사회 참여 확대와 함께 정보보호 여성의 인력 양성은 매우 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 그러므로 여성 정보보호 인력 양성의 방향을 파악하기 위해 관련 교육과정을 분석하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 수도권의 서울 지역에 소재하고 있는 여성 정보보호 인력 양성 학과의 교육훈련 프로그램을 분석하였다. 본 논문의 주된 연구 목표는 여성 정보보안 인력양성 학과가 구성하고 있는 교육훈련 체계가 NIST 인력양성 방향과 부합하고 있는지 검토하는 것이다. 연구 초점은 여성 정보보안 학과가 보안 전공별로 어떤 특성을 가진 교육과정을 편성하는지, 그리고 어떤 직무 교육에 관심을 가지는지에 초점을 맞추어 연구하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 해당 전공의 교육과정이 NIST 인력양성 프레임워크를 기준하여, 관련 대학의 전공들이 해당 직무에 부합하는 교육훈련 체계를 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 말해, 관련 전공들은 융합산업 보안의 인증 평가 인력이나 정보보안 개발인력, 그리고 일반적인 사이버 보안 인력 양성에 초점을 맞추고 있는 것으로 판단된다.

As the first step to information security, the security policy and organizational control need to be established. The purpose of this study is to investigate the policy and management of information security of five major Korean business groups. The results of case study on five giant groups can be summarized as follows. There exists a basic policy for information security. But it is outdated and not realistic in the present. The security audit and education need to be upgraded. It is also necessary to use security tools actively. The security level is low in companies which do not have independent information security divisions. Therefore, it is desirable to build information security teams. The number of security personnel is not enough for the task although there exist an information security team in the company. It is important to check if the team has the ability of perform information security task. The interview with security managers reveals that the total security management should be integrated with physical and computer security. It is suggested that an Information Security Center play the major role for information security. The study on the information security management for industry level is expected to be performed in the future.

최근 전세계적으로 해적발생 건수는 꾸준히 증가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역도 점차 확대되고 있다. 생계형 해적활동에서 대규모 조직화 지능화 산업화되면서 해적피해로 인한 손실이 연간 10조원을 상회하고 있다. 선박에 승선하는 무장경비원과 그를 고용한 사설해상보안회사에 대한 제도 및 관리방안에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 편이다. 이와 같은 무장 경비원에 대한 법적 공백상태를 해소하고, 미비점을 정비하며, 국제 해상안전과 대한민국 국민 및 선박의 안전을 도모하기 위하여 해상무장경비원제도의 도입은 매우 시급한 과제라고 아니할 수 없다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 해적의 실태를 분석하고 무장경비원의 활동상을 검토하여 제도적인 도입방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 선박승선 무장경비원제도 도입방안은 어떠한 방향으로 되어야 합리적인가에 대한 진지한 검토가 필요하다고 생각된다. 우리나라의 선박에 승선하는 무장경비원에 대한 정책은 무엇인가?, 이 무장경비원 사용을 인정한다면 법적 근거는 무엇인가?, 법적 근거가 없다면 신중한 검토를 통하여 마련해야 한다. 특히 선박승선 무장경비원은 총기를 사용할 수 있다는 점에서 하는 특수경비원과 유사한 점이 있다. 해양수산부의 안은 경찰청 소관 법령인 경비업법상의 특수경비원제도와 충돌하므로 이에 대한 새로운 법률을 제정한다기 보다는 경비업법에 선박에 승선하는 무장경비원제도를 신설하는 방안이 합리적인 방안이 아닌가 생각된다. 그리고 그 관리기관은 해양수산부가 아니라 무기관리의 전문성을 가지고 현장에서 활동하는 국민안전처의 해양경비안전본부가 되어야 합리적이고 생각된다.

본 연구는 우리나라 산업기술 보호의 필요성과 기술보호를 위한 산업보안요원들의 직무만족이 조직몰입과 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 이에 대한 개선점을 도출하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 실무에서 산업보안요원으로 근무하고 있는 150여 근무자들을 대상으로 2023년 8월 28부터 9월 22일까지 4주간 설문조사를 시도하였다. 설문내용을 보면 변수를 "첫째 직무만족, 둘째 조직몰입, 셋째 조직성과"로 구성하였으며 이를 바탕으로 연구가설을 3개 제안하였다. 각 측정항목들의 내적 일관성이 충족한 것을 확인하고 판별타당성과 개념 신뢰도를 산출하였으며 각 변수들의 판별타당성을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 연구모형을 검증하기 위하여 회귀분석을 시행한 이후 그 결과를 보면 연구가설 3개 중에서 "직무만족 ⇨ 조직몰입, 직무만족 ⇨ 조직성과"는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 도출되어 채택하였으나, "조직몰입 ⇨ 조직성과"는 유의하지 않는 것으로 산출되어 기각되었다.

The theoretical and methodological provisions that allow to systematically and comprehensively study the postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers; the essence and features of postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers of diverse training institutions, providing professional and pedagogical training of this category of pedagogical personnel, have been determined; regularities, principles and conditions for the implementation of promising directions of development of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of diverse training have been developed; developed technological support for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training; identified and substantiated promising directions for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training in vocational education, due to the modernization.
