The purpose of this research is to explore ways to improve private security officers' compliance with security policies by analyzing the effects of transformational leadership and organizational trust. Data were collected from private security officers employed in the cities of Seoul and Busan by using survey questionnaire. Statistical analyses were conducted with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0. The results showed that transformational leadership increased organizational trust which was found to have a positive effect on willingness to comply with security policies. In addition, transformational leadership did not affect willingness to comply with security policies directly but had an indirect effect on it through organizational trust. The findings of current research suggest the leaders of security businesses consider various ways to increase officers' organizational trust such as improved job security and benefits in order to maximize their willingness to comply with security policies.
This study was performed to investigate the ophthalmic findings of the Korean traditional 'Sapsaree' dogs, and to provide ophthalmic references. Five hundred forty-seven Sapsaree dogs were randomly chosen without any criteria preference. Ophthalmic examination was performed bilaterally using ocular equipments, including slit-lamp biomicroscope, tonometer, direct and indirect ophthalmoscope. The obtained data for ophthalmic findings were analysis by the multivariate linear regression model to identify effects of sex, age and hair coat type. For congenital conditions, the incidence of persistent pupillary membrane (PPM) was the most common defect and there was present 8.8 % whereas for acquired ophthalmic diseases, cataract was the most commonly observed (3.7 %) in Sapsaree dog. Other frequent ocular finding included persistent hyaloid vessel remnant (PHVR, 6.2 %) in congenital conditions, and postinflammatory retinal degeneration (PIRD, 3.1 %) and corneal dystrophy (2.4 %) in acquired ophthalmic diseases. Only one significant effect was age of the Sapsaree for PIRD (P=0.040). There are no any significant effect for sex and hair coat types. This study will provide useful guidelines to clinicians and breeders for the basic ophthalmic information on this breed.
Antagonistic mode of action of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl [ethyl(R)2-4-{(6-chloro-2-benzoxazolyloxy) phenoxy}propionate] with bentazon was investigated with respect to absorption, translocation, metabolism, and change in target site response of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl using four-leaf stage of rice(Oryza sativa L.) and barnyardgrass [Echinochloa eras-galli (L.) P. Beauv.]. Shoots of rice and barnyardgrass was more sensitive to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl than the roots. More than 90% of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl was absorbed within 6 hours after treatment and 30% of the absorbed was acropetally and basipetally translocated at 24 hours after treatment. Fenoxaprop-P-ethyl was rapidly transformed to its acid form, fenoxaprop(2-[4-(6-chloro-2-benzoxazolyloxy)phenoxy]propionic acid), which was subsequently metabolized to polar conjugates. However, changes in absorption, translocation, and metabolism of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl by bentazon treatment were not found in both species. Background activity of acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACCase) in rice and barnyardgrass was 26.5 and 23.2nmol/min/mg, respectively. Concentration required to inhibit fifty percent enzyme activity$(I_{50})$ in vitro was 6.5~7.4${\mu}M$ of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and more than 500${\mu}M$ of bentazon. There were no significant differences in $I_{50}$ value between two treatments of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl alone and its bentazon mixture. However, bentazon reduced ACCase activity in vivo and inhibited electron transport in chloroplast thylakoid. Based on the results obtained, it is concluded that the antagonistic effect of bentazon occurs due not to direct effect on target site of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl, but to indirect involvement in reducing herbicidal activity of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl through physiological disturbances caused by bentazone at whole chloroplast level.
According to the development of new Information Technologies, firms consistently invest a significant amount of money in IT activities, such as establishing internal and external information systems. However, several anti-Information activities-such as hacking, leakage of information and system destruction-are also rapidly increasing, thus many firms are exposed to direct and indirect threats. Therefore, firms try to establish information security systems and manage these systems more effectively via an enterprise perspective. However, stakeholders or some managers have negative opinions about information security systems. Therefore, in this research, we study the relationship between multibusiness firms' performance and information security systems. Information security indicates physical and logical correspondence of information system department against threats and disaster. Studies on information security systems suggested frameworks such as IT Governance Cube and COBIT Framework to identify information security systems. Thus, this study define that information security systems is a controlled system on enterprise IT process and resource on IT Governance perspective rather than independent domain of IT. Thus, Information Security Systems should be understood as a subordinate concept of IT and business processes. In addition, this study incorporates information capability to information security system literature to show the positive relationship between Information Security Systems and Corporate Performance. The concept of information capability suggested that an interaction of human, information, technical and an effect on corporate performance using three types of capability (IT Practice, Information Management Practice, Information Behaviors and Values). Information capability is about firms' capability to manage IT infrastructure and information as well as individual employees who use IT infrastructure and information. Thus, this study uses information capability as a mediating variable for the relationship between information security systems and firms' performance. To investigate the relationship between Information Security Systems and multibusiness firms' performance, this study extends the IT relatedness concept into Information Security Systems. IT relatedness provides understanding of how corporations cope with conflicts between headquarters and business units to create a synergy effect and achieve high performance using IT resources. Based on the previous literature, this study develops the IT Security Relatedness model. IT Security Relatedness is our main independent variable, while Information Capability and Information Security Performance are mediating variables. To control for the common method bias, we collect each multibusiness firm's financial performance and use it as our dependent variable. We find that Information Security Systems influence Information Capability and Information Security Performance positively, and these two variables consequently influence Corporate Performance positively. In addition, this result indirectly shows that corporations under a multibusiness environment can obtain synergy effects using the integrated Information Security Systems. This positive impact of Information Security Systems on multibusiness firms' performance has an important implication to various stakeholders. Therefore, multibusiness firms need to establish Information Security Systems to achieve better financial performance.

