조망점 선정을 통한 대상지의 경관가치 평가 및 개선방안 (Landscape Assessment and Improvement of the View Area by Selecting the Landscape Control Point)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대규모 주택단지 개발지로 계획되어 있는 대구광역시 북구 연경동 및 동구 지묘동 일원을 대상지로 선정하여 조망점 선정을 통해 조망대상 및 대상장을 정량적으로 평가해 보고, 이를 토대로 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 계획적 차원에서 개선방안을 제시해 보는데 가장 큰 의의를 두었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 우선 조망대상 선정을 위한 문헌분석 결과, 도출된 조망대상은 총 24개로 나타났으며, 최종적으로 도출된 주요 조망대상은 4가지로 나타났다. 다음으로 도출된 조망점 선정기준은 총 15개로 나타났으며, 이들은 다시 공통적인 특성에 따라 조망성, 접근성, 공공성으로 재분류하였다. 예비조망점은 공공성 및 접근성을 평가하여 선정하였으며, 평가 결과, 총 42곳의 예비조망점이 선정되었다. 최종조망점은 선정된 예비조망점을 대상으로 조망성을 평가하여 선정하였으며, 평가 결과 29개의 최종조망점이 선정되었다. 마지막으로 문헌분석 결과, 도출된 평가지표는 총 26개로 나타났다. 조망점별 가치평가 결과, 29곳의 대상장 중 I등급은 2곳, II등급은 3곳, 가장 낮은 V등급에 해당하는 대상장은 3곳으로 나타났다. 다음으로 개선방안을 위한 문제점 분석 결과, 개발계획도면을 고려하지 않은 대상장-1의 경우, 토지모자이크의 다양성 등 4가지 개선지표가 선정되었다. 또한 개발계획도면을 고려한 대상장-2의 경우, 배후 산림으로의 조망이 잘 이루어지며, 시각회랑의 확보가 가능한 건축물 배치 형태는 직각배치, 층수는 약 10층인 것으로 나타났다.

  • Mobile computing devices are becoming increasingly prevalent in a huge range of physical area, offering a considerable market opportunity. The focus of this paper is on the development of a platform of fault diagnosis system integrating with personal digital assistant (PDA). An improvement of induction machine rotor fault diagnosis based on AI algorithms approach is presented. This network system consists of two parts; condition monitoring and fault diagnosis by using Artificial Intelligence algorithm. LabVIEW allows easy interaction between acquisition instrumentation and operators. Also it can easily integrate AI algorithm. This paper presents a development environment fur intelligent application for PDA. The introduced configuration is a LabVIEW application in PDA module toolkit which is LabVIEW software.

  • In this study, a new model for improving the settlement environment and revitalizing hilly and mountainous areas was presented. A case study was conducted in two rural villages of Nakatsu-Mura in Wakayama-Prefecture, Japan. The settlement environment was evaluated from the point of view of the local residents, and the expectation of the local residents about the regional revitalization of their village in the future was assessed. From the analysis, each factor used far the assessment displayed characteristics of the two rural villages well. The type of improvement in rural villages was classified by a combination of the degree of satisfaction over the current settlement environment and expectation about the regional revitalization of the villages in the future. A method for improving and revitalizing settlement environments was clarified.

  • 본 논문에서는 측면 포즈 정규화를 통해 얻어진 부분영역을 이용해 대상의 포즈 변화에 강인한 얼굴인식 방법을 제안한다. 포즈변화에 강인한 얼굴인식을 위해 일반적으로 사용되는 방법인 포즈 정규화 방법은 포즈정규화과정 중에 가려져 보이지 않는 영역에 대한 정보를 가지고 있지 않기 때문에 문제가 발생하게 된다 일반적으로는 보상을 통해 문제를 해결 하고 있지만, 보상에 의해 영상이 왜곡이 되거나 특징정보를 잃는 경우가 많다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 깊이찬가 큰 영역에서 주로 발생하는 왜곡을 줄이도록 정면이 아닌 측면으로의 정규화를 시도한다 또한 정규화후 왜곡이 발생한 영역은 제거하고 왜곡이 발생하지 않은 영역만을 이용해 인식과정을 수행한다 포즈가 좌우변화만 존재하는 경우와 상하변화도 존재하는 경우 두 가지 경우로 나누어 다루었으며 각각의 경우에 대해 실험을 통해 인식 성능의 향상을 확인하였다

