With the development of digital technology, the industrial structure is becoming digitalize. The government selected big data as the key technology of the 4th industrial revolution. Among them, big data is widely used to create new values and services by utilizing vast amounts of information. In order to cultivate professional manpower for the use of big data, various education programs are provided at universities. We intend to develop a curriculum for systematic training of talented people who can acquire knowledge about the three stages of collection, analysis, and application of big data. To this end, subjects are classified into basic competency, technical competency, analysis competency, and business competency based on the big data competency model proposed by the Korea Internet & Security Agency.

본 연구는 고객관계 역량을 높이기 위해 정보시스템의 역할을 내부 프로세스 역량과 기업 내의 커뮤니케이션을 통하여 고찰하였다. 내부고객의 업무효율성을 개선하여 외부고객의 만족도를 높이는 방향으로 정보시스템의 역할을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 한국직업능력개발원에서 제공한 인적자본 기업패널 자료 중 정보시스템 활용, 커뮤니케이션, 내부 프로세스 역량 및 고객관계 역량 변수를 사용하였으며 연구 결과, 정보시스템의 활용은 내부 커뮤니케이션과 프로세스 역량을 증가시키고 내부 프로세스 역량은 고객관계 역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 커뮤니케이션은 내부 프로세스 역량을 향상시키는 것으로 제시되었다.

지난 수십년 동안 이공계 전공자에게 요구되는 역량의 범위가 다양화되었다. 이공계 인재가 직무 현장에서 성공을 거두려면, 전공에 대한 지식뿐 아니라, 경영, 경제, 법제도 등 사회적 맥락의 이해가 견고해야 하는 시대다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 국내 145개 기업을 대상으로 이공계 전공자에게 요구되는 역량인자를 수집, 성향, 기술, 지식의 범주로 분류하고, 그 상대적 중요성을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전국 182개 4년제 대학의 융합교육 현황을 조사하여 그 격차를 분석하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 융합교육의 지역적 격차 및 교육기관 간 질적 격차를 분석하여 시사점을 제시하였다.

NCS are the contents such as knowledge, technology, and culture demanded for performing the duties in the industrial field systemized by a nation classified with industrial divisions and levels. It is an ability standardized in the national level necessary for performing duties of industrial field successfully. Now, the society structure, due to abrupt change and development, has to secure core ability demanded to human resources in common, irrespective of kinds and positions, and lays an emphasis on vocational basis ability to softly cope with the accelerating change of labor market. This dissertation, on the basis of NCS-based vocational education curriculum, focuses on information ability, computer use ability(information management ability), one of vocational core competency used for the duties related at the department of video & broadcasting to develop learning module. In addition, this dissertation researches learning results such as satisfaction and accomplishment over learning on the object of the students who took the education.

본 연구는 정보환경에 있는 기업에서 근무하는 개인의 정보역량 측정을 위한 효율적인 측정모형을 개발하였다. 본 모형은 4 개의 측정영역과 12개의 측정요인 그리고 구체적인 측정항목을 포함한다. 개발된 모형의 타당성과 신뢰성은 SPSS software 를 적용한 Pilot Test 를 통한 Factor Analysis and Reliability Analysis 에 의해 검증되었고, 개인 정보역량을 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 구체적인 측정항목들을 제시하였다. 개발된 측정모형의 실용성과 활용성을 검증하기 위해 실제 기업에서 근무하는 264 명의 인력에 대해 개인 정보역량을 측정하여 그 결과를 제시하였다. 본 측정모형은 산업현장에 있는 인력의 정보역량 향상에 기여할 것이다.

This paper presents a competency-based system for supporting corporate strategic information system planning. This system is implemented in practice via a detailed three stage methodology. The three stages are defining current business, analyzing competency, and suggesting To-Be enablers. The business objectives are evaluated on competencies in terms of experts' preference information about degree of importance between competencies on them. This system provides an efficient, systematic and structured framework and helps dramatically reduce the time needed to plan strategic information system.

본 논문에서는 급격히 변화하는 환경에서 생존하기 위한 기업 역량의 영향요인들을 전략적 인적자원관리의 관점을 통하여 해석하였다. 역량 중심의 전략적 인적자원관리에서는 인적자원역량을 증대하기 위하여 인적자원관리(HRM)와 기업전략과의 연계를 통한 학습기반의 형성이 중요함을 언급하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업 경쟁우위의 핵심 결정요소인 기업역량 구축 과정을 인적자원역량과 대 고객 역량과의 연계과정으로 실증 검증하였다. 본 연구는 직업능력개발원의 인적 자본 기업패널자료 2차년도 데이터를 기반으로 분석하였으며, 가설검증을 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 인사부서의 전략적 참여와 정보시스템(IS) 활용능력은 인적자원역량에 모두 유의한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 인적자원역량은 대 고객 역량에 매우 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

지능정보기술로 인해 나타날 경제·사회의 혁신적 변화에 대응하기 위해 전 세계가 범국가적으로 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지능정보사회에서 국가 공무원에게 요구되는 지능정보화 역량을 정의하고, 지능정보화 역량을 구성하는 요소들을 파악하여 역량군과 그에 따른 세부역량을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 블룸의 디지털 텍사노미에 관한 선행연구, 정보화 역량 및 국가 ICT 관련 정책에 대한 문헌분석을 실시하였고, 블룸의 디지털 텍사노미 관점을 본 연구에 맞게 수정·보완하여 이를 기준으로 지능정보사회에서 국가 공무원에게 요구되는 지능정보화 역량을 정의하고, 잠정적 역량 구성요소를 도출하였다. 그리고 5명의 교육(공)학 및 정보화 전문가, 정보화 업무 담당 공무원을 대상으로 전문가 검토를 실시하였고 그 결과, 7개 역량군에서 22가지 역량이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 지능정보화 역량은 국가 지능정보화 인적역량개발을 강화하고 활성화하기 위한 기초자료로 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대한다.

As the technological gap amongst manufacturers decreases, the life cycle of products has shortened, and competition accelerates due to the development of technology, incumbent manufacturing companies face growth limitations. In order to overcome such business issues, manufacturing companies are increasingly interested in changes in business models and innovations, especially in the direction of providing services where they can maintain the competitive advantage of their products. In such context, this empirical study examines managerial leadership, differentiation strategies, and products and services pricing as 'servitization factors', which can be driving forces for moving into a new era of growth for Korean SMEs, focusing on the mediating effects of servitization competency. The results are as follows : First, it was confirmed that executive leadership, differentiation strategy, and information & communication technology capability have a direct effect on service sales. Second, the process competency, partnership competency, and ICT competency, which are presented as the service competence of SMEs, were found to play an important role in inducing service sales in managerial leadership, differentiation strategy, product and services pricing. It also emphasized the role of the public policy such as helping to foster SMEs as key partners in the expansion of social facilities and establishing platforms through ICT and data utilization for the convergence of manufacturing services.

In order to improve business competency by the IS(Information Systems), every enterprise needs to evaluate the current level of IS performance and their utilization. The evaluation that measures the performance of enterprise information systems and diagnoses their effectiveness of business goals and efficiency of resources should represent the useful informations based on sustainable goal-oriented viewpoints to managers. This work develops an integrated evaluation system for continuous maturity of information systems performance, enabling enterprises to achieve their goals of information systems and related business strategies. The integrated evaluation system has been applied to performance measurement of information systems with a huge set of real data from domestic industries for three years, and proven reliable and practical.
