In terms of both quality of rural lifestyle and cultural awareness, the importance of community facility is being emphasized. Nevertheless, by occasion of graying, population outflow and revenue loss, rural society faces the erosion of community. For these reasons, government is promotion an community space construction project on rural areas which is lack of community facilities. Whereas the projects are just one off thing not include upkeeping, so lots of functional overlapping community facilities are formed in same place. In this study has classified rural community facility remodeling element and designed rural community facility evaluation system of each elements. In order to implement of purpose, it has categorized community remodeling index in rural area by literature analysis and site survey. For setting remodeling rating system, this study analysed preceding research data and conducted a Delphi survey of 30 experts. As a result, this study deducted 29 categories of community remodeling index and 21 categorizes of remodeling rating clause. Taking this result, this study progressed case study on seonheul-ri in Jeju. Implications, limitations and future research directions are presented. It would be groundwork for remodeling system development in rural community facility.

본 연구에서는 각종 합성 강상자형 도로교에 대한 체계신뢰성 및 이에 기초한 내하력평가를 위하여 실용적이고 합리적인 신뢰성 모형과 해석방법을 개발하고자 한다. 합성 강상자형교의 신뢰성해석을 위해서는 휨강도 뿐만 아니라 휨, 전단 그리고 비틀림을 동시에 고려한 강도식에 기초하여 한계상태함수를 모형화 하였으며, 체계신뢰성 문제는 각 거더의 주요 파손기구에 기초한 FMA(Failure Mode Approach)방법을 사용하여 직 병렬 조합체계로서 정식화 하고 수치해석기법인 중요도표본추출기법(Importance Sampling Technique ; IST)을 사용하여 해석하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 추정된 체계신뢰성지수를 일반적인 제 1계 2차모멘트(First Order Second Moment ; FOSM)방법의 형태로 표현하여 유도한 등가의 시스템 내하력으로서 합성 강상자형교의 내하력을 평가하는 실질적이고 합리적인 방법을 제안하였다. 기설 교량에 대한 내하력 및 안전도평가 결과 전체시스템으로서의 보유안전도와 내하력은 교량의 부정정성이 높아질수록 개별 요소의 경우에 비해서 그 차이가 크게 됨을 알 수 있었으며, 제안된 체계신뢰성에 기초한 내하력평가 방법은 기설 합성 강상자형교의 실질적인 내하력평가 방법을 위하여 합리적으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This study is concerned with the importance of TQM factors, and their characteristics on quality management. Key aspects of management commitment and ploicy, quality department and communication, equipment and material management, training, and employee relations etc. in TQM measurement, their theoretical background and employee perception about their importance intensively are investigated. In the importance of TQM, quality department and communication, quality and reporting, and rpoduction process management appeared to have a low rating while management commitment and quality policy, internal customer and supplier have a comparatively high value. And some perception for these factor showed difference between production and non-production department; internal customer and supplier, production process management, and employee relation.

Due to the virtual nature of online businesses, online apparel stores need to enhance the consumer experience by utilizing store design attributes to provide their customers relevant and sufficient information. Since online apparel stores mainly communicate with their customers virtually and digitally, it is important to understand how consumers perceive and react to different design attributes commonly found on apparel stores' online websites. The purpose of this paper is to examine the importance of design attributes commonly found on online apparel stores' websites using three different importance measurements. The design attributes examined in this study include enlarged pictures, product detail pictures, product reviews by other buyers, coordinating items, and size measurement charts. The three different measurements used in this study include two direct measures and one indirect measure using conjoint analysis. Across the three different measures, both the men and women indicated that enlarged pictures represent the most important design attribute when they purchase clothes online followed by size measurement charts and they considered the availability of coordinating items the least important design attribute.

The inspection of bridge condition is of extreme importance. Current inspection codes for bridge inspection are vague and uncertain. So, the results are highly subjective and different from person to person and even day to day for a given person. To circumvent possible inconsistencies in inspection and rating of bridge components, the revised inspection guidelines have been proposed.

