The industrial accident rate has been steadily decreased by making all efforts for the prevention of accidents after enacting Occupational Health and Safety Act in 1981. However, ordinary typed industrial accidents still occur in small and medium sized enterprises(SME). Timely Technical Guidance(TTG) project of Korea Occupational Safety & Heath Agency(KOSHA) for SME's was initiated to visit and provide the analysis and control of industrial accidents by the staffs of KOSHA as soon as possible after accidents occurred. This study is conducted to analyze the questionnaire survey for employers, workers and TTG personnel of KOSHA with being evaluated positively whether the demonstration project of TTG has been executed consistently. However, it is suggested that the understanding of TTG project and legal support are necessary for the establishments, and the development of a variety data and lots of available contents is necessary to increase satisfaction of the TTG project. The accident rate of SME's which are employed less than 50 workers is expected to be largely decreased with applying the control and improvement over this study with maintaining and developing TTG technology.

The non-mandatory guidance and illogical ordinance of local government generate complicated and vague regulations and procedures. These cause inconvenience in building administration, and give rise to unnecessary social and administrative expenses. The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement of building administration by local government from an institutional point of view through the literature review and the specialist survey focusing on the problems arising from the building ordinances and non-mandatory guidance. The results of this study are as follows; In the first place, the connection between law and ordinance should be improved in a systematic, definitude manner and high-degree of completion. Second, the monitoring management system should be arranged in order to excavate and improve the non-mandatory guidance. Third, the effort should go into improving ability and disposition of building official. Fourth, it is necessary to materialize and clarify the regulatory contents and adjust them to fit the legal system. Lastly, it is important to reinforce incentives and procedures of verification in order to manage building ordinances of legal government's own free will. In order to improve of building administration by local government, it is necessary to make the structure of sustainable improvement and discuss not only institutional aspect but also elements of building administration in later study.

Since July in 2004, starting with urban bus reorganization of Seoul metropolitan government, the change of the public transportation which integrates the urban bus and the subway of the metropolis are being continued. But the integration of such bus and the subway is staying to only a fare system mainly, and the guidance system of the subway and the bus has not changed. So we propose the concept of the new guidance system following public transportation change tendency. At first we introduce the new information system which can guide city railroad and bus altogether, and we propose new system which can guide divided by the trunk line and the branch line instead of bus and subway. Last high-functional guidance system which can give passengers tip and hint for various and effective usage of public transportation in more complicated city transit network is introduced. This new guidance system can increase competitiveness of public transportation system and stretch transportation share of it. And that guidance system is high-class contents that all public transportation business can utilize, so it can originate new industry. In conclusion, this new innovative guidance system is important field that government, local administration and public transportation business must be concerned and develop.

In this paper, an effective filter structure for filtering of target glint in tracking radar systems is used to improve the performance of CLOS(Command to Line-Of-Sight) guidance. The filter decouples range and angel channels to that it has a sound mathematical basis as well as computation efficiency as applied to the IMM algorithm. The effective filter structure in conjunction with CLOS guidance is tested by a series of simulation runs and it is shown to have superior performance compared with the other filter structures.

정부와 안전보건공단에서는 건설현장의 안전사고 저감을 위하여 감독 점검, 기술지도 재정지원 등의 안전활동을 지속적으로 수행하여 왔으나, 건설현장의 재해자수는 매년 증가추세에 있으며, 특히 소규모 건설공사를 위주로 전체 재해자수의 80%이상을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소규모 건설공사 현장에서의 안전 보건관리의 이행현황을 조사하고 해당 사업장에 정부의 적정한 기술지도 방안을 마련할 필요성이 있으며, 소규모 건설공사 현장에서의 재해를 줄이고 기술지도사업의 실효성을 확보하기 위한 건설현장에 부합하는 기술지도 최적안을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

