This paper aims to examine how and why the role of Seoul National University has evolved through the formation of Seoul National University's entrepreneurial ecosystems (SNUEEs). To identify this, we used secondary data on SNU entrepreneurship and did in-depth interviews with 17 student entrepreneurs and supportive actors in the ecosystems. First, the university-industry cooperation policy and the first start-up boom in the late 1990s gave rise to the first generation of SNUEEs. They entered the second generation with the second start-up boom in 2010. The third generation emerged through the government's start-up support policy and the venture investment market revitalization in 2017. Second, SNUEEs have experienced transformations of the university's role from an 'ivory tower' to a 'feeder of knowledge and labor' and have become a 'hub of knowledge networks.' Third, hub institutions and organizations were established and supported by government policies, and networks of SNUEEs have been embedded in these hub institutions and organizations. SNUEEs as a hub university are evolving through the formation of a voluntary entrepreneurial culture by student entrepreneurs, the supportive policy at the university level, and the establishment of linkages with the region where the university is located.
Urban rivers and their surrounding environments have been altered due to factors such as rapid economic growth and urban development. This alteration have caused the rivers to lose their original value and become exposed to various pollution, resulting decrease in citizens' quality of life. This study aims to estimate citizens' Willingness To Pay (WTP) for water quality improvement in Suyeong River in Busan. To estimate the non-market value of the Suyeong River, the WTP of Busan citizens for water quality improvement was estimated, applying Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). The WTP for improving the water quality from Grade 4(polluted water) to Grade 2(game fish like bass can live in it) was estimated using the water quality ladder concept of the US Environmental Protection Agency, assuming annual donations for five years. For the CVM, the logistic distribution and Spike Model were adopted. As a result, citizens residing in the surrounding area of Suyeong River expressed a higher WTP. Considering more than half of the Busan citizens are aware of the "conservation of nature and ecosystems" as a major function of the Suyeong River, this higher WTP could serve as a basis for improving the value of urban rivers.

With an increasing interest in the commercialization of research results in the present societal climate, especially in the construction industry, preliminary product analysis plays a critical role when introducing a new product to the market. It significantly influences the product's success or failure. In this context, this study aims to investigate the utility of Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) as a management strategy tool for preliminary analysis in the commercialization of new architectural technologies. The study specifically assesses a smart ball product engineered for pipeline inspection. The evaluation is carried out based on product quality, convenience, and usability categories. Seventeen factors are recognized as sub-items, and a survey is conducted among relevant experts and consumer groups. From the survey, four key items are chosen: "Keep up the good work," "Concentrate here," "Low priority," and "Possible overkill." Suitable strategic measures are derived for each item. By conducting a correlation analysis between product importance and performance, this study offers a method to establish priority directions for future development. This analysis assists in identifying areas that necessitate improvement or additional focus to increase the product's commercial potential. On the whole, this study contributes to understanding and applying Importance-Performance Analysis as a valuable tool in the preliminary analysis and commercialization of novel technologies in the field of architecture.
Recently, the MyData market has been growing as the importance of data and issues related to personal information protection have drawn much attention together. MyData refers to the concept of guaranteeing an individual's right to personal information and providing and utilizing one's data according to individual consent. MyData service providers can combine and analyze customer information to provide personalized services. In the early days, the MyData business was activated mainly by private companies and the financial industry, but recently, public institutions are also actively taking advantage of MyData. Meanwhile, the importance of an individual's intention to provide MyData for the success of MyData businesses continues to increase, but research related to this is lacking. Moreover, existing studies have been mainly conducted on individual benefits of MyData; there are not enough studies in which both public benefit and perceived risk factors are considered at the same time. In this regard, this study intends to derive factors affecting the intention to provide MyData based on the privacy calculus model, examine their influencing mechanism, and further verify the moderating effects of individual capabilities and institutional type. This study can find academic significance in that it expanded and demonstrated the privacy calculus model in the context of MyData providing intention. In addition, the results of this study are expected to offer practical guidelines for developing and managing new services in MyData businesses.

Manufacturer's competitiveness in the MRO industry, which is to stimulate the growth of the business-to-business e-commerce market, has recently become more important. A nuclear parts manufacturer was supplying products based on irregular demand from clients which differs from ordinary MRO business practices. The reason for this is the Nuclear Parts Manufacturer has fallen behind the e-commerce performance of other industries, and they lack global competitiveness due to the low efficiency of the individual companies within it. In this study, we developed an MRO based a-Marketplace system to minimize repetitive ordering of raw materials, lack of reusability and inefficiency of transaction processing which was a result of the former legacy business practice, In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we implemented a web based automated CR system which considered the characteristics of the nuclear parts manufacturing: the system has sub modules such as ordering, product management, transaction management, warehousing and raw material handling. As a consequence of the system implementation, H corporate successfully automated ordering of raw materials, quotation processing and inventory management compared to the legacy business process, achieving increased efficiency by reducing wasteful resources.

