In this study, the accurate water quality analysis in rivers, including the non-point source is performed. First of all, watershed model, SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool) was applied to analyze the impact of the non-point source in study area. And then, water quality analysis integrating the point source and the non-point source is implemented using QUALKO model. For more exact simulation, it should be the calibration and verification of variables and parameters which are needed for simulation. In addition, the importance of considering the non-point source was confirmed in river water quality simulation. BOD, TN, TP were analysed, and the results shows that BOD, TN and TP concentration was increased to 16.8%, 8.2% and 25.8% respectively. The more accurate estimate will be carried if use of reliable measurements and watershed simulation be done in models linking process. The suggested technique will improve the accuracy of the water quality analysis. The methodologies presented in this study will contribute to basin-wide water quantity and quality management.

현대의 항공테러는 단순한 항공기 납치뿐만 아니라 항공기의 공중 폭파, 항공기에 대한 미사일 공격, 공항과 승객에 대한 공격, 그리고 항공 외부 시설에 대한 공격 등 실로 다양한 형태로 자행되고 있다. 항공 교통에서의 불법 방해행위를 사전에 방지하기 위해서는 출발지의 보안 검색이 무엇보다도 중요하며, 이를 위해서 사전 예방적 선제적 항공보안관리 체계 전환, 출입부터 탑승까지 전 과정을 프로세스화한 점검활동 강화, 국제권고기준 항공보안장비 보유와 첨단화 등 미래 변화에 대한 능동적 대처뿐만 아니라 정확한 보안검색과 고객편의의 융합을 통해 세계 최고 공항으로 지향하며, 행동탐지기법의 도입을 통해 일상적이고 포괄적인 보안검색 운영의 약점을 보완하여 항공보안 강화의 토대를 마련해야 하고, 불법 방해행위의 억지를 위해 2015년부터 새롭게 실시하는 국제민간항공기구 상시 모니터링 제도의 항공보안 평가(USAP-CMA) 방식을 적극 검토하여 국정원 공항공사 항공사 등 관련기관 정보 공유, 지속적인 모니터링 및 국내 국제민간항공기구(ICAO) 인증 항공 보안평가관 등과 철저히 대비한 세부 대응 계획을 수립하고 항공보안 전문가 육성을 강구하여야 한다.

국 내외 기업들이 새로운 경영기법으로 도입하고 있는 아웃소싱은 비용절감, 핵심 업무에 대한 집중, 생산성 제고 등의 장점으로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 인천국제공항 역시 공기업 경영혁신과 내부요인 등으로 인해에 개항과 함께 아웃소싱을 도입하였으며, 2014년 3월 현재에는 43개 분야에 아웃소싱을 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 이처럼 아웃소싱 도입이 확산 되면서 성공적인 아웃소싱 관리에 대해 모색하게 되었고, 인천국제공항 역시 효율적인 관리를 위해 주로 IT 분야에서 적용하고 있는 서비스수준협약(Sercive Level Agreement, SLA)을 전 분야에 걸쳐 도입하게 된다. 인천국제공항은 서비스수준협약을 통해 서비스 수준에 영향을 미치는 복합적인 요인을 효율적으로 관리하고 지속적인 서비스 품질수준을 유지하고자 도입한 것이다. 그러나 대부분의 서비스수준협약이 IT 분야에만 집중되어 있어 아직까지는 비(非) IT 분야의 서비스수준협약 시행은 초기 단계이며 서비스수준협약 측정지표 선정에 관한 연구는 매우 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 인천공항에서 운영 중인 서비스수준협약을 유사용역 그룹별로 구분하여 구성요소와 역할에 대해 파악하고자 하였으며 서비스수준협약 측정지표가 공항운영 효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스수준협약 측정지표의 명확성, 적정성, 업무 통제 가능성은 과업운영의 효율성에 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 현재 인천공항에서 운영 중인 서비스수준협약 평가 결과에 대한 인식이 과업 운영의 효율성에도 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현행 서비스수준협약 평가 결과에 따라 과업의 문제점이 반영되는지 여부와 과업운영의 효율성 간의 상관관계 분석결과 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되고 있다.