Multi-view 영상 코딩에서 영상 개선 알고리듬 (An algorithm for the image improvement in the multi-view images coding)

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient multi-view images coding algorithm to find the optimal depth and texture from the set of multi-view images. The proposed algorithm consists of two consecutive steps, i) the depth estraction step, and ii) the texture extraction step, comparedwith the traditional algorithem which finds the depth and texture concurrently. The X-Y plane of the normalized object space is divided into traingular paatches and the Z value of the node is determined in the first step and then the texture of the each patch is extracted in the second step. In the depth extraction step, the depth of the node is determined by applying the block based disparity compensation method to the windowed area centered at the node. In the second step, the texture of the traingular patches is extracted from the multi-view images by applying the affine transformation based disparity compensation method to the traingular pateches with the depth extracted from the first step. Experimental results show that the SNR(Singnal-to- Noise Ratio) of images enconded by our algorithm is better than that of images encoded by the traditional algorithm by the amount about 4dB for for the test sets of multi-view images called dragon, kid, city and santa.

울산시 주택산업활성화를 위한 주택구매예정자의 주거선택행동 예측 I (A Study on the Forecasting of Decision Behavior the Choice of Housing of Potential Purchasers for Housing Industry in Ulsan I)

  • Housing supply ratio in Ulsan area has soared up to 91% recently. Therefore, developing a successful marketing strategy is an essential part of apartment sales success in Ulsan area. The purpose of this study is identifying the status of satisfaction level, moving motivation, the level of housing choosing behavior, and housing needs of the apartments for making a marketing strategy. The survey uses questionnaires which are delivered to the 545 housewives who live in 20 pyoung or 30 pyoung apartment in Ulsan area. The research uses a survey questionnaire for gathering a set of statistically-reasonable number of data among one million population of Ulsan metropolitan area. The frequency test and F-test are used for the analysis of the results. The results of empirical analyses provide the following major findings: 1) housing satisfaction of Buk-ku residents is higher than that of the residents of the other area, 2) neighborhood environment improvement and physical environment improvement are important factors of housing moving motivations, 3) view and lighting are important requirements of the housing, 4) the level of housing choosing efforts are more active in the residents of Joong-ku and Dong-ku than those of Nam-ku and Buk-ku.

경관계획의 질적 향상을 위한 경관시뮬레이션 조망점 선정의 지표설정 및 중요도 분석 (Analysis of Setting Indicators for the Selection of Landscape Simulation View Point and their Importance to Improve the Quality of Landscape Plans)

  • 본 논문은 경관계획의 질적 향상을 위한 조망점 선정에 초점을 두어 기존에 연구된 연구문헌 및 도서, 보고서 등을 중심으로 실제로 제시되거나 연구된 항목들을 중심으로 조망점을 설정하였다. 다수의 제시된 항목들을 다시 정리 및 분류하여 이를 SPSS 통계를 통해 조망점 선정의 평가 항목을 유출하고. 계층별 지표의 상대적 중요도를 측정하여 조망점의 가중치 설정과 우선순위를 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 첫째, 경관시뮬레이션에 대한 구체적이고 체계적인 계획을 수립하기 위해 전문가 설문을 통해 16개 조망점을 설정하였다. 둘째, 조망점 평가를 위한 중분류 항목에서는 조망성 > 공공성 > 장소성의 순으로 나타나, 조망성을 가장 중요시 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조망점별 우선순위는 1순위: 조망점의 시각적 개방성, 2순위: 조망대상으로의 조망성 양호정도, 3순위: 문화재 공간, 4순위: 역사성, 5순위: 공공장소, 6순위: 관문적 역할을 하는 장소, 7순위: 대상을 조망할 수 있는 지형, 8순위: 많은 인구가 거주하거나 이용하는 장소, 9순위: 대상물의 다양한 형태와 주변경관을 파악할 수 있는 장소, 10순위: 생태보호 지역, 11순위: 하천 및 수변공간, 12순위: 시야각 (양각-부각), 13순위: 조망방향, 14순위: 주요도로, 15순위: 조망점과 대상물 간의 거리, 16순위: 평야 및 농경지순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 경관계획의 질적 향상을 위한 체계적이고 신뢰성 있는 분석의 틀을 마련하고, 경관시뮬레이션 평가 검토 시 참고 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