공사금액 1억이상 120억 미만 중·소규모 건설현장은 전문지도기관의 기술지도를 받아야 한다. 최근 기술지도의 계약 주체가 시공자에서 발주자로 변경됨에 따라 예상되는 기술지도 부실을 방지하기 위해 기술지도 대가를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 대상 건설공사를 공사금액에 따라 4개 구간으로 단순화하고, 구간별 기술지도 담당자의 일 지도횟수와 기술지도 담당자의 최소 기술 등급을 제한하고 엔지니어링사업대가를 적용하여 기술지도 1회당 대가를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 제안 방법은 설문에서 도출된 현재 형성된 일반적인 대가와 K2B 분석 결과 등을 잘 반영하므로 기술지도 대가 가인드라인 수립에 적용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

More than 76% of occupational accidents occur in small and medium sized enterprises(SME) employing less than 50 workers, due to the lack of safety and health systems, and carelessness of workers and owners. Timely Technical Guidance(TTG) project of Korea Occupational Safety & Heath Agency(KOSHA) for SME was initiated to analyze and inform accident causes just after accidents occur. Improvement direction of TTG project is suggested through situation and performance analysis on TTG services conducted in 2012. KOSHA provided TTS services on 15,571 SMEs(suffering at least one accident in 2012), through which the working day losses from recurrence resulted in 19.0%p, 14.5%p and 31.3%p decreases in manufacturing, services and construction businesses, respectively.

Aviation turbulence, caused by atmospheric eddies, is a disruptive phenomenon that leads to abrupt aircraft movements during flight. To minimize the damages caused by such aviation turbulence, the Aviation Meteorological Office provides turbulence information through the Korea aviation Turbulence Guidance (KTG) and the Global-Korean aviation Turbulence Guidance (GKTG). In this study, we evaluated the performance of the KTG and GKTG models by comparing the in-situ EDR observation data and the generated aviation turbulence prediction data collected from the mid-level Korean Peninsula region from January 2019 to December 2021. Through objective validation, we confirmed the level of prediction performance and proposed improvement measures based on it. As a result of the improvements, the KTG model showed minimal difference in performance before and after the changes, while the GKTG model exhibited an increase of TSS after the improvements.

본 연구의 목적은 대학의 정규교과목으로 개설된 진로지도 수업의 교육적 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 효과 변인으로 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로성숙도를 측정하였다. 연구대상은 4년제 대학의 2학년 학생 33명으로, 15주차의 진로지도 교과목을 수강하였다. 연구방법은 동일집단 사전·사후 측정설계로, 진로지도 수강 전·후 차이검증을 위해 대응표본 t-test를 실행하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감은 교과목 수강 전보다 수강 후가 높게 나타나 그 차이가 통계적으로 매우 유의하였다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로성숙도에 대한 수강 전·후의 차이는 통계적으로 유의미한 향상이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 고등교육과정의 진로지도 수업이 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로성숙도 향상에 교육적 효과가 있음을 입증해 주었다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

The Purpose of this study was to examine the difference among peer orientation according to socio-demographic variables and mothers' rearing behavior of early adolescents and to analyze the effect of these variables influencing peer orientation. The subjects were 399 students-sixth grade and second grade in middle school students, living in Gwangju. The major findings were as follows : 1. Peer orientation of early adolescents showed partial differences according to the socio-demographic variables and mothers' rearing behavior. Peer advice seeking showed significant difference according to child's grade, reasoning guidance, affection and active-education of mother. And extreme peer orientation was difference in the child's grade, sex. family type, reasoning guidance and over-protection of mother. 2. The order in the effective power of variables on peer orientation of early adolescents was as following. Peer advice seeking was influenced by the child's grade and affection that were explained about 21%. And extreme peer orientation was influenced by reasoning guidance. over-Protection. the child's sex, and family type that were explained about 17%. In conclusion, Mothers' rearing behavior was influenced on peer orientations. Above all children's peer orientations are need for the improvement mothers' behavior reasoning guidance. affection.
