정보통신분야 산학협력 효과성에 대한 영향요인 분석 -IT 멘토링 사례중심으로- (Hypotheses Analysis about the Efficacy of University-Industry Collaboration In the Field of Information Technology -The Case of IT Mentoring System-)

  • 본 연구는 국내에서 가장 실질적인 산학협력 사례 중 하나인 IT멘토링 사업에 참여한 524명을 대상으로 그 효과성과 그 영향요인에 대하여 가설을 세워 검증해 보았다. 검증결과, 산학협력에 참여하는 주체인 학생, 산업체 전문가, 지도교수는 물론 산학협력을 지원하는 제도와 인프라 요소 모두 산학협력에 일정한 영향을 끼치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 IT멘토링에 대한 기업 및 대학의 만족도 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀 모형을 적용하였다. 기업의 만족도는 학생들이 프로젝트 참여에 적극적이고 멘토링을 통해 학생들의 전공역량이 향상되었다고 인식되었을수록 높아지고 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of consumer price index, infrastructure, human resources, trade openness, and private credit on the attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Tay Ninh province as well as to emphasize the important role of FDI in economic growth of developing areas. The research data was collected from Tay Ninh Statistical Office with 80 samples of a 20-year period from 2000 to 2019. Also, OLS regression method using Eviews software was employed to analyze the data obtained. The findings revealed that human resources, infrastructure and private credit have a positive and significant impact on FDI attraction in Tay Ninh province, while consumer price index was proven to affect FDI attraction negatively. Accordingly, competent authorities of Tay Ninh province should focus on stabilizing prices as well as implementing policies for developing local human resources and attracting high-quality personnel from foreign countries. Tay Ninh province also needs to pay more attention to information technology investment for synchronous development of infrastructure. Moreover, the State Bank of Tay Ninh branch needs to consider more credit sources to provide support packages for businesses, creating a strong basis for establishments to attract FDI for the province's economic development.

  • 구조 조정을 거치면서 한국의 기업들은 고용관계의 구조와 관행에서 현저한 변화를 보이고 있다. 하지만 이러한 변화의 실상과 내용에 대한 정보의 결여로 인해 정책 당국자들은 올바른 사업장 단위의 고용관계 정책 입안에 애로를 겪고 있다. 정확한 현실 진단과 효율적 정책 입안을 위해 기업단위의 고용관계, 고용 및 인적자원 경영관행에 대한 정확한 실태 및 변화추세 파악이 필요하다. 이 논문은 고용관계 패널조사의 필요성과 아울러 그 조사방법에 대한 함의를 얻기 위해 주요 선진 국가들에서 80년대부터 실시한 사업장 단위 고용관계 패널조사의 경험들을 검토하고, 이에 기초하여 한국 현실에 적합한 사업장 단위 노사관계 패널조사의 의미와 방향을 모색한다. 특히 패널 조사의 특성과 관련된 조사방법상의 문제점들이 집중적으로 논의된다.

안전보건경영시스템 운용분석 : 심사자료 사례연구 (OHSAS Practices Analysis : A Case Study using Audit Results)

  • The firms with OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) registration should be audited every six months and they have to be reregistered every three years by a third party. In our article audit data were collected from the audit processes of fifty four firms that OHSAS 18001:2007 was implemented and audited by LRQA (Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance). Fifty four firms are largely classified as four categories: civil engineering and construction industry, metal and heavy industry, chemical industry, and other industries including electric, electronic, food, and services. Especially the minor conformity data are analyzed by statistical methods to find out the relationship between four categories of 54 firms and the average number of minor nonconformities. The most frequently appeared minor nonconformities among sub-requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 are investigated and the reasons for minor nonconformities are specifically explained. The average number of minor nonconformities of firms before and after OHSAS 18001:2007 registration are compared to understand the maturity of OHSAS implementation. Some comments and suggestions are provided for OHSAS to be effectively implemented to the firms if revision is necessary.

  • Purpose: In this study, A reliability assurance model (or reliability program) is proposed to evaluate the reliability of an armed vehicle. The reliability assurance is performed through the reliability-centered activities during its life cycle of development/design, production, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. Methods: By reflecting the current situations of korea defense industry, a reliability assurance model is built up based on the benchmarking results of world leading companies' best practices in same fields. Results: The proposed reliability program of armed vehicles, which is based on the reliability program of ANSI/GEIA-STD 0009, uses DMAIC process of the six sigma methodology from design phase to testing and evaluation phase. Conclusion: This research is supposed to develop reliability program of armed vehicles by integrating DFSS, DFR and reliability growth process.

