The Agile methodology is a new trend in software development. Nowadays enterprises have been adopting the agile methodology in an effort to deal effectively with rapidly changing user requirements. In most cases, much improvement was accomplished in the software development. Some studies have mentioned that the motivation of software developers is a contributing factor on the improvement. However, it is not known yet what aspects of the agile methodology get them to be motivated. The aims of this study are the comparison between the traditional methodologies and agile methodology and look into potential motivation of software developer and their jobcharacteristics. For the empirical analyzing, research data were collected by 77 developers of 4 domestic IT companies. The analysis shows that there is significant differences on developer's potential motivation according to what kind of methodology is used. Agile developers to be more motivated than others methodologies developers. It also shows in detail that what kinds of job characteristics of developer are different among them depending on methodologies.

The purpose of this study is to examine the direction of the students' satisfaction improvement by comparison of related disciplines of undergraduate management information systems (MIS) majors. MIS is one of the academic disciplines that have become important as the demand for manpower for new industries in the 4th industrial revolution. We surveyed 3rd and 4th grade undergraduate students in the departments of management information systems, business administration (BA), computer engineering (CE) of C university. The results revealed that the students' satisfaction was influenced by the ability of the professor, the curriculum development, and the curriculum operation factors. Especially, it was found that the curriculum operating factors among the three departments had greater effect on the students' satisfaction. If the education environment is improved considering curriculum operating factors and the administrative and service factors and that are important in the CE departments, it will be helpful for the students' satisfaction improvement of MIS.

Government R&D grants for SMEs have risen to three trillion Korean won a year, placing Korea second among OECD nations. Indeed, analysis results have revealed that government support has not only expanded corporate R&D investment and the registration of intellectual property rights but has also increased investment in tangible and human assets and marketing. However, value added, sales and operating profit have lacked improvement owing to an ineffective recipient selection system that relies solely on qualitative assessments by technology experts. Nevertheless, if a predictive model is properly applied to the system, the causal effect on value added could increase by more than two fold. Accordingly, it is important to focus on economic performance rather than technical achievements to develop such a model.

Since the 4th Industrial Revolution is implemented based on superintelligence, new insights must be provided through convergence studies with other fields to find optimal solutions to create new ideas. In this paper, we intende to present improvement measures for probability and statistical education, which is an athlete's subject on data analysis and processing in the ICT(Information & Communication Technologies) field in the era of superintelligence of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper aims to strengthen competitiveness through early development and commercialization of new technologies by presenting probabilities and statistical curriculums that require linkage in the ICT field. Second, it is necessary to present an educational system diagram linking probabilities and statistics in the ICT field to prepare a mid- to long-term response strategy for ICT education in response to innovative changes. Third, through a survey, we intend to present an effective educational operation plan linking probability and statistics to ICT major subjects by analyzing the perception of probability, statistical importance, and utilization of majors in this field.

This study aims to analyze service improvement and success factors of electric scooter sharing service companies by using text mining after collecting reviews of shared electric scooter service applications among various models of sharing economy. In this study, the factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of service users were identified using the term frequency inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) technique, and topics for each keyword were extracted using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) Topic Modeling technique. According to the analysis results, the main topics were entertainment, safety, service area, application complaints, use complaints, convenience, and mobility. Using the analysis results of this study, employees and researchers of electric scooter sharing service companies will be able to contribute to the improvement and success of related services.

This paper describes a standard cell placement strategy which consists of three kconsecutive steps` initial placement, iterative placement improvement, and string placement. In the initial placement step, cell placement was done by solving the linear ordering problem for a one-dimensional layout of standard cells and then zigzaging the resultant linear order width in the chip plane. The iterative placement improvement step is based on the iterative pairwise interchange using the estimated total routing length as a figure-or -merit. The string placement is used to reorder cells and terminals in each etandard cell row such that channel routing in the adjacent channels is not blocked by cyclic constraints and needs fewer routing tracks. The placement program is coded in PASCAL and kimplemented on a VAX-11/750 computer. Experimental results for several examples are included.

Self-efficacy is a major factor related to performance and needs to be improved in business and education field. This study explains the effectiveness of school career assistance to improve college students' self-efficacy. Furthermore, it demonstrates the moderating effects of grit and regulatory focus (promote and prevention). School career assistance is based on group support, and moderating variables in this paper are individual characteristics. In these group and individual dimensions, if the effectiveness of school career assistance varies depending on individual characteristics, schools will be able to establish self-efficacy improvement strategies more appropriate for individual students. School would understand individual characteristics such as grit and regulatory focus, then could make individual strategy for enhancing self-efficacy and performance. Hence, it is expected that the performance of school and student will improve through the self-efficacy improvement plan presented in this study.

Postmortem evaluation through the dictionary and the lack of points for the wrong strategy to respond to the avoid the prediction is important. However, the prevailing system of ex post facto assessment of postmortem simply does not have statistical figures to be provided only for the conditions. Thus, in this study, rail business is mainly evaluation procedures and evaluation of the verification system of ex post facto evaluation as to the issue, do not improve.

The study presents the application strategy and understanding of regression analysis with GLM(Generalized Linear Model) unifying with other statistical techniques such as correlation analysis and design of experiment(DOE). The quidelines proposed in this paper can be used for practioners to implement GLM and ANOVA(Analysis of Variance) for the DMAIC 5 steps of six sigma breakthrough.
