Building on previous literature of human resource management and development, this paper investigates the effect of various characteristics of informal education a firm offers on employees' individual creativity. we identify quantity, quality, and variety as three critical components of informal educational and training circumstances. Data from a multi-informant survey conducted to 442 employees in Korean postal service show that a firm's informal educational training has significant effects on its employee creativity. The results indicate that enough high quality of program, various training method have a positive relationship with his/her individual creativity although time and opportunity don't have an critical impact on employee creativity. This study highlights the importance of a firm's informal education in terms of motivation and skills, and helps to explain individual discrepancies in creativity.

Recent trend of business is characterized by a recognition of importance of knowledge asset. Especially, this phenomenon is receiving more momentum as our society goes digital rapidly. However, most of literature on knowledge management is based on knowledge circulation from the corporate point of view, not from individual viewpoint. In this regard, this paper is concerned with proposing knowledge circulation process and its efficiency from the individual perspective. We adopted structural equation model or SEM to prove the statistical validity of our research framework. Eight hypotheses were built and tested empirically, leading to the fact that the knowledge utilization and sharing of individuals have a positive impact on the knowledge management efficiency.

본 연구에서는 피치추출 오류를 줄이고 피치간격의 변위에 적응할 수 있도록 피치간격을 정규화하지 않은 개별피치 펄스를 이용한 새로운 멀티펄스 음성부호화 방식(띤-MPC)을 제안하였다. 여기에서, 개별피치 펄스의 추출률은 남자음성에서 96 여자음성에서 85%를 얻을 수 있었으며, 개별피치 펄스를 이용한 IP-MPC와 자기상관법의 피치정보를 이용한 MPC를 평가한 결과, IP-MPC의 음질이 MPC의 음질에 비하여 상당히 개선되었음을 알 수 있었다.

This paper introduces that domestic animals can be effectively administered with an individual recognition system. The system was constructed in original code transmitter, receiver, personal computer, micro-processor, and RS485 telecommunications module. In the individual recognition system. the signal including encoded information about a milk-cow was transmitted from an original code transmitter to a micro-processor through RS485 telecommunications module. The transmitted signal was successfully displayed in a personal computer.

This paper is concerned with development of a multi-attribute structured decision model. In this study, we used AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy set ranking methodology to overcome the multi-attributes structured decision problems ; such as multi-objective, multi-criterion, and multi-attributes. We proposed a 2-step approach : 1) individual evaluation and 2) integration of individual evaluations. In the first step, we define the performance factors and construct ana]isis structure, and in the second step performance evaluation by individual evaluators, and in second step, the results of individual evaluations are integrate. Also we developed a systematic and practical computer program to solve the problems according to the proposed methods. The proposed approach was known to be effective through a set of sample problems.

This paper investigates how individual speakers' speech can be distinguished using acoustic parameters such as amplitude, pitch, and formant frequencies. Word samples from fifteen male speakers in their 20's in three different regions were recorded in two different modes (i.e., casual and clear speech) in quiet settings, and were analyzed with a Praat macro scrip. In order to determine individual speakers' acoustical values, the total duration of voicing segments was measured in five different timepoints. Results showed that a high correlation coefficient between $F_1\;and\;F_2$ in formant frequency was found among the speakers although there was little correlation coefficient between amplitude and pitch. Statistical grouping shows that individual speakers' voices were not reflected in regional dialects for both casual and clear speech. In addition, the difference of maximum and minimum in amplitude was about 10 dB which indicates a perceptually audible degree. These acoustic data can give some meaningful guidelines for implementing algorithms of speaker identification and speaker verification.

초기공정에서 개별관측치를 가지고 공정을 관리하는 적절한 기법이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 현재의 시점과 이전의 시점에서 얻은 개별관측치 만을 이용한 수정된 통계량을 가지고 공정을 관리하는 관리도 운영 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 수정된 EWM, MCEWM 관리도의 효율성을 보기 위해 기존의 EWM, X 관리도의 ARL을 비교해 본다. 수정된 지수 가중 이동 관리도가 지수 가중 이동 관리도 보다는 효율성이 떨어지지만 X 관리도 보다는 우수하다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

The Unites States has been plagued with soaring health care costs and an alarmingly large number of uninsured population. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 ushered in the most sweeping health care reform in the United States since the introduction of Medicare and Medicaid in 1965 to address these issues. The law's requirement for individuals to purchase health insurance (the so-called "individual mandate"), however, not only caused a political stir but also prompted constitutional challenges. Some questioned whether the federal government, lacking general police power, could require its citizens to buy unwanted insurance based on its enumerated powers under the U.S. Constitution. This paper summarizes the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court on the constitutionality of individual mandate, and explores how the decision relates to Korea's own universal health care.

사람의 심박동은 심장 상태와 구조, 나이 등의 여러 요소에 의하여 고유한 특성을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 심박동의 고유 특성을 이용한 개인 인증 방법을 제안하였다. 이 고유 특성은 LD와 PD를 이용, 광전용적맥파(PPG, Photo Plethysmogram)를 측정함으로서 얻었다.
