무선 가입자를 포함한 회선교환망에서의 최적의 FCL (Frequently Called List) 테이블 크기에 관한 연구 (Research on optimal FCL (Frequently Called List) table sizes in a circuit-switched network including wireless subscribers)

  • In this paper, we have studied optimal FCL(Frequently Called List) table sizes in a grid topology circuit-switched network including wireless subscribers. The FCL table gives the position information of a destination subscriber for a call. When the call is generated in a node, this call is routed by the referenced position information of the destination subscriber in FCL table. In this paper, we have proposed an efficient routing algorithm, mixed FSR(Flood Search Routing) and DAR(Dynamic Adaptive Routing), considering moving wireless subscribers. Also, we have simulated hit ratio and incorrect ratio as performance parameters, consequently proposed the object function composed of table search time, hit ratio, incorrect ratio, FSR time and DAR time, and derived the optimal FCL table size by using it.

Identification of Incorrect Data Labels Using Conditional Outlier Detection

  • Outlier detection methods help one to identify unusual instances in data that may correspond to erroneous, exceptional, or surprising events or behaviors. This work studies conditional outlier detection, a special instance of the outlier detection problem, in the context of incorrect data label identification. Unlike conventional (unconditional) outlier detection methods that seek abnormalities across all data attributes, conditional outlier detection assumes data are given in pairs of input (condition) and output (response or label). Accordingly, the goal of conditional outlier detection is to identify incorrect or unusual output assignments considering their input as condition. As a solution to conditional outlier detection, this paper proposes the ratio-based outlier scoring (ROS) approach and its variant. The propose solutions work by adopting conventional outlier scores and are able to apply them to identify conditional outliers in data. Experiments on synthetic and real-world image datasets are conducted to demonstrate the benefits and advantages of the proposed approaches.

  • Preliminary results of using the LPC parameter for text-independent speaker identification problem are presented. The idetification process includes log likelihood ratio for distance measure and dynamic programming for time normalization. To generate the data base for experiments, ten times. Experimental results show 99.4% of identification accuracy, incorrect identification were made when the speaker uses a dialect.

  • The single-frequency two-photon absorption tensor is carefully rederived and examined. It is pointed out that the conventionally used tensor, which has been formally deduced from the different-frequency two-photon absorption tensor, can give an incorrect absolute two-photon absorption rate. The identity forbidded selection rule and the polarization ratio expressions are also examined with the new tensor.

  • 본 연구는 지상군용 지능형 포탄을 포함한 장갑차량 공격용 K-9 포탄의 전시 소요량을 산정하는 국방 시뮬레이션의 방법론을 개선하려는 것이다. K-2008에서 사용된 분석용 국방 시뮬레이션에 의한 방법에서는 입력자료의 부정확성과 모의논리의 왜곡으로 인하여 산정량이 과도하며, 산출된 각 무기체계별 기대점유비율이 장차전의 실상에서 일반적으로 기대하는 바와 상당한 차이를 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 입력자료 및 모의논리의 왜곡현상의 원인을 분석하고 이를 바로잡기 위하여 훈련용 및 분석용 국방 시뮬레이션 모형을 상호 연계하여 사용 및 검증하는 하이브리드 국방 시뮬레이션 모형의 필요성을 제시하려는 것이다.

  • In this paper, an experimental study was conducted on the energy efficiency ratio of performance for air source heat pump. The energy efficiency ratio presents the operating efficiency of heat pump performance. In order to improve reliability in the energy efficiency ratio test of air source heat pump, the measurement uncertainty of the instrument was estimated. Measurement uncertainty refers to the uncertainty of a measurement, estimates the range in which the expected value of the measurement can be within a certain confidence level, and suggests a range in which the measured representative value is incorrect. The measurement uncertainty for the energy efficiency ratio test of air source heat pump was calculated and the measured results were presented.

