Statistical research of PIFF on the direction of improvement on audience trend and survey on satisfaction

  • It has been 12 years since PIFF is first started. PIFF is first started in 1966 to provide opportunity for audiences who love movies could actively participate in visual culture and opportunity for Korean movies could stand out in the world by showing internationally recognizable movies. To make energetic film culture in Korea, there should be thoughtful analysis on old PIFF and effort to solve the problem. For this reason, we researched on audience trend and satisfaction level who participated in 12th PIFF to find out hidden problem of PIFF, and provide a good direction which could solve the given problem.

DAB수신을 위한 이동체용 위성 안테나 트랙킹 시스템의 성능 개선 (An Improvement of Performance in a Satellite Antenna Tracking Control System for Mobile DAB Reception)

  • This paper presents the development of a satellite antenna tracking control system using a plane antenna for mobile DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) reception. To track more rapidly in the antenna of this system, this simple tracking system only tracks a direction of azimuth using pendulum in the direction of elevation. This system should track using the AGC(Automatic Gain Control) of the signal level which can receive DAB in spite of the changing of point and movement of the mobile. The directional gyro sensor is attached to solve the delay time in the Proposed tracking algorithm. The effectiveness of both the stabilization and tracking algorithm is demonstrated through experiment measuring AGC signal level. The implemented satellite antenna tracking control system is shown to be excellent for mobile DAB reception.

STATISTICAL VALIDATION OF SYMMETRY IN ESTIMATION OF GROUNDWATER CONTAMINANT CONCENTRATIONS

  • Spatial distribution of groundwater contaminant concentration has special characteristics such as approximate symmetric profile, for example, in the transversal direction to groundwater flow direction, a certain ratio in directional propagation distances, etc. To obtain a geophysically appropriate semivariogram which is a key factor in estimation of groundwater contaminant concentration at desired locations, these special characteristics should be considered. In this paper, a method for finding appropriate symmetric axes is introduced. Statistical analyses for the choices of symmetric axes and mathematical models for semivariograrns are performed. After implementing symmetry, the corresponding semivariograrns, kriging variances, and final estimated results show significant improvement compared with those obtained by conventional approaches which usually do not account for symmetry.

  • This research analyzed about inconsistence and cause of the audit result on national defense quality management system in certification company. Direction of research analyzes corelation with distribution by items at national defense quality management system standard by Investigated number and occurrence of examination report slight and critical incongruity on 2008 and 2009. Study finding slight and critical incongruity happened to first examination average 10.2 items, renewal examination average 7.0 items. By incongruity occurrence appeared high in item that there are a lot of examination item shares of standard requirement, it was studied by correlative thing between the examination with standard. Factor of incongruity occurrence was proved to comprehension insufficiency for quality management system, quality procedure insufficiency, didn't fulfil proceedings, business was unripe. In this papers, we contribute to propose direction for improvement of national defense quality management system comprehensive faculty elevation and national defense quality certification in this treatise.

남북한 수산제도의 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Fisheries System between South Korea and North Korea)

  • For establishment of post-Unification fisheries program, this research has opened a fisheries Act system for South and North Korea and searched a policy direction to make new Fisheries Act for future South and North Korean fisheries program. In addition, North Korea's present fishery industry must be accurately understood and acknowledge in its point of issues in order to develop and improve to rational direction and to overcome the present South and North's fishery industry. As a level to prepare for future unification, reform and reaction of long-termed and well organized South and North's fisheries program must be arranged. Consequently, fishing permits of South and North, licensing system, fisheries resource management system, fisheries adjustment system, foreign fishing regulations system will be compared in this research, and also find an improvement on North Korea's fisheries related act in preparation of future unification.

실내건축 관련 자격검정의 개선방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement direction of Interior Architecture connection Qualification)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of the existing interior architecture connection qualification and propose the desirable direction of development. To do this, this study suggested basic materials for the connection between the qualification for interior architecture and practical business, and for an efficient qualification. For methods, first, this study analyzed the flow and the ratio of successful applicants of the qualification of interior architecture in order to consider problems. Secondly, this study grasped the composition of examination. Thirdly, this study examined the changes of the questions in standards. Fourth, this study investigated overseas examples. In addition, this study conducted a questionnaire for professionals engaging in practical business in order to contribute for establishing the desirable frame of qualification of interior architecture through the analysis and comparison of the results.

  • 선 배열을 이용한 빔 형성시 특정 지향 방향을 기준으로 반대 방향에 동일한 이득을 갖게 되어 수신단에서는 좌/우측 방위구분에 있어 모호성을 갖는다 이에 본 논문에서는 선 배열에 카디오이드 빔을 적용하여 좌/우측 방위 구분의 모호성을 해결하고, 아울러 어레이 합성 처리 기법을 사용하여 음원에 대한 공간적 데이터 수를 증가시키고 음원으로부터 얻은 정보를 코히어런트 합성 처리함으로써 배열 센서가 갖는 공간적인 분해능의 한계를 극복하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과에서는 좌/우측 방위 구분에 대한 성능을 어레이 합성 횟수에 따라 나타내었다.

  • Korean government is carrying out educational training program for the competencies of the construction engineers. However, this training program is insufficient to take advantage of the practice. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the satisfaction and problems of educational programs at training graduates. And we have suggested the improvement directions of educational program. The results of this study, satisfaction of training programs for construction engineers generally was investigated highly. However, this has been underestimated in terms of capacity-building abroad. And there are operational problems including lack of educational programs using in construction site, lack of training program courses in few work sector and lack of graded training program. Therefore, we have proposed the development direction of training program for construction engineers to solve this problem.

하이브리드 사이클론 제트 연소기의 연소특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Combustion Characteristics of a Hybrid Cyclone Jet Combustor)

  • A promising new approach to achieve low pollutants emission and improvement of flame stabilities is tested experimentally using a hybrid cyclone jet combustor employing both premixed and diffusion combustion mode, Three kind of nozzles are used for LNG(Liquified Natural Gas) as a fuel. The combustor is operated by two method, One is ATI(Air Tangential Injection) mode, generated swirl flow by air as general swirl combustor, and the other is PTI(Premixed gas Tangential Injection) mode, The PTI mode consists of diffusion flame of axial direction and premixed cyclone flame of tangential direction in order to stabilized the diffusion flame. The results showed that the stable region of the PTI mode is more larger than the ATI mode. In addition, the reduction of NOx emission in PTI mode, as compared with that for the ATI mode is at least 50% in stable region. Also, even using the low calorific fuel as $CO_2$-blended gas, the cyclone jet combustor has high performance of flame stability.

변위환기를 이용한 대형 용접작업장의 공기환경 개선에 관한 연구 (Improvement of Indoor Air Environment in a Large Welding Factory by Displacement Ventilation)

  • In this paper, the indoor air environment in a large welding factory applied to displacement ventilation was investigated with experiment and numerical analysis for previous and new ventilation system. Concentration of fumes was analyzed for three cases with wind direction of outdoor. For experimental results, the dust concentration with new ventilation system decreased about 42-60% and the visibility increased about 11-18%. For numerical analysis, the exhaust efficiency of fumes was low when the wind and exhaust flow direction was inverse. It was found that the fumes in the factory decreased about 77% in case of the northern wind.
