본 논문에서는 휴대전화 자판을 통한 한글 입력에 있어서 모음을 입력하는 기존의 방법들을 고찰하고 각 방법의 장단점을 비교하였다. 기존의 상용 방법을 비교하기 위하여 모음 입력 방식을 모음의 배열 및 입력 방법으로 구분하였으며, 각 방식의 장점을 결합한 개선된 한글 모음 입력 방법을 제안하였다.

By the research seen by examining plan which can improve at least systematization of a distribution sector, reform opening got into stride to Chinese distribution channel structure by improvement of a premodern Chinese circulation system and non-efficiency-structure. This paper shows the recent changes of national transportation policies in some developed countries and argues that the evaluation method of the effect of transportation investment on national economy should be improved to reveal real impact of the investment. The evaluation method should develope effective performance indicators of the goals set in national transportation policy. To estimate correctly the magnitude of transportation services in national economy, the evaluation method also provides a way to measure in-house transportation services and to overcome the limits of marginal effect equal equation.

IETF proposed Fast Handover mechanism tn reduce the latency during which the mobile node is effectively dusconnected from the Internet. In this paper, we propose three buffering strategies and a bicasting strategy to resolve packet loss and packet disordering problems in Fast Hangover mechanism. Through Java-based simulation we show thats, packet loss and disordering problems have been resolved by our proposal. As the result the buffering and bicasting strategies can reduce the handover delay caused by packet loss and packet disordering, in addition.

Along with the change of national accounting, the importance of systematic management of assets is emphasized and the awareness that the concept termed Asset Management should be introduced to the construction field too to manage facilities. The present study is a basic study for the introduction of the concept Asset Management and proposed accounting guidelines(proposal) for public building maintenance cost that can clarify maintenance cost accounting. Existing literatures and current accounting standards were examined and the actual states of maintenance cost accounting of public buildings in A metropolitan city were examined to draw problems. For the practice guidelines(proposal), the types and contents of government office building maintenance expenditures were analyzed and items that must be treated as OPEX and CAPEX were presented. Expert interviews were conducted to verify the reliability of the items presented. The practice guidelines(proposal) were applied to the public buildings in A metropolitan city to identify situations of changes in asset values and review the effects of the practice guidelines(proposal) on increases in asset values. When applied to practices, the practice guidelines(proposal) suggested in the present study are considered to increase building asset values and provide consistent financial information to help stakeholders' decision making.

Purpose - The main purpose of this study is to contribute to the elevation of producers' production at various levels by proposing the creation of producer improvement indexes that can be used for the successful 6th industrialization of Korean agribusiness based on the Kano model and has synergistic effects on the development of the 6th industry through scientific researches. Research design, data, methodology - To this end, this study derived better and worse index from the same estimation of Timko's customer satisfaction index as in the evaluation charts used in previous researches and theoretical studies on the Kano model. Results - In this paper, we suggested that the formula for producing PSCI Index be applied to yield the producer improvement index in the 6th industry, in order to draw SIPPI. Conclusions - If this suggestion is realized, then a lot of researchers will be supported to more systematically study producers, and it is expected to contribute to the development of the 1th industry, a basis for the successful 6th industry. Moreover, the central government and municipalities are expected to provide a variety of clues for applying various policies for successful agribusiness.

Purpose: In this study, we would like to make a technical proposal to solve the odor problem in pig houses. Through this, we would like to suggest an effective way to reduce the odor generated in the pig house as a solution to civil complaints. Research design, data and methodology: Conduct direct visits to pig farms where many civil complaints about bad odor occur, and identify the problems of each farm. Identify elements related to odor control, such as structure, facility, equipment, odor management method, and ventilation type. Through this, the technology to be applied to reduce odor and the solution to the odor problem are presented. Results: The results of major improvements are as follows: 1. Improvement of the structure of the barn or composting shed to an airtight type 2. Improvement of the pig manure treatment structure using the slope inside the barn 3. Establishment of ventilation and cooling systems 4. Automation of the mist spray system. Conclusions: As a result, as practical measures, sealing of facilities using winch curtains, construction of air conditioning systems using negative pressure ventilation, and management systems using AIoT systems were presented. It is judged that this study can be helpful in determining the grievances caused by civil complaints of tenant livestock farms and the direction of facility improvement in the future.

When addressing rural housing issues, it is crucial to consider various aspects and adopt a tailored approach that takes into account the local characteristics and specific needs. Providing guidelines for different stakeholders, whether residents themselves or experts involved in decision-making, is essential for effective management and improvements. In this study, an in-depth analysis of the housing situation in the target area where the rural housing improvement project was implemented was conducted. This involved engaging with residents from three villages through in-depth interviews to gain insights into their perspectives and needs. As a result, a set of housing improvement guidelines were developed, which are specific to each stakeholder group and are tailored to address the criteria of safety, aesthetics, and living environment. These guidelines facilitate informed decision-making by residents and experts alike, ensuring that improvements align with the unique circumstances of each situation, promoting a more holistic and effective approach to addressing rural housing challenges.

As the national competitive power indicator, the infrastructures have been constructed with government's SOC budgets. However, even SOC budget is decreased, Public-Private Partnership Project (PPP project) has been introduced to solve demands on extending infrastructures, and among PPP projects, road projects take high portions. This study analyzes the operation & management item of financial model which is connected to the O&M cost and project proposal of previously proposed road project and analyzes the Korea Expressway Co.,'s project cost items and O&M tasks to reflect the characteristics of road projects. Based on results, this study suggests necessity of the O&M cost breakdown structure and the cost calculation standard on each cost item. Also, for the existing task execution tools, O&M cost calculation tool and finance analysis task tool will be integrated, and the system is suggested web-based system. Thus, it is expected that it contributes to the securing overall business values on PPP project and expending profit-base infrastructures.
