There are two main types of agricultural extension projects in Korea, the impacts and routes of each type on farm income are different. This paper empirically studies the impact of agricultural extension to farms' income, using Multi-level production function considering time lag. It is found that direct type of extension has positive effect to farms' income. Also indirect type on income is significant only when the level of education is high. Due to the characteristics of Korean agricultural structure, the technical level of farm is greatly influenced by the government's R&D investment and technology guidance. The result implies that indirect type of extension that take into account the educational level of farms should be emphasized for long-term technological advances.

본 연구는 '도시공원의 공급인자가 도시공원의 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향은 무엇인가?'에 관한 연구의문에 해답을 제공하기 위하여 도시공원의 공급인자인 매력물, 서비스, 접근성, 정보, 촉진이 도시공원의 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향을 평가함을 연구목적으로 한다. 도시공원의 공급인자에 관한 이론적 고찰을 토대로 외부적 공급인자와 내부적 공급인자가 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향을 하나의 인과모형으로 구성한 개념적 틀을 구성하여 가설을 도출하였다. 연구가설의 실증적 검정을 위한 자료는 8개의 도시공원을 대상으로 할당추출방법을 사용하여 선정된 452명의 공원 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 불성실한 응답과 이상치를 제외한 356매가 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 LISREL for Windows 8.72(Scientific Software International, Inc., 2006)와 SAS Ver. 9.1(SAS Institute Inc., 2002)을 이용하여 경로분석을 수행하였다. 도시공원의 공급인자의 평가 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 외부적 공급인자인 접근성이 이용 만족도에 미치는 직접효과와 간접효과는 각각 0.184, 0.220으로 나타났다. 정보와 촉진이 이용 만족도에 미치는 직접효과는 없으나 간접효과는 각각 0.101, 0.177로 나타났다. 2) 내부적 공급인자인 서비스의 직접효과와 간접효과는 각각 0.130, 0.236인 반면 매력물의 직접효과는 0.698로 나타났다. 3) 도시공원 이용 만족도에 미치는 접근성, 서비스, 매력물의 직접효과의 크기는 각각 0.184, 0.130, 0.698로 57.96%를 구성하는 반면, 접근성, 정보, 촉진, 서비스의 간접효과의 크기는 각각 0.220, 0.101, 0.177, 0.236으로 42.04%이다. 4) 도시공원의 공급인자들이 도시공원의 이용 만족도(100.00%)에 미치는 인과효과의 크기는 매력물(39.98%), 접근성(23.14%), 서비스(20.96%), 촉진(10.14%), 정보(5.78%)의 순이다. 5) 도시공원의 외부적 공급인자인 접근성, 정보, 촉진의 효과는 39.06%인 반면, 내부적 공급인자인 서비스, 매력물의 효과는 69.94%로 나타났다. 연구를 통해 도시공원의 마케팅전략 수립과 기존의 조성된 도시공원 개량 방안을 마련하는데 유용한 지식을 얻었다. 특히, 이 연구에 적용된 방법론은 여타의 여가활동 장소의 계획과 설계에 유용할 것으로 판단된다. 장차 더 많은 측정변수들을 도입하여 도시공원의 공급에 관한 구조방정식 모형의 정립과 도시공원의 종류별 공급인자 에 대한 평가가 요구된다.

This paper deals with the lightning effects on aircraft. The effects are divided into two groups. The one is the direct effect due to the direct attachment of the lightning channel and/or conduction of lightning current. The other is the indirect effect like electrical transients induced by lightning in aircraft conductive components such as electric circuits. In this paper presents the analysis of lightning mechanism.

In examining the relationships of the factors in the study direct and indirect effects were determined in the structural model. Implications for new product development were made in the conclusive section.

The purpose of this study were to investigate the independant influence of variable related to the managerial satisfaction and casual relation between variables. For this purposes the data were collected through the questionnaire whose respondent were 448 housewives. The major results of this study were as follows; 1. The variables influenced independently to the managerial satisfaction were wife's age income perceived time pressure time planning time management strategies. 2. Among all varialbles affecting the managerial satisfaction income time planning and time management strategies had direct effect. And household size employment status and educational level had indirect effect.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the causal effects among socio-economic variables, consumer altitudes towards consumerism, the levels of participation in social organization, experience of consumer problems, consumer complaining behavior and the participating intention in consumer movement. The consumer attitudes towards consumerism, the levels of participation in social organization, the consumer complaining behavior exert direct effect on the participating intention in consumer movement. Income, education, age and experience of consumer problems exert indirect effect on the participating intention in consumer movement mediating the intervening variables like the consumer attitudes towards consumerism, the experience of consumer problems, the consumer complaining behavior.

The present experiment was carried out to examine the mechanism of cytotoxicity of Chromium in CHO cells. Chromium induced chromosomal aberrations in a dose-dependent manner. The most frequent type of aberration was chromatid deletions and chromosome type exchanges were also observed. Ultrafiltrates of culture media from CHO cells treated with Chromium induced sister chromatid exchanges(SCE) in CHO cells and Chromium induced lipid peroxidation. It was suggested that indirect effect through formation of clastogenic factor(CF) as well as direct effect on DNA might contribute to the cytotoxicity of Chromium.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship between nurses' mentoring and turnover intention and to verify the goodness of fit between a hypothetical model and actual data in order to suggest an adequate model. Methods: The survey was conducted with 434 nurses working in general hospitals in Seoul. Data were collected during February 2013, and analyzed with SPSS Windows 18.0 and AMOS 7.0. Results: Mentoring was found to have a direct effect on decrease in role stress. Role stress had a direct effect on increase in burnout and mentoring, with role stress as a mediator, there was an indirect effect on burnout. Burnout had a direct effect on increase in turnover intention, and role stress, with burnout as a mediator, and mentoring, through role stress and burnout, an indirect effect was found on increase in turnover intention. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that nursing managers should put effort into reducing role stress and burnout, while seeking to establish a more efficient mentoring system so that for nurses, there will be a lowering of turnover intention.

본 논문은 저장탄약의 신뢰성 보장을 목표로 수행한 저장탄약 신뢰성 평가 결과에서 얻어진 효과가 국방경영에 미치는 직접효과와 간접효과로 구분하여 산출하는 방법을 연구하고 실제 실시한 사업에 대해 재무효과를 산출하였다. 저장신뢰성평가 결과에 따라 수명연장, 제한사용, 정비, 폐기한 경우에 대한 직접적인 재무성과를 산출하는 방법을 각각 제안하였고, 전력지수 향상에 따른 재무성과 산출방법과 산업연관분석표에 의한 생산유발효과 및 고용유발효과를 산출하는 간접적인 재무성과 산출방법을 각각 제시하였다. 또한 연구된 산출방법론을 이용하여 2013년도에 수행한 저장탄약 신뢰성평가 사업에 적용하여 재무성과를 산출하였다. 그 결과 직접재무성과가 999.6억원, 전력향상에 의한 재무성과가 1206.1억원, 생산유발성과가 3,037.2억원으로 국방경영에 미치는 총 재무성과는 5,242,9억원으로 분석되었다.
