This study aims to propose alternatives to improve the residential environmental of National Rental Housing for Elderly. To proceed the study, we draw elements of plan for apartment housing for Elderly through literature review, explore actual conditions of residential environment on National Rental Housing for Elderly in Ha-dong, Kim-Jae, do IPA analysis using survey data, and finally, propose prior alternatives for the improvement of National Rental Housing for Elderly based on IPA analysis results. In the results, a lot of the planning elements of apartment housing for Elderly was applied for this site. But living conditions of residents need to be improved based on the result that importance (3.55) is higher than performance (3.18). this study is critical in drawing the direction of plan and improvement alternative by surveying actual residents, and will be used as the source for the National Rental Housing for Elderly project.

Korean medical welfare facilities for the elderly provide the conveniences to care geriatric illness such as dementia and stroke. The medical welfare facility categorizes elderly care facilities, nursing homes, and geriatrics hospitals based on the Korean welfare of the aged act. The government makes an effort to secure feed rate and finances of medical welfare facilities. However, the qualitative improvement of facilities is inadequate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the conditions and problems of existing facilities using an environmental evaluation and to discuss the improvement direction related to the daycare centers for the elderly. The method of this study is literature review and field survey. Firstly, we analyzed the previous studies to develop the tool, evaluating the environment of day care centers for the old. Secondly, the items of environmental evaluation are deduced. Thirdly, we select the facilities to conduct field survey and analyze the results of field survey. Lastly, We discussed the problems and improvement directions through the results. It is judged that this study is an useful as the basic guideline to strengthen the minimum legal standards of day care center for the elderly due to the suggestion of insufficient environmental evaluation items.

In this study, the desirable direction of residential environment improvement was presented by comparing the areas in Korea and Japan that are difficult to develop due to regulations and low profitability. The study results showed that a new plan should be presented by autonomous governments to promote the participation of residents and make the most of the local characteristics, in addition to the existing comprehensive nationwide redevelopment. The project must be gradually progressed without haste, from the residents' point of view. The basic project outline and the method must be determined by considering the local characteristics in terms of city planning. In conclusion, it is necessary that the designation of the housing redevelopment district should be cancelled if the project cannot be progressed due to the constraints such as city planning and residents' opposition, and a legal basis should be stipulated so that different project methods, including maeul-mandeulgi, can be introduced.

The elementary school classroom is a space where children spend a long time during the day, during the six years of childhood, in which children are emotionally sensitive and emotionally important. Therefore, it is necessary to create a classroom that can develop emotions considering the developmental characteristics of children. However, the elementary school classroom in Korea has less change in the classroom envir- onment than in the rapidly changing curriculum, and classrooms and furniture considering emotional development are hard to find. Therefore, this study suggests the necessity of improvement for classroom furniture of elementary school, presents problem and consideration condition of present classroom furniture by analyzing the present condition of elementary school classroom in Korea and child development characteristic of school age, and proposes the improvement direction through analyzing domestic and foreign classroom furniture products. To do this, we checked the physical and developmental characteristics of children ages 8 to 13, confirmed the use of the classroom furniture in 10 schools located in Seoul, Gye- onggi and Incheon, analyzed the problems of these furniture, compared and analyzed the shape, material, and color of the products of 32 domestic companies teaching tools manufacturers focusing on desks, chairs, lockers, and teaching aid box that are commonly used in classrooms. Through this, this study provided basic data for the selection of ideal classroom furniture in the future.

국내 건설산업은 인력관리나 제도의 개선보다는 기술 개발을 통하여 생산성 향상을 할 필요가 있으며 국제건설 시장에서도 기술력 향상을 통하여 경쟁력을 키울 필요가 있다. 정부는 기술 수준의 향상을 위하여 건설신기술지정제도를 제정 $\cdot$ 운영하고 있으나 그 사용실적 또한 처음 기대했던 것만큼의 효과를 보지 못 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지정된 신기술의 대부분을 차지하고 있는 전문건설업체를 중심으로 건설신기술지정 현황을 파악한 후 타 관련 제도와의 비교, 문헌조사 및 설문조사를 동하여 신기술 지정제도의 개선전과 이를 통한 건설신기술 개발의 활성화를 위한 방향을 제시한다.

