A fast method of Hangul address word verification is presented in this Paper. Pre-segmentation and recognition by DP matching is adopted in this paper. An address line image is over-segmented by analyzing the topology of connected components and the projection profile. A fast individual Hangul character verifier was developed by applying SVM (Support Vector Machine). The segmentation hypothesis was represented by lattice structure, and a best path search by dynamic programming generates the most probable segmentation path and the final verification score. The word verifier was tested on 310 address image DB, and it show the possibility of improvements of this method.

The major purpose of this study is to show the insufficiency of traditional epistemology and consructivism as epistemology of mathematics education. Traditional epistemology such as empiricism, rationalism, Kant's epistemology, and Piaget's genetic epistemology is not sufficient to explain episteme in educational situation because it regards that epsteme is the phenomenon occurs between the abstract individual subject and the object world. Modern epistemology like constructivism recognize the public or social character of epsteme. So it is more appreciate than traditional epistemology to explain episteme in math educational situation. But constructivist pedagogy derived from constructivist learning theory has the following important shortcoming: The lack of clear criteria by which instructional effectiveness might be evaluated from a constructivist perspective.

The purpose of this study is to preview artistic presentation, factors of designing and ornamentation, to provide useful information to the wedding dress industry in developing consumer-oriented design of wedding dress. Also, this study is to investigate relativity between individual characteristics, such as demographic character and body figures, and preference of consumers, in order to learn if there is any pattern of consumers decision making, and to help consumers by giving tips for their wedding dress shopping. According to this study, I can see that when modern South-Korean adult women choose their wedding dress, they consider many factors just like silhouette, detail, fabric material and so on, then they select their own best dress by grasping their body characteristics.

A method to visualize human body is proposed for various human pose. The method affords three 3D-styles of the same body: firstly, one which wares clothes specified from pattern of dresses, second, body shape, lastly bone structure of body. For this objective, standard body data are prepared which is constructed from CT images. Individual body is measured by 3D body scanner. The present status of our research is limited to offer still images, though we are engaged to accommodate various poses.

It was performed to encourage for Physical Therapist to apply the theory of center of the human body and segments in clinical situations. This study was investigated literarily on center of the human body and segments. Methods which search for the center-2 types, that is, method using reaction broad and segmental method-was suggested. The center location difference of gravity in human body depends on individual character. Generally, the center location is in kent of 2nd sacrum, that is, at $55\%$ of height from foot. The center of each segment is on 'link'. In the first place we must how the weight of segment we can search for the center easily. Mean segment coater location of extremities is at $42.33\%$ from each proximal end, and mean center of head and trunk lies at $45\%$.

A survey on the perception of Jook was conducted from some Korean by using a questionnaire. Among the subjects, those of teens and twenties of age showed good health indices, and there were significant differences in character and physiology depending upon the age. The more younger, the more impatient regardless of the gender(p<0.01). Jook served as a meal, between meals, or dainties. On selecting instant Jook, taste, nutrition, variety, and convenience were the factors considered. Hinjook served as a breakfast or therapeutic diet, Potjook and Hobakjook between meals and as dainties, and Darkjook as a lunch or supper and a health meal.

In today's business environment faced in very quick change, Human Resource Management play a key role in sustaining corporate competitive advantage and boosting organizational competency. Based on a former study, the purpose of this study is to find how individual Human Resource Management practice effects business performance and labor relations. Business performance is a positive influence on employee royalty and devotion. Also it is more influenced statistically significant impact on industrial relation of corporate. As a result of this study, we can find the significant influence from Human Resource Management practice and industrial relation.

In many of ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System), they only evaluate student level or simple some student character. We propose student model for considering many student characteristics. Our student model contains student level and student's weak problem type, domain field, problem situation. We can provide optimum problem to individual student by student model.

Feature vectors of speech are generally extracted from whole frequency domain. The inherent character of a speaker is located in the low band or high band frequency. However, if the speech is corrupted by narrowband noise with concentrated energy, speaker verification performance is reduced as the individual characteristic is removed. In this paper, we propose a PCA Covariance Model based on the multiband to extract the robust feature vectors against the narrowband noise. First, we divide the overall frequency band into several subbands. Second, the correlation of feature vectors extracted independently from each subband is removed by PCA. The distance obtained from each subband has different distribution. To normalize against the different distribution, we moved the value into the normalized distribution through the mapping function. Finally, the represented value applying the weighting function is used for speaker verification. In the experiments, the proposed method shows better performance of the speaker verification and reduces the computation.
