실습능력 향상을 위한 전자 설계교육에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Improving Practical Education for Electronic Design Ability)

  • 본 논문에서는 학과 교과과정의 이론을 바탕으로 하여, 개선된 트레이닝 키트를 기반으로 한 전자 설계 실습능력 향상교육에 대하여 다룬다. 학생들은 개선된 전자 설계 프로젝트 실습교육을 통하여 회로의 이해력 및 분석력을 키우고, 전자부품의 조립 및 측정 등으로 실무와 밀접한 프로세스를 익히게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 실습교육 방안은 회로의 분석력과 이해력 증대 및 회로 제작의 성취감과 자신감을 증대시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, 학생들의 창의적 전자 설계 프로젝트 실습교육에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Background: The purpose of the study, using the ICF Tool in the process of rehabilitation of artificial joint replacement surgery of the hip joint, goal setting and understanding of the problem, through the process of creating intervention strategies, useful clinical practical course for rehabilitation I try to present the data. Methods: Fracture was the left total hip replacement (THR) surgery due to women of 76 years old. I proceed in order screening, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment planning and intervention, re-screening. Needs of the patient was walking short distances for using the toilet. In order to improve was carried out arbitration, after you have created a list of issues that limit the ability to walk short distances. Results: It was revealed improved results in self-paced walk test (SPWT) and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) was used to examine whether the goals. In addition, MMT VAS, DGI, and TUG is a detailed goal was improved. Conclusions: It can be shown objectively the results of interventions performed for the purpose of solving the problem which is grasped through clinical Practical course for short-range walking ability enhance patient THR. I considered practical clinical course using the ICF Tool would be useful.

  • 그 동안 건설 분야 산업체들은 대학 교육 후 입사하는 신입사원들의 즉각적인 실무투입이 어렵다는 지적과 더불어 대학 교육에서 학생들의 실무 적응능력을 고취할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 필요성을 강조해왔다. 또한 지역대학의 경우 산 학 연 공조체계의 구축이 상대적으로 어려운 것이 현실이며, 다양한 건설현장을 방문할 수 있는 기회나 경험이 풍부한 전문 인력들과의 만남의 장을 마련할 수 있는 기회가 수도권 대학에 비해 상대적으로 적다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 진학 및 취업을 앞둔 건축공학전공 학생들에게 건축실무에 관한 간접 경험을 제공하고자 실무 강의를 중심으로 한 신규강좌를 개발하고자 한다. 또한 홈페이지 프로그램을 구축하여 멀티미디어를 활용한 원격교육이 가능하도록 개발하고, 개발된 프로그램의 활용 및 교과목에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 평가사항 및 개선사항을 도출하고, 프로그램의 지속적인 활용을 유도하고자 한다.

  • The fourth industrial revolution calls for an integrated talent by improving working-level skills within the big framework of creativity and convergence. Therefore, university education focuses on solving the problem of practical ability education by improving employment ability. Based on this improvement in practical skills, this study is based on the field-based design curriculum of Capstone. Currently, the Capstone Design Course is being implemented at most universities, extending its scope to the fields of engineering, humanities, social studies and arts. However, there is a limit to the core concept of Capstone design education and capacity education developed in line with the foreign educational environment and applied directly to our nation's university education. In terms of overseas cases, the core focus is to develop practical, design, and prototype capabilities by forming a team among all grades and multidisciplinary institutions to support the capital and manpower of the industry. However, the nation's industrial linkage and curriculum have difficulties in carrying out multi-disciplinary education. In this study, students were asked to team up and solve the challenges that the industry needs based on the expertise acquired in the lower grade curriculum by applying majors and 3D printing through the first and second semester courses of the fourth grade to address these limitations. In addition, business skills for the process of creativity and leadership experience in our country through a suitable design capstone class to review the efficiency of education by applying a model. In order to achieve the purpose of Capstone design subject, the goal setting, class model composition, class model application, verification and evaluation, and final class model development procedures were carried out. Through this process, it will be used as a basic material for educating design class capstone design.

효율적인 산업체 현장실습 운영에 대한 연구 (A Study for the Effective Industry Field Training Management)

  • 현장실습 제도는 대학생들의 실무능력 향상을 위한제도이다. 이러한 현장실습제도는 대학의 정규 교육과정과 산업현장의 일을 연계한 학습경험 및 활동이다. 효율적인 현장실습제도를 실천하기 위해서는 기업과 대학, 학생 그리고 정부의 관심과 도움이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 산업체는 현장실습을 위한 전담직원이나 별도로 확보된 예산이 없는 상태에서 현장실습 인력을 수용하기가 어려운 현실이다. 그렇기 때문에 대학은 현장실습제도를 운영하는데 가장 큰 애로사항으로 실습을 위한 산업체를 확보하는 일이라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 학생들은 보다 선진화된 시설과 장비를 갖추고 있는 산업체에서 정당한 보수를 받고 실습에 참여하고 싶지만 현실적으로는 상당히 어려운 상황이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 효율적인 산업체 현장실습제도를 운영하기 위해서 산업체 현장실습 운영과정을 위한 모델과 방법론을 제시하였다. 제시된 운영과정 모델과 방법론을 기반으로 현장실습제도가 운영된다면 학생들은 산업체의 현장 경험으로 창의력과 순발력을 발휘할 수 있는 기회와 다양한 차원의 교육을 받을 수 있는 현장실습 제도가 운영될 것으로 기대한다.