OpenGL을 이용한 대용량 Polygon Model의 View-Frustum Culling 기법 (A View-Frustum Culling Technique Using OpenGL for Large Polygon Models)

  • With rapid development of graphic hardware, researches on Virtual Reality and 3D Games have received more attention than before. For more realistic 3D graphic scene, objects were to be presented with lots of polygons and the number of objects shown in a scene was remarkably increased. Therefore, for effective visualization of large polygon models like this, view-frustum culling method, that visualizes only objects shown in the screen, has been widely used. In general, the bounding boxes that include objects are generated firstly, and the boxes are intersected with view-frustum to check whether object is in the visible area or not. Recently, an algorithm that can check in-out test of objects using OpenGL's selection mode, which is originally used to select the objects in the screen, is suggested. This algorithm is fast because it can use hardware acceleration. In this study, by implementing and applying this algorithm to large polygon models, we showed the efficiency of OpenGL assisted View-Frustum Culling algorithm. If this algorithm is applied to 3D games that have to process more complicated characters and landscapes, performance improvement can be expected.

배수개선사업(排水改善事業)의 경제적효과분석(經濟的效果分析) (A Study on Economic Impacts of Drainage Projects)

  • This study is aimed at identifying the economic effects of drainage improvement projects. The total area of poor drainage is equivalent to 170,000ha, 13% of the total area of paddy field in Korea. The development of poor drained paddy is an urgent problem considering the low rate of self-sufficiency of food grain and the limitation of farmer's income increase. Rapid development of Korean economy has brought labor shoriage in rural farming sector. Accordingly farm mechanization is an important agricultural policy to hike labor productivity and to save production costs of rice farming. The expected economic benefits of the drainage improvement project are derived from increasing land productivity, expanding double cropped area and farming the farm mechanization base in paddy fields. The economic and financial rate of return of the project are considered very important decision making criteria for project implementation by resource allocation. Therefore this study covered benefit and cost analysis of the sampled area, the estimated financial rate of returns in $Buy{\check{o}}$ and Jinsung are represented 15% and 51% respectively and the economic rate of returns in both project area are also showing 1% and 26% respectively. The rate of return of the projects has showed an outstanding variance according to the locational and natural characteristics of the project area. As showing the above economic rate of return, $Buy{\check{o}}$ is very low Jinsung is very high. But the financial rate of return of both projects are considered comparatively high. Cosequently, the drainage improvement projects should be promoted from the view point of farm income increase to make narrow the income gap between rural and urban incomes and farm mechanization to solve labor shortage in the rural area.

비시가화지역 역사문화환경 보존지역의 설정 기준 및 현상변경기준의 개선 방안 - 경기도 소재 조선왕릉을 중심으로 - (The Criteria Improvement on the Designation of Historic Cultural Environment Conservation Area and the Current Conditions Alteration in Non-Urbanized Area - A special Emphasis on Chosun Royal Tombs in Gyeonggi -)

  • The Historic Cultural Environment Conservation Areas around Chosun Royal Tombs in Gyeonggi Province are larger than those around other Cultural Assets, so more efficient management tools on the Areas should be needed. This study aims to suggest the directions of policy to modify the existing management tools by analyzing the spatial extent and alteration standards of the 12 Historic Cultural Environment Conservation Areas around Chosun Royal Tombs in Gyeonggi Province. The results of this study are as follows: First, in most cases, the spatial extents of the Areas are 500m, but the spatial extents should be precisely classified in Gyeonggi Ordinance of Cultural Assets Protection, and be excluded according to the layout of Protection Areas and roads. And the outside view from the inside is more important in Chosun Royal Tombs, so the areas on the axis of the view must be controled by considering the development density(bulk or height of buildings). Second, the same zoning areas must be classified as the same section of the Area allowing for equity, and Finally, the Current Conditions Permission Criteria should be actualized to take into account the difference between the development densities of zoning araes and the Criteria.