한국인의 사회복지학에 대한 인식은 어떠한가? 본 연구는 총 3,319명의 설문 참여자가 제공한 응답자료에 기초해서, 심리학, 문헌정보학, 경제학, 사회학, 정치외교학, 신문방송학과 같은 사회과학분야 학문들 그리고 생물학, 의학, 물리학과 같은 자연과학분야 학문들과의 비교 차원에서 한국인의 사회복지학에 대한 인식을 비교 분석하였다. 각 학문에 대한 개인적 흥미도, 사회적 공헌도, 유망도, 학문적 중요도, 전문성, 개인적 지식정도 측면에서의 인식을 8-점 Likert 척도로 평정, 비교하였다. 또한 사회복지학에 초점을 두고 성별 요인과 고등학생, 대학생과 대학원생, 일반 시민과 같은 지위 요인에 따라서 사회복지학에 대한 인식이 어떻게 다른지를 분석해 보았다. 아울러 대학생 및 대학원생만을 대상으로 현재 전공하고 있는 학문적 배경 요인에 따라서 사회복지학에 대한 인식이 어떻게 다른지를 분석해 보았다. 연구결과를 보면, 사회복지학에 대해서 공헌도, 유망도, 중요도, 개인 지식은 상대적으로 더 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났고, 개인적인 흥미도와 전문성은 상대적으로 더 낮게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지학에 대한 흥미도, 공헌도, 유망도, 중요도, 전문성, 개인지식의 벡터(vector)는 나이를 통제했을 때 성별 요인과 지위 요인에 의해서 차이를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생 및 대학원생의 경우, 학문적 배경 요인에 따라서 사회복지학에 대한 인식이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 객관적으로 비춰지는 학문의 모습과 관련된 이러한 결과는 한국 사회복지학이 오랜 기간 고민해 온 학문의 전문성 심화 과제 등을 정확하게 반영하고 있다. 본 논문은 한국 사회복지학의 발전과 관련해서 이러한 결과가 시사하는 바를 논의한다.

This study examined Public Evaluation for functions of urban open space environment using a marketing strategy called Importance-Performance analysis. 12 main function attributes for urban open space environment were selected 150 respondents were sampled in Taejon city by personal interview. Ratings used mean values from a seven-point scale. Results were then graphically displayed on an easily interpreted two-dimensional 'Action Grid'. Generally Importance Ratings were high, but Performance Ratings were low relatively for various open space environment functions. In air pollution control function the difference was the most large. The results of rating scale analysis indicated repondents' sexual and residence period difference.

Entering in the time of high oil price, seriousness of an energy effect sector has given a huge impact and the importance of energy is growing. Especially, building energy occupying 24% of total demand of energy is expected to be possible to reduce energy demand more than other section. To reduce the building energy consumption, this study analyzes function and thermal performance of Super window by heat experimental apparatus. Super window is a 2-track low-e glazing window for high insulation efficiency. By applying the results of this experiment to building energy efficience rating tool, this study compares energy efficiency rates depending on a region.-Jeju, South, Central. And it shows how much does Super window reduce Building energy consumption.

According to the Korean government policy of expanding HACCP system application to food chain from farm to meat market, the importance of HACCP assessment to keep balance among the certified HACCP plants is urged. The objective of this study is to recommend more effective HACCP assessment methods. We reviewed major foreign countries HACCP implementation policy focused on the audit system, and compared with the Korean HACCP assessment system. We found that the checklist guidelines of prerequisite program were not enough for precise evaluation and many of the items were not directly related to the risk occurrences. And current rating grade for each items and judgments were inadequate to induce non-compliances and corrections for better HACCP implementation. We suggest revision points as follows; (1) checklists should be revised and reorganized according to the possibility of risk occurrences, (2) all the items should be supported by detailed guidelines for more objective inspection, (3) non-compliances identified must be reconfirmed after correction, (4) the items for HACCP plan should be divided into an accreditation inspection and a regular inspection, (5) rating grade 'high', 'medium', 'low', 'failure' was better for indicating non-compliances.

This paper develops practical and realistic reliability models and methods for the evalusion of system reliability and system reliability-based rating of R.C box-girder bridge superstructures. The precise prediction of reserved carrying capacity of bridge as a system is extremely difficult expecially when the bridges are highly redundant and significantly deteriorated or damaged. This paper proposes a new approach for the evaluation of reserved system carrying capacity of bridges in terms of equivalent system-strength, which may be defined as a bridge system-strength corresponding to the system reliability of the bridge. This can be derived from an inverse process based on the concept of FOSM form of system reliability index. The strength limit state models for R.C box-girder bridges suggested in the paper are based on the basic bending and shear strength. and the system reliability problem of box-girder superstructure is formulated as parallel-series models obtained from the FMA(Failure Mode Approach) based on major failure mechanism or critical failure states of each girder. AFOSM and IST(Importance Sampling Technique) simulation algorithm is used for the reliability analysis of the proposed models.