As the proportion of sports events in the sports industry grows, the official sponsor market for sports events is also increasing. But because official sponsors are limited and expensive, some companies approach sporting events by way of Ambush marketing. This study is to analyze the differences of media exposure between official sponsors and general companies of mega sport events. To accomplish the purpose of the study, we collected text articles and analyzed them from the period of 2016 Rio Olympics, one year before the Olympics and one year after the Olympics. Web crawling was performed using Python for the collection of articles. Morphological and frequency analysis was performed using the KoNLP package and the TM package of statistical program R. In addition, the opinions of the related experts group were gathered to classify the companies or organizations in the media as the Organizing Committees for the Olympic Games(OCOGs), official sponsor, and general companies. As a result of the analysis, 5,220 times appeared related to the OCOGs, 7,845 times appeared related to the official sponsor, and 7,028 times appeared related to general companies. There isn't much difference in the frequency of exposure between official sponsors and general companies. It implies that Ambush marketing is recognized as a strategic marketing technique. The International Olympic Committee(IOC) has to recognize these social phenomena and establish reasonable standards for the marketing activities of official sponsors and general companies. And this study will serve as a basis for fair sponsor activities or marketing activities of sports events.
Purpose - Recently, the mobile application field has been receiving astronomical attention from the past few years due to the growing number of mobile app downloads and withal due to the revenues being engendered. Especially delivery apps by mobile service market is experiencing rapid growth and competition is intensifying. Therefore, delivery apps' choice attributes has become important as a strategy for survival of franchise firms. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among customer satisfaction, trust and revisit intention on delivery apps' choice attributes. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between choice attributes of using the delivery app, satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. More specifically, this study has been examined from the perspective of Generation Y who is enjoying electronic commerce and shopping with mobile phone. In this model, choice attributes of delivery app consists of three sub-dimensions such as service quality, system quality, interaction quality. So as to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. After excluding 24 invalid respondent questionnaires, 201 valid questionnaires were coded and analyzed using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, service quality and interaction quality had positive effects on satisfaction, and interaction quality had positive effects on trust, but system quality did not have a significant effect on both satisfaction and trust. Second, satisfaction had positive effects on both trust and revisit intention. Third, trust had positive effects on revisit intention. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study confirms the effect of delivery apps' choice attributes on satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. In addition, it is significant that we examined the influence of choice attributes of delivery apps on their attitudes and behaviors of Generation Y familiar with mobile environment. Through this study, we hypothesized that the attributes of service quality and interaction quality of delivery apps have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and this can be expected to provide meaningful implications for the development of franchise restaurant industry. To encourage continuous repurchase through customer satisfaction, franchise companies need to establish various strategic alliances with delivery app companies and new growth engines by providing diverse and high-quality services to customers in the smart age.

This study aims to implement a Regression Analysis system for predicting the appropriate production of flatfish. Due to Korea's signing of FTAs with countries around the world and accelerating market opening, Korean flatfish farming businesses are experiencing many difficulties due to the specificity and uncertainty of the environment. In addition, there is a need for a solution to problems such as sluggish consumption and price drop due to the recent surge in imported seafood such as salmon and yellowtail and changes in people's dietary habits. in this study, Using the python module, xlwings, it was used to obtain for the production amount of flatfish and to predict the amount of flatfish to be produced later. was used to predict the amount of flatfish to be produced in the future. Therefore, based on the analysis results of this prediction of flatfish production, the flatfish aquaculture industry will be able to come up with a plan to achieve an appropriate production volume and control supply and demand, which will reduce unnecessary economic loss and promote new value creation based on data. In addition, through the data approach attempted in this study, various analysis techniques such as artificial neural networks and multiple regression analysis can be used in future research in various fields, which will become the foundation of basic data that can effectively analyze and utilize big data in various industries.
The traditional retail industry significantly changed over the past decade due to the mobile and online technologies. This change has been accompanied by a shift in consumer behavior regarding purchasing patterns. Despite the rise of online shopping, there are still specific categories of products, such as "Processed food" in Mongolia, for which traditional shopping remains the preferred purchase method. To prepare for the inevitable future of retail businesses, firms need to closely analyze the performance of their offline stores to plan their further actions in a new multi-channel environment. Retailers must integrate diverse channels into their operations to stay relevant and adjust to the shifting market. In this research, we have analyzed the performance data such as sales, profit, and amount of sales of offline stores by using clustering approach. From the clustering, we have found the several distinct insights by comparing the circumstances and performance of retail stores. For the certain retail stores, we have proposed three different strategies: a fulfillment hub store between online and offline channels, an experience store to elongate customers' time on the premises, and a merge between two non-related channels that could complement each other to increase traffic based on the store characteristics. With the proposed strategies, it may enhance the user experience and profit at the same time.

In recent years, the concept of influencer marketing has experienced rapid growth in both academia and industry, leading to its emergence as a crucial consideration in the marketing strategies of many businesses. Despite the significance and expansion of the influencer market, however, research on the topic has not kept pace with its growth. Thus, this study seeks to address this gap by empirically analyzing the impact of influencer characteristics on consumer behavior through the coexistence of buyers and providing an empirical contribution to expand the relevant literature. To accomplish this, a survey was conducted with a sample of 400 individuals who had purchased a product through an influencer, and 384 responses were ultimately utilized in the analysis. The results revealed that the attractiveness and empathy of influencers had a positive impact on satisfaction among coexisting buyers, while also having a negative impact on dissatisfaction. In contrast, expertise had no impact on satisfaction, but a positive impact on dissatisfaction. Moreover, satisfaction was found to have a positive impact on brand image and recommendation intention, whereas dissatisfaction had a negative impact on both. Overall, this study adds to the growing body of literature on influencer marketing by providing empirical evidence of the impact of influencer characteristics on consumer behavior, specifically through the lens of coexistence with buyers. These findings hold important implications for businesses looking to develop effective influencer marketing strategies that can enhance their brand image and recommendation intention among consumers.