Antimutagenic effect of Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim. on the mutagenicity induced by 2-AF and Trp-P-1 was studied using the Ames test with Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100. In S. typhimurium TA98, the methanol extract $(500\;{\mu}g/plate)$ of root, stem, and leaf of E. senticosus showed inhibitory effects of 72.8, 70.0, and 78.7% on the mutagenicity induced by 2-AF, and 69.2, 64.9, and 59.4% by Trp-P-1, respectively, whereas none was observed in S. typhimurium TA100. These results suggest that the methanol extract of E. senticosus inhibits a frame shift mutation. And then the methanol extract further fractionated by chloroform, butanol, and water. The chloroform fractions of root, stem, and leaf showed strong antimutagenic effects induced by 2-AF and Trp-P-1 in S. typhimurium TA98, whereas none was observed in the butanol and aqueous fractions. The chloroform fractions of root, stem, and leaf showed antimutagenic effects of $13{\sim]92%$ in a dose-dependent manner.
There are increasing use of composite resin in the posterior teeth and the new indirect inlay technique was introduced for compensating much troubles faced in direct technique. Many researchers insisted that overall properties of restorative materials were enhanced by an additional curing but this technique still has a problems about using cement material. Resin inlay obtains retention force from friction and another adhesion to tooth structure. A shape of cavity preparation was noted but studies about cement thickness and bond strength with cavity divergency are rare. The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of cavity divergency on cement thickness and bond strength of resin inlay. Cavities, which divergency was $6^{\circ}$, $16^{\circ}$, and $26^{\circ}$ in each group, were prepared and their divergency was verified by Adobe Photoshop program through the image capture with stereo microscope and FlexCam. Inlays were fixed into the cavities with a resin cement, Superbond and were handled under chemical (in 75% ethanol for 24 hrs.) and thermal stress (500 cycles from $5^{\circ}$ to $55^{\circ}C$). MXT 70 (x400) was used for measuring the cement thickness and bond strength was evaluated with a universal testing machine. Following results were obtained : 1. The cement thickness in Mean (S.D.) were; 35.58 (10.31)${\mu}m$ in $6^{\circ}$ group, 35.97 (10.49)${\mu}m$ in $16^{\circ}$ group, and 41.43 (9.33)${\mu}m$ in $26^{\circ}$ group. But there was no significant difference between groups. 2. The bond strength in Mean (S.D.) were ; 33.18 (5.53)kg in $6^{\circ}$ group, 23.47 (13.40)kg in $16^{\circ}$ group, and 19.75 (10.48)kg in $26^{\circ}$ group. $6^{\circ}$ group showed significantly higher value compared to $16^{\circ}$ and $26^{\circ}$ groups (p<0.05). Although the results of this study indicate $6^{\circ}$ divergency will be good for resin inlay, cavity preparation with this type will have lots of difficulties in manufacturing, try-in, and cementation procedures, such as deformation. So it is concluded that $16^{\circ}$ divergent cavity preparation is recommended in resin inlay technique.