Predicting Audit Reports Using Meta-Heuristic Algorithms

  • Purpose - This study aims to predict the audit reports of listed companies on the Tehran Stock Exchange by using meta-heuristic algorithms. Research design, data, methodology - This applied research aims to predict auditors reports' using meta-heuristic methods (i.e., neural networks, the ANFIS, and a genetic algorithm). The sample includes all firms listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The research covers the seven years between 2005 and 2011. Results - The results show that the ANFIS model using fuzzy clustering and a least-squares back propagation algorithm has the best performance among the tested models, with an error rate of 4% for incorrect predictions and 96% for correct predictions. Conclusion - A decision tree was used with ten independent variables and one dependent variable the less important variables were removed, leaving only those variables with the greatest effect on auditor opinion (i.e., net-profit-to-sales ratio, current ratio, quick ratio, inventory turnover, collection period, and debt coverage ratio).

  • 우리는 본 연구에서 황금비의 역사, Markowsky의 황금비 판단 기준, 그리고 황금비에 대한 오해를 알아보았다. 쿠푸왕의 대 피라미드에는 황금비가 존재하지 않는다는 Markowsky의 주장에 반하여 필자는 황금비의 존재를 주장하였다. 초 중등 교과서와 수학사 관련 국내 출판 책자에서는 황금비의 예로 쿠푸왕의 대 피라미드와 파르테논 신전을 사용하고 있는데 이에 대한 잘못된 서술을 알아보고 황금비 지도의 대안으로 동적 조화 입장에서 현대 산업 디자인, 항공공학, 건축 디자인, 스크린 디자인 등의 예를 제시하였다. 또한, 기축시대가 우리나라 학교수학에 미친 영향을 탈레스와 황금비 중심으로 알아보았다.

Adaptive maximum power point tracking control of wind turbine system based on wind speed estimation

  • In the variable-speed wind energy system, to achieve maximum power point tracking (MPPT), the wind turbine should run close to its optimal angular speed according to the wind speed. Non-linear control methods that consider the dynamic behavior of wind speed are generally used to provide maximum power and improved efficiency. In this perspective, the mechanical power is estimated using Kalman filter. And then, from the estimated mechanical power, the wind speed is estimated with Newton-Raphson method to achieve maximum power without anemometer. However, the blade shape and air density get changed with time and the generator efficiency is also degraded. This results in incorrect estimation of wind speed and MPPT. It causes not only the power loss but also incorrect wind resource assessment of site. In this paper, the adaptive maximum power point tracking control algorithm for wind turbine system based on the estimation of wind speed is proposed. The proposed method applies correction factor to wind turbine system to have accurate wind speed estimation for exact MPPT. The proposed method is validated with numerical simulations and the results show an improved performance.

MIMO System을 위한 Path Metric 비교 기반 적응형 K-best 알고리즘 (An Adaptive K-best Algorithm Based on Path Metric Comparison for MIMO Systems)

  • Adaptive K-best 검출 방식은 MIMO system을 위해 제안된 알고리즘이다. 제안된 방식은 각 K-best 단계에서 Zero-Forcing(ZF) 추정치의 신뢰도의 정도를 기반으로 하여, 생존 path들의 개수인 K값을 바꾸는 방식이다. 고정된 K값을 사용하는 K-best 방식의 치명적인 단점은 잘못된 ZF 추정치에 의해 발생하는 불완전한 간섭 제거로 인해 올바른 path임에도 일시적으로 그 거리가 K개의 최소 path 거리들 보다 더 커질 수 있다. 잘못된 ZF 추정치가 발생된 경우에는, path들 간의 거리들이 뚜렷하게 다르지 않다는 것을 관찰을 통해 발견하였다. 본 논문에서는 ZF 추정치의 신뢰도를 나타내는 지표로, 최소값을 갖는 path의 거리와 두 번째 최소값을 가지는 path 거리의 비를 사용한다. 최소값을 가지는 두 path의 거리의 비를 근거로, K값을 적절하게 선택하는 제안된 방식은 기존의 고정된 K값을 사용하는 K-best 방식에 비해, 확연히 개선되었음을 보여준다. 제안된 방식은, 큰 K값을 사용하는 방식에 비해 평균 계산양은 매우 작으면서, 큰 K값을 사용한 방식의 성능을 가진다.