Purpose: This study examines components that dictate service quality of Online Travel Agencies. Research design, data and methodology: This study performed a survey that targeted people who have purchased travel products using Online Travel Agencies in the past year at Incheon International Airport. Out of 280 questionnaires, this study selected 249(88.9%) questionnaires for analysis. In analysis, this study used statistical package called 'SPSS 22'. Results: Based on the results, this study identified that company reputation and transactional stability influenced consumers' intent to share anecdotal and practical information. Conclusions: This study discovered several major findings. First, 'convenience' and 'price', two major factors in service quality, imposed positive effects on word-of-mouth intention of consumers. In particular, 'convenience' had the most significant impact. Next, this study verified the moderating effects of 'transaction safety' and 'reputation' on the effect relationships between 'convenience' and 'price', and consumer word-of-mouth intention. The results conclude that, in fact, some statistically significant differences among the effect degrees of the two independent variables on the dependent variable according to the safety level of transaction on Online Travel Agencies website do exist. In short, 'transaction safety' variable does have moderating effects on the above relationships.

Maglev guideway is expected to be a new public transportation for future because of its environmental and special characteristics. Recently, Korean government initiated an urban maglev project to build a commercial line in Incheon International Airport by year 2012. For practical use of UTM02, it is essential not only to verify the performances of the vehicle but also to formulate the design rules of Maglev Guideway. In this paper, maglev guideway is analyzed by Finite Element Method and then obtained dynamic characteristics such as displacements, acceleration and impact factor.

Among imported plants, seeds are the items that have many latent pathogens and are difficult to inspect. Also, they are the import and export items whose market is expected to expand. The biggest problem with seeds is viruses. Prune dwarf virus (PDV) is the virus that is commonly inspected in Prunus cerasifera, P. persica, P. armeniaca, P. mandshurica, P. cerasus, P. avium or P. serotina seeds. In this study, two RT-PCR primer sets, which can promptly and specifically diagnose plant quarantine seed-transmitted PDV, were developed; and nested PCR primers, where products amplify 739 and 673 nucleotides (nt), and an nested PCR-product, 305 nt, can be obtained as these products are amplified again, were developed. Also, a modified-positive control plasmid was developed, where the restriction enzyme XhoI, which can identify the contamination of samples from the control, was inserted. The method developed in this study has detected PDV in 18 cases since 2007, and is expected to continuously contribute to the plant quarantine in Korea.

The Korean government makes an effort to raise the competitive power of nation through CM activation in the construction industry. Since the first CM service was applied to the atomic power plant project in 1986, the number of CM contracts are continuously being increased and will be up to 20% by 2002 in public sector. However, the public projects had been executed without any procedure manual or standard guideline of CM services. Meanwhile the Ministry of Construction and Transportation issued $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$, but the guide shows an indefinite description in the responsibility, authority and scope of activity for the project participants. Therefore, it is required the procedures be improved and scope of activities be established for the project participants. This study was generated from the comparative analysis of $\ulcorner$Standard CM Services and Practice$\lrcorner$ Published by CMAA and domestic $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$ and the case of Incheon International Airport construction. The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data for an improvement in the procedures of project execution and the construction manager's activities/rolls shown on $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$

This paper presents a preliminary experimental and computational study on the evaluation of thermal performance and initial cost of U, W and coil type ground heat exchangers (GHEs). Heat exchange rate of the individual GHE was evaluated from the thermal resperformance test (TPT) results, and the construction cost was also calculated. For more information, GLD (ground loop design) simulations of various piping size are carried out. From simulation results, the optimized GHE was suggested based on the thermal performance and construction cost as well. Besides, the required borehole length of U and W type GHEs was calculated considering a real construction condition using GLD program.

과거의 공항은 공공성에 중심을 두었다면 현재는 상업성에 중심을 둔 공항의 개념으로 변모해 가고 있다. 이에 전 세계 공항들은 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 수익창출에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 현재 세계 공항들은 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 항공수익이 아닌 비항공수익을 통해 이익을 창출하고 있다. 비항공수익인 공항면세점의 비중은 점점 커지고 있으나, 국내외로 공항면세점에 대한 연구가 그리 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 공항면세점의 현황을 파악하고, 단기간 마케팅 전략인 판매촉진을 활용하여 공항면세점을 활성화 시키고자 한다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 먼저 공항면세점에서 이용 가능한 판매촉진 유형에 대해 개념 정의를 내려 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 살핀 후 행동의도까지의 관계를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 의미 있는 변수들을 추출한 후 분석결과를 토대로 마케팅 시사점을 파악하고 향후 고객행동의 추세 및 변화를 반영하여 공항면세점의 운영 자료로서 활용되고자 하는 것이 궁극적인 목적이다. 공항면세점 이용객 표본으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시한 후 이용객이 지각하는 판매촉진이 고객만족에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가, 그 결과 행동의도에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.
