College and university foodservice dietitians have to be competent for playing a role as the future food service executive as well as the present foodservice administrator in the promising foodservice industry field. The study conducted a survey to examine training needs corresponding to educational contents for the purpose of helping them acquire a new knowledge related to self-development and duty through educational training. The results of this study suggested that training needs were differed by general characteristics of dietitians, operational characteristics of food services, and training subjects. A future study should develop systematic training strategies for dietitians.

민간경비 산업의 질적인 성장을 위해서는 체계적인 교육훈련을 통한 민간경비 종사자의 자질을 향상시켜야 한다. 민간경비 종사자가 교육 훈련시 배운 지식, 기술 등을 현장 근무지에 서 활용하여 세련된 서비스를 제공한다면 국민들로 하여금 신뢰를 확보할 수 있다. 이러한 측면에서 볼 때, 실용적이고 체계적인 교육훈련은 민간경비 산업의 부흥과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 민간경비 종사자는 현장에서 상근자 등 다수의 출입자를 대면하게 된다. 따라서 현장에서의 단순히 친절한 서비스 제공의 소극적인 근무보다는 과학적인 관찰기법과 체계적인 질문기법을 통한 거동수상자로 하여금 추가 범죄를 예방할 수 있는 적극적 개념의 근무를 해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현행 민간경비 신임직원 교육훈련 중 '질문 검색 요령'의 개선된 프로그램을 모형을 제시하였다. 세부적으로 모리스 교수의 '피플워칭'연구 중에서 인간행동의 특징을 통한 과학적인 관찰 기준표와 미국의 FBI, 경찰 등의 수사기관이 받고 있는 리드테크닉 중에서 '행동촉발질문', 그리고 인간의 미세표정을 통한 감정 포착 훈련프로그램인 'METT'를 '질문 검색요령'교육훈련에 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이는 실습위주의 훈련프로그램으로서 실무에 적용 가능한 내용으로 교육생의 교육 분위기를 조성해 줄 것이며, 현장에서 과학적인 근무를 통한 세련된 현장조치를 통한 대국민 신뢰를 확보하여 민간경비 산업의 발전에 도움이 될 것이다.

Aerial working platform is recently used broadly in heavy industry and construction field and also the utilization of it is growing. However, the raise of critical incident caused by unskilled operator is increasing gradually. To reduce and prevent such incident, the training for operating is essential. It's not easy to cover the requirements for the training with real platform because of the high price of it, safety and weather condition. This paper proposes a simulator for the training based on virtual reality to give the training safely regardless to the weather condition and the simulator is deliverable in lower price than real one. The simulator proposed in this paper is available to be set according to the level of trainee managing the assessment level and be also applied for the design of general heavy equipment training simulator based.

최근 도시의 밀집화, 다양화, 대형화에 따라 소방산업은 첨단소방기술이 요구되어지고 있어 점차 생산집약형 산업에서 지식기반산업으로 전환이 시도 되어지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 소방산업을 지식기반형 고부가가치 산업으로 육성시키기 위해서는 산업혁신역량이 요구되며, 산업혁신역량은 인적자원의 경쟁력에 의해 크게 좌우된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소방산업 인력을 단순현장기능인력, 고급기술인력, 전문연구인력으로 세 가지로 분류하여 국내 소방산업 인력양성 현황을 살펴보고, 각 분류에 따른 인력양성에 대한 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Information Technology (IT) makes a great contribution towards improvement of productivity in construction industry. Because most of researches of construction industry's IT are focused on the whole field of the industry or development of information system, however, these have no regard for conditions in fields. Thus, this study proposes the requirements in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of field execution of construction industry. To achieve this aim, the surveys are conducted of the problems and conditions of IT application on site workers and managers. As a result, the followings are suggested: (1) user training should be exercised continuously, (2) infrastructure of IT constructed, (3) total management system of field execution developed, and (4) the development of IT system focused on fields. Therefore, this study provides meaningful proposal that can be set up basic direction toward IT investment and IT system development.