Before the financial crisis of 1997 in Korea, many industrial sectors across the country have achieved remarkable economic growth since the 1970s because of the development of large-scale equipment industries such as civil engineering, steel, construction and chemical industries. However, after the financial crisis, the economic growth rate has slowed down. Also, the global recession and the rise of China in the global business environment have led to a long-term recession in the national industry as a whole. In current economic environment, it is not easy for the companies even having excellent resources to continue its competitive advantage. Moreover, the chemical industry, which has an influence as a basic industry of other industries, misses the point of transformation into a high value-added industry, as shown in previous research. In order to meet the rapidly changing global business environment, Korean chemical companies should have a dynamic capabilities which to rapidly reallocate and consolidate the resources and capabilities they possess. The dynamic capabilities to convert, rearrange and develop the resources possessed by the company in the direction of creating high added value and to promptly search for, absorb, transform and fuse newly required capabilities and resources should be continuously applied to Korean chemical companies. It is the core competence to secure competitive advantage. In order to secure the dynamic capabilities of the company, the dynamic capabilities of individual employees should be strengthened and employees should be able to demonstrate their own leadership so that they can proactively work and self-manage in a positive direction. Previous studies have focused mainly on the dynamic capabilities of firms. However, the competence of the human resources that make up the enterprise leads to the capabilities of the enterprise, and the human resources themselves are also important corporate resources. This paper focuses on the dynamic capabilities of individuals and strives to clarify the causal relationship between dynamic capabilities, self-leadership, and organizational effectiveness which have direct or indirect effects on management outcome. The reasons for choosing the chemical industry are based on the fact that a domestic chemical companies are in a long-term recession, and they lacks a innovation and value creation capabilities. Also, chemical industry has a large impact on the national economy.
This study was conducted to examine the effect of plant growth regulators on the formation of adventitious bud callus(ABC) and plant regeneration in shoot tip culture of Zantedeschia spp. 'Florex Gold'. Treatment of $0.1mgL^{-1}\;N$-phenyl-N'-1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-ylurea(thidiazuron, TDZ) was more promotive for formation of ABC in shoot tip culture than 6-benzylaminopurine(BA) treatment, and short shoots were developed. Comparing to treatment of BA, mixing treatment of BA and 1-naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA) inhibited the formation of ABC and multiple shoot. The proliferation of ABC derived from sections(0.3 cm) of ABC produced by shoot tip culture in medium supplemented with $0.1mgL^{-1}\;TDZ$ was more effective in medium with $0.1mgL^{-1}\;TDZ$ or $2.0mgL^{-1}\;BA$ than the other treatments. The shoot regeneration and growth from sections of ABC was more promotive in treatment of $0.001mgL^{-1}\;TDZ$. Also, the root growth from sections of ABC was better in medium with $0.001mgL^{-1}\;TDZ$ or $0.2mgL^{-1}\;BA$. Consequently, in vitro mass production of Zantedeschia spp. 'Florex Gold' can be obtained via indirect organogenesis through plant regeneration and proliferation of ABC which was derived from shoot tip culture at $0.1mgL^{-1}\;TDZ$.
The objective of this study is to analyze the relationships among manager' positive leadership, organizational member's organizational commitment and job performance. The questionnaire was performed for organizational members 387 in Seoul and metropolitan area. The collected data was analyzed by structural equation model and Sobel test. As a result of analysis, positive leadership factors such as positive climate, positive relationships, positive communication and positive meaning showed a statistically significant positive effects on the organizational member's organizational commitment. The organizational member's organizational commitment also showed a statistically significant positive effects on the job performance in company. The positive leadership factors such as positive climate, positive relationships, positive communication and positive meaning showed a no statistically significant effects on the organizational member's organizational commitment. But, they showed a statistically significant effects on job performance in indirect manner with the mediating effect of the organizational commitment. It is worthwhile that in this study, the effect of positive leadership of manage on the organizational member's organizational commitment and job performance was verified, and then, it is meaningful to present the role and importance of manager' positive leadership.
The purpose of this study is to examine how two factors among various affecting factors of technological innovation, i.e. sectoral system of innovation and R&D support service, were actually applied in the case of NUC Electronics. This company has achieved high level of innovation performance through change of injection port and improvement of extracting rate. This was possible because each component of sectoral system of innovation system was matched with the innovation activity. The improvement of the performance in NUC Electronics was attributable to its own innovation efforts and R&D support service of government research institute. In the process of technological innovation, the company could receive high-level services in areas such as product design and virtual experiments that companies can not solve themselves. It can be said that the role of government and public institutions to support the shortage of SMEs was important. In terms of each component of sectoral system of innovation, we found that there were many opportunities of new technology; sustainability was low; imitation was easy; appropriability was low but it has dualily; accumulation of technology was relatively high, availability of external knowledge was high. At the same time, both of the company and the network played an important role, and market conditions were very favorable. In terms of R&D support services, it is a direct effect that a great deal of time and cost savings have been achieved through virtual experiments on the material and shape of the screw. As an indirect effect, the core competence of the company has been greatly strengthened by utilizing the momentum of technology development through external support, hence the company could establish the structure of virtuous circle of innovation.
