In present, as the various PV system have been installed and disseminated, research and development of photovoltaic(PV) system is the most important issues to establish usefulness of design, installation, supervision and maintenance of PV system with performance improvement. This paper presents evaluation and analysis method for estimating performance and losses of PV system and components using monitoring data.

In Japan, where ISO14001 certifications have passed the 10,000 mark, the need for environmental management has taken firm root among companies. However, in the small-and medium-enterprise sector, and among tiny businesses, there are firms not obtaining ISO certification due to their concern about human resources and increased work load. On the other hand, among businesses that have already succeeded in gaining ISO certification. one does not sense any growth with regard to the continual improvement. Voices from certain quarters indicate there is a lack of incentive to keep on improving. With this background, we herewith present a new system to evaluate the level of environmental management in a company by means of a 5-step system.

Normative theory suggests that control systems should be designed to complement management's objectives and strategies. However, few empirical studies have focused on how control systems have been modified to complement new manufacturing techniques, such as zero-defect strategy. The major purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the attributes of quality strategy and control system on performance. The previous studies have subdivided quality strategy into the ECL(economic conformance level) and ZD(zero-defect) strategy. To accomplish the purpose, this study empirically analysed the data based on the questionnaires from manufacturing department personnel of 67 Korean companies. The major results are as follows. The companies that had implemented the ZD strategy and its control system outperformed the companies that had implemented ECL strategy. Also, the ZD strategy differs from ECL strategy in control system, the criteria of performance evaluation and feedback frequence variable. There is no difference in quality performance monitoring and communication variable. From this results, although many companies have strived for continuous improvement of quality, it was restricted in improvement activities that dont's required much investment cost, quality performance monitoring and communication.

This study is the first step for the grasp of transfer path to the vibration generated from the automotive engine and consideration of counterplan for optimal design and low vibration, low noise of the exhaust system. In this study, by applying the theory of modal analysis and experiment, vibrational reduction effect is evaluated according to the attachment of flexible coupling to the exhaust system. And data for the design is suggested to improve the characteristics of vibration. The vibration isolation and damping characteristics are improved due to the attachment of flexible coupling to the exhaust system. As a result, it is identified that flexible coupling which has good flexibility is more effective for the improvement of vibrational characteristics. By the estimation of modeshape of vibration, the location of optimal damping hanger is determined in the viewpoint of vibration isolation. Also it is confirmed that the characteristics of vibration is improved due to the attachment of damping hanger.

ERA PD measuring system has been using for partial discharge evaluation of power appratus in test laboratories. So, the measurement uncertainty of PD measuring system (ERA), such as PD pulse calibrator rise and fall time, sacle factor(k) and linearity, transfer impedance etc, is very important factor of test result in test laboratory. In this paper, we describe tracebility and uncertainty improvement of PD measuring system in test laboratory based on IEC 60270.

This study considers the economic aspect of the distribution automation system, which is the decision-making criteria of the electric utilities for the investment. The feeder automation candidate region is divided into two types of the urban and the rural. The total investment cost of the feeder automation for each type is estimated. The annual cost, is also estimated, by finding the fixed charge rate. To compare the annual cost and the economic effect cost, for the investment decision-making, the costs are quantitatively estimated on the following effects : the manpower replacement, the outage cost saving, the main transformer utilization improvement, the feeder utilization improvement, and the line loss reduction.

Although more than 99% of all Korean companies are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which accounts for a large part of the national economy, they are having difficulties in securing information protection capabilities due to problems such as budget and manpower. On the other hand, as 97% of cyber incidents are concentrated in SMEs, it is urgent to strengthen the information protection management and response capabilities of SMEs. Although the government is promoting company-wide information security consulting for SMEs, the need for supplementing it's procedures and consulting items is being raised. Based on the results of information security consulting supported by the government in 2020, this study attempted to derive improvement plans by interviewing SME workers, information security consultants, and system operators. Through the research results, it is expected to create a basis for SMEs to autonomously check the information security management system and contribute to the reference of related policies.

An inspection-maintenance policy is investigated for a system having various states. A policy is characterized by the type of maintenance and the next inspection time. Maintenance actions are classified into various types according to the depth of maintenance. Policy evaluation criterion is the expected cost accumulated up to the failure of the system. The problem is formulated as a Markov decision process and an optimal policy is found by using a policy improvement procedure. A numerical example illustrates the policy for a system having five states.

본 연구는 2016년 문화영향평가 시행과정에서 나타난 다양한 이슈와 문제점을 분석하고 평가 단계별 개선점을 도출하는 것이다. 분석결과 문화영향평가제도를 시행함에 있어서 평가지표가 일반 사람들이 이해하기 어려운 점, 사전평가는 미비한 사업계획서와 판단할 수 있는 근거자료가 부족하다는 점, 다양한 방법론 보다는 설문조사를 중심으로 평가를 진행한 사례가 많다는 점, 평가척도와 가중치 적용의 문제점, 평가결과의 활용보다는 평가 그 자체에 다소 치중되어 있다는 점 등이 지적되었다. 이에 대한 개선방안으로는, 먼저 평가기획단계에서는 사업시행 전, 사업진행, 사업완료 시점에 따라 평가결과를 비교하여 결과를 도출하는 방식을 도입하고, 또한 평가대상 정책 사업의 담당자와 평가기관이 공동으로 평가지표를 개발하며, 시스템다이내믹스와 같은 인과적 추론을 위한 지표개발이 필요할 것으로 보았다. 평가추진단계에서는 주민참여 다각화, 풍부한 사례조사, 계량적 방법론의 적용 등 복합적 방법론을 도입하고, 기술과 지식이 풍부한 전문가 평가단을 좀 더 운영하고 활용할 필요가 있다는 것을 제안하였다. 평가활용단계에서는 인과관계를 파악할 수 있는 방법론을 활용함으로써 활용성을 제고시키면서, 평가결과를 기반으로 하여 철저하게 컨설팅을 제공할 필요가 있다는 점이다.

기록관리 기관평가는 실제 기록관리를 하는 현장의 상황조건과 실현 가능성을 반영해야 한다. 기관평가 제도와 지표는 기록관리를 잘 하기 위한 도구이지만 기관의 자원과 노력으로 수행이 어렵다면 현실성이 없다. 2016년 3월 국가기록원이 발표한 2017년 평가제도와 지표는 일선기관에서 1년동안 1명의 기록물관리전문요원이 수행하기 매우 어려울 것으로 예상된다. 전체직원 10% 이상 3회 교육, 전체학교 문서고 사진 제출, 모든 문서의 색인목록 제출, 전자문서 이관이 몇 년 동안 안되는 표준기록관리시스템의 활용도 높이기, 모든 기관의 비전자기록물 이관, 비공개기록물 재분류 실시 등 현장에서 실현하기 힘들고 실제 효과가 있을지 의문스러운 지표들로 구성되어 있다. 국가기록원이 운영하는 기록관리 평가제도와 2017년 지표의 근본적인 문제점을 인정하고, 수년간 일선현장의 경험을 반영하여 더 나은 기록관리를 위한 지혜를 모을 때다.