The performance requirements on the safety-based functionality of railway signal systems have been reinforced and the effort for enhancement of the existing system or development of the new system is being accordingly made. In particular, various technical researches on replacement or improvement of the existing ATS(Automatic Train Stop) signaling system are now in progress for better operational efficiency. In this study, the complementary points for improvement or replacement of the currently used system(i.e., ATS) will be derived in terms of operating efficiency in an integrated operating environment with the newly introduced system(e.g., ATC: Automatic Train Control). This study can contribute to derive the need for improvement of the signaling system by checking the interface problems and comparing between different systems through the analysis of real operation cases in the field. Eventually, this analysis can be applied to prevent and estimate the collision accidents can be caused by the failure of the signaling system in advance. In addition, the results can be used to provide a future direction to secure the reliability in the parallel operation by integration based on different railway signaling systems.

Purpose: In this paper, the improvement of the image quality is investigated. The image quality is degraded by the drift phenomenon of EO/IR (Electro-Optical/Infrared) device on UAV. The drift phenomenon means that the image of EO/IR equipment on UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) moves to the unintended direction. This phenomenon should be improved for successful flight mission. Methods: To improve the drift phenomenon, the drift compensation method, the combination algorithm of FMC(Forward Motion Compensation) and AMC(Angular Motion Compensation) method, are introduced to calculate pitch and azimuth angle. Result values of pitch and azimuth angle are used for the improvement of image quality in EO/IR control logic. Results: The image quality is quantitatively improved more than 15 times through field test data of flight. Conclusion: Using the drift compensation technique, the image quality for EO/IR equipment is improved over 15 times than existing methods. This means the user of UAV with EO/IR device can perform a successful mission by keeping the line of sight for the target accurately.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest the modified 'Korean Standard-Quality Excellence Index' model and analyze the improvement effect with survey data by comparing the properness between current and suggested model result. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using paired t-test and unbalanced ANOVA method for testing the consistency of two customer satisfaction evaluating categories and comparing the current model to suggested model for confirming the improvement of performance. Results: The statistical analysis result shows that adjusted model using prior information improves the consistency between two customer satisfaction in case of short life-cycle product. Also long life-cycle product case, the result shows difference gap decreasing with same direction. Conclusion: Considering statistical model for QEI reflecting the characteristic of product group such as life cycle seems to be meaningful. Since index may be compared yearly base for checking the trend, careful approaching without big change should be considered for application.

Recently, food delivery apps are seeing rapid growth into a market worth 1 trillion won under a simple but unique business model of connecting nearby restaurants with consumers via smartphone. Though basic similarities with social commerce exists in aspects such as mail-order sales intermediaries, startups, types of services and market competition structure, food delivery apps resemble social commerce in many ways in that they use excessive marketing to secure market dominance, causing a spike in consumer complaints. If the excessive marketing and increase in customer complaints are not rectified, the food delivery app could also see rapid decline as it gradually grows distant from consumers, just like social commerce. Accordingly, this study will identify the factors consumers recognize as important for continuous use vis-a-vis social commerce and food delivery apps to perform an empirical analysis on what areas need improvement. After deriving the four upper factors of product, information system and service along with eight sub-factors by referring to existing literature, the areas with opportunity for improvement were derived through satisfaction level and relative importance evaluation. The results of this study present a strategic direction for maintaining customers of social commerce and food delivery apps.

우리나라의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장은 1996년에 처음으로 쇼핑몰이 오픈된 이후 지난 10년 동안 1,000배에 가까운 고속성장을 이룩하였다. 본 논문의 목적은 우리나라 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 지난 10년간에 걸친 진전과정에 주목하면서 각 진전과정에서 나타나는 특징과 문제점들을 중점적으로 고찰하는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장이 향후 지속적으로 성장 발전하기 위해서는 몇 가지 문제점들에 대한 개선방안이 시급히 마련되어야만 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장의 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로서 인터넷 쇼핑몰 경쟁사들의 협력, 고객에 대한 신뢰성 확보, 수익성 실현을 위한 틈새전략의 추진 등을 제시하였다.