대부분의 대학은 취업률 향상을 위하여 산헙혁력선도대학(LINC) 선정 여부와 상관없이 학생들의 취·창업역량강화 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 특히 비수도권대학의 경우 취업률 향상을 위하여 사활을 걸고 있다. 취업률에 절대적으로 영향을 미치는 대학설립유형과 대학소재지에 대한 한계를 극복하기 위하여, 취·창업역량강화를 위하여 기업가정신 함양을 위한 창업교육·지원 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 지역 및 기관과 연계한 PBL(Problem Based Learning) 컨셉이 반영된 캡스톤디자인과 현장실습 프로그램을 상시 운용하고 있다. 기존 연구에서는 산헙혁력선도대학(LINC)을 중심으로 효과성 검증에 관한 연구는 수행되었으나, 공시지표를 기반으로 취업률에 미치는 요인으로서 대학요인, 창업교육·지원, 산학연계교육 요인 모두를 대상으로 한 종단연구 사례는 보고되지 않았다. 본 연구는 취업률에 미치는 요인으로 대학요인, 창업교육·지원, 산학연계교육에 대하여 최근까지 공개된 2018년부터 2020년까지 대학공시지표를 기반으로 조건을 만족시키는 116개 대학을 대상으로 51개의 산학협력선도대학(LINC) 참여대학과 64개의 비참여대학 집단간 차이분석을 하였다. 또한 공시지표의 한계로 인하여, 참여 학생의 중복참여에 대한 이력 정보가 없는 점을 고려하여 취·창업역량강화 프로그램에 장기간 노출된다면 역량강화를 통한 취업률에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 노출효과(Exposure Effect)이론을 기반으로 종단적 인과관계 분석을 통하여 2017년부터 2021년까지 2차 사회맞춤형 산학협력 선도대학 육성사업(LINC+)의 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 사회맞춤형 산학협력 선도대학 육성사업(LINC+)의 창업교육·지원 및 산학연계교육 프로그램은 취업률에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 종단적 인과관계 분석결과 기존 대학요인으로 수도권대학이 비수도권대학보다 여전히 취업률이 높으며, 사립대학이 국립대학보다 취업률이 높은 것을 재확인하였다. 취·창업역량강화 프로그램 중 창업강좌 이수자수, 캡스톤디자인 이수자수, 캡스톤디자인 지급액, 전담교직원수는 취업률에 연도별 부분적으로 영향을 미치며, 현장실습은 연도별로 전혀 영향을 미치지 않으며, 취·창업역량강화 프로그램의 장기간 노출이 취업률에 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다. 그러므로, 대학의 취업률 향상을 위해서는 비수도권, 국·공립대의 한계를 극복해야만 함을 재확인하였다. 이를 극복하기 위한 취·창업역량강화 프로그램으로서 창업강좌 참여를 통하여 기업가정신의 강화와 PBL(Problem Based Learning) 컨셉이 강화된 캡스톤디자인 프로그램의 적극적인 도입 및 확신이 중요하며, 현장실습 프로그램이 취업률 향상에 도움이 되기 위해서는 전반적인 학사제도 및 조직의 재정비를 통한 내실 있는 프로그램 진행이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a manpower training program of technological development. The types of developed manpower training models are education about the technological development process, literacy education about technological development, and field experience. The education about the technological development process is accomplished through industry-university cooperation based on shared technical concerns. Literacy education about technological development includes information about essential methods for manpower education. Field experience involves the development of effective teaching plans.

우리 조선업은 기술적인 분야에서 세계를 선도하는 역할을 수행하고 있으나 조선업에서는 매년 2,000여명의 재해자가 발생하고 있으며, 이중 약 40명은 사망하고 있는 등 근로자의 안전측면에서도 과연 우리 조선업이 세계적인 수준인지는 의문이 들 수밖에 없다. 따라서 이 연구는 국내 조선업에서 2006년~2015년 동안 발생한 중대재해의 통계자료를 고찰하여 조선업 중대재해의 발생현황 및 원인을 분석하고, 조선업 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 산업현장에서의 안전교육 형태를 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 조선업 안전교육의 문제점을 도출하여 개선방안을 마련하였다. 첫째, 조선소별로 수행하는 안전교육의 종류 및 수준이 상이하거나 교육품질이 미흡한 문제점을 해결하고 체계적으로 교육과정을 운영하기 위해서 조선업 안전훈련 표준체계의 마련이 필요하다. 둘째, 조선업 안전훈련 표준체계를 바탕으로 조선업에 특화된 안전교육과정을 지속적으로 개발하고 표준화하여 조선업 중대재해를 감소시키고 근로자의 안전의식을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 셋째, 조선업에서의 중대재해를 예방하여 근로자의 안전을 확보하기 위해서는 사업주와 근로자 모두가 적극적으로 안전교육을 수행하고 참여하여 사업장의 안전문화를 형성할 필요가 있다.

인터넷의 보급과, 산업 및 생활 전반에 걸쳐 전산화가 이루어지면서 사생활 보호 및 정보보호에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있지만 정보보호 산업분야의 전문 인력의 부족으로 많은 어려움이 있다. 때문에 본 논문에서는 정보보호 전문 인력 양성을 위한 교육과정을 제안하였다. 제안하는 교육과정은 필수 1,2 와 선택 1,2로 분류하였다. 정보보호 응용분야를 9개의 도메인으로 세분화 하여 시행되어야 할 교육과정을 링 구조로 제시하였다. 정보보호 응용분야의 9개 도메인에 따른 현장 실무 프로젝트와 연계된 교육 과정과 졸업 후 전공심화를 위한 강좌가 도메인별로 이루어져서 정보보호 심화과정을 지속적으로 진행한다.

The purpose of universities is diversifying, such as education and research for the transfer of knowledge and technology, and training talented people with the competencies required in industrial sites. Therefore, universities are attempting various forms of industry-academic cooperation to maintain organic relations with companies and to conduct research activities, technology sharing, technology development, technology transfer, and human resources training. In particular, in the field of engineering education, various industry-academic cooperation programs such as field training, interns, and start-up support are actively developed and operated. Accordingly, the Engineering Education Innovation Research Information Center developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform for engineering education to enable collaboration between universities and companies nationwide. The industry-academic cooperation matching platform was developed under the theme of capstone design. Capstone design is a project-oriented and problem-based learning method that combines the knowledge and experiences acquired by the undergraduate department and designs and produces them. The subject of the Capstone design project was to solve corporate difficulties and allow companies and universities to collaborate. This study developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform according to analysis, design, development, evaluation, and execution procedures. This study is meaningful in that it has developed a channel through which students and companies, who are the subjects of industry-academic cooperation, can carry out projects and communicate organically through an online matching platform.