  • The idea of Sustainable, first mentioned in "Our Future (Bruntdland)" from the United Nations report released in 1987 has been highly affect design disciplines in developed countries in 21st century. It relocated industrial society and structure's attentions to nature and recourse conservation and reuse. Designed and manufactured products eventually disposed and it leads to waste of resources as well as creates environmental issues. Unfortunately, vast majority of designers starts designing without anticipation of this matter and produce more believing this leads to more sales. However shorter life of a product will create bigger increase of resource consumption and waste than, importance of re-usage and recycle will eventually increase. In modern furniture industry metal and plastics are frequently used beside wood that material has been diverse than in past. However, there are lack of plans and regulations of re-usage of those material due to difficulties of separating each different materials and collecting due to it's size. This study would like to look into recycling rate, methods and usage of three major materials (wood, metal, plastic) that is typically used in current furniture industries. Furthermore, see the potential of sustainable furniture by analyzing furniture practices made by each different recycled material from old furniture and what designers should consider to achieve feasibility of sustainable furniture.

국가연구개발조직에서의 CoP 운영특성과 CoP 성과와의 관계 연구 (CoP characteristics and performance in the National R&D Organizations)

  • CoP(Community of Practices)란 구성원간 새로운 정보 및 지식의 상호학습 및 문제해결방안을 모색하기 위해 활동하는 공동체를 지칭하는 것으로, 통상 학습공동체 또는 실천공동체 등으로 지칭된다. 연구개발조직은 통상 내부 구성원간의 상호학습은 물론 외부 전문가와의 정보교류 및 상호학습을 촉진하는 CoP 활성화를 토대로 구성원의 역량개발은 물론 해당 조직의 연구개발 성과를 향상시키려고 노력한다. 본 연구는 대전에 소재한 4개 국가연구개발조직의 151명 연구원을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 응답자들이 참여한 CoP 운영특성과 해당 CoP 창출 성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 연구하고 있다. 실증연구 결과, 신규멤버 증대, 외부연계 도전적 풍토, 다양성지향 자율적 풍토와 같은 실질적인 CoP 운영특성이 CoP 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 비해 참가자수나 모임횟수와 같은 외형적 운영특성의 영향력은 유의성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이 조사결과는 참여한 구성원의 역량개발은 물론 해당 조직의 성과 향상에 기여하는 CoP를 활성화 하기 위해 CoP의 수, 참가자 규모, 운영횟수와 같은 외형적 특성에만 치중하기보다, CoP의 운영내실화를 기하고, 창의적 조직풍토를 강화하는 노력이 보다 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다.

인천지역 단체급식소별 조리종사자의 위생실천도 및 위생지식 비교 조사 (A Comparative Study on Sanitary Practices and Perception of Employees in Elementary School, Hospital and Industry Food Service in the Inchon Area)

  • The purposes of this study were to compare performance of HACCP-based sanitary management and sanitation knowledge of employees in some food services (hospitals, elementary school, industry) in Inchon. Therefore, the survey questionnaire consisted of general background, sanitation performance, sanitation knowledge evaluation. The subjects were 370 employees in hospital, elementary school, industrial food service. The statistical analysis of data was completed using SPSS program. The results were summarized as follows: 99.3% of surveyed employees were female. 95.7% of employees were attended sanitation education and 76.8% of them were educated once a month. Employees in school food service showed higher academic career than the other food service employees. The food service employees' performance level was high(4.48). The performance level of school employees was significantly higher compared to other food services(p<0.001). Average score of sanitation knowledge was 16.36/20. The school food service employees' knowledge 17.03 was also higher compared to other food services. There was no significant correlation between sanitary performance and knowledge for total score. But among items of sanitary performance, a personal hygiene and food sanitary was significantly correlated with sanitation knowledge. The results of survey imply that the suitable contents and methods of education and training must be developed. Also, Financial supports to install necessary sanitary facilities are very important in order to raise effectiveness of education.