  • For the purpose of adapting positively to the information society, it is very important to develop the capabilities of the retrieve, gather, process and application for informations by making efficient use of computers. So, with a view to understanding the importance of computer and adjusting actively to the information society, the systematic policy to cultivate the ability of making the most of computers is strongly demended. Therefore this study is to make a curriculum and guide for improving the capability of applying computers systematically, through analyzing a curriculum of computer in Elementary, Middle and High Schools, and to develop a model of grading system to cultivate the ability of applying computers, which grades capabilities of its practical use.

다면적 평가를 통한 교육성과 평가도구 개발 및 분석연구 (Practical Measurement on Education Outcome Through Multi-Evaluations)

  • This paper diagnose subjects and measures the learning ability of students based on the goal of developing an assessment tool for education productivity based on multi-aspect evaluation conducted by ICEE at Honam University. Furthermore, develop an assessment tool for education productivity that provides a motive to bring detailed improvements in teaching methods through the diagnosis. In addition, a method for compensating the issues and improving the quality of subject is suggested to develop learning ability of students through applying the assessment tool. An integrated operated system of CQI is desired to be built along with quality improvement of education through measuring academic quality by studying the methods for enhancing academic and learning ability achievement from analysis of the curriculum provided in the "ABEEK program". Through this study the current state of education productivity is presented through analyzing the difference between students who participated in the "ABEEK program" and who did not participate, and operating a comparison between the student's comprehension on their majors and liberal arts by the multi-aspect evaluation that has been conducted for 2 years.

  • This paper is resulted from the research to activate Self-control Safety Management system that adopted to improve an assessment system for Hazard Prevention Plan. And members of company, university and research institute have jointly participated in the research. First, it is investigated that introduced background and processing method with existing practical data & materials references in order to understand what domestic Self-control Safety Management system will be available for. And general construction company at site have their ability to assess Hazard Prevention Plan by mailing questionnaire to on thousand site, visits, and interviews. Also, It is investigated how much they have the assessment ability. It is selected to do a questionnaire survey for the status of self-regulatory safety assessment ability of the designated self-regulatory companies in order to produce and enhance the self-regulatory assessment ability and the necessity of Self-control Safety Management system. Finally, it is selected to do a questionnaire survey for fixing and the enhance Self-control Safety Management system of general construction contractors.

소프트웨어 기초 교육의 최적 운영 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on an Operational Optimization Algorithm of Software Basic Education)

  • 최근 들어 소프트웨어 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 기술이 스마트폰과 IoT 기술이 맞물려 새로운 사업으로 확장되고 있어 소프트웨어 기술에 대한 중요성은 더욱 부각 되고 있다. 따라서 글로벌 소프트웨어 산업의 주도권 확보와 융합형 소프트웨어 인재 양성을 위해 우수한 소프트웨어 개발 인력의 필요성은 점점 더 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 융합형 소프트웨어 산업 인력 확대를 위해 소프트웨어를 필수 교과로 운영한 사례를 기반으로 소프트웨어에 대한 기본 인식과 소프트웨어 개발의 필요성 그리고 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 코딩 능력 향상에 대하여 분석한다. 분석 결과, 코딩 능력 향상을 위한 실습방법 중 학습자 중심에서 진행된 기술적 내용은 소프트웨어에 대한 인식과 개발의 필요성 측면에서 긍정적인 효과를 나타내고 있으며 코딩 능력 향상에 중요한 요소가 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 논문에 나타난 연구 결과에서 프로그램 개발의 필요성과 능동적인 참여는 실무 능력 향상을 위해 매우 중요한 부분이라는 것을 나타내고 있으며, 이러한 결과는 소프트웨어 개발 능력 향상을 위한 방법론 측면에서 의미 있는 결과를 제시하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

The Effective Factors of Professional Learning : Study on Accounting Firms in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to substantiate the affecting factors of informal learning outcomes for professions in various dimensions of an individual and organization. In specific, the study analyzed the effects of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment which have on task-related knowledge acquisition, adapting to organization and understanding contexts, relationship formation, and improving self-development-ability. The participants of the study were 261 professionals working at four major accounting firms in South Korea. Multiple regression models were applied step by step for analysis. In this study, the informal learning of professionals working at four major accounting firms is influenced by various factors of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment. The detailed analysis results were as follows. Firstly, peer-support showed the most positive effect on task-related knowledge acquisition. Secondly, for adapting to organization and understanding contexts, task autonomy showed the greatest effect. Thirdly, peer-support was found to be the most important factor for relationship formation. Fourthly, for improving self-development ability, learning goal orientation showed to be the most important factor. The various factors facilitated the professional learning by empirical identification. The study presented practical implications for creating an effective informal learning support environment.
