이 연구는 중앙교육연수원에서 진로진학상담교사를 대상으로 하는 진로교육 직무연수의 현업적용도를 확인하기 위해서 수행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연수 이수 3개월 후 시점에서 이수자의 현업적용도 사전-사후 설문조사, 성공사례기법(SCM), 기대회수효과(ROE)를 알아보았다. 이 연구는 2018년 7월 중앙교육연수원의 직무연수를 이수한 진로진학상담교사 136명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 현업적용도 조사 연구와 연수에 대한 질적 분석으로 수행되었다. 연수 이수자 136명 중 현업적용도 조사에 응답한 인원은 75명, 성공사례기법에 참여한 인원은 4명이다. 중앙교육연수원에서 2018년에 추진한 진로진학상담교사 대상의 직무연수 현업적용도의 평균값은 5점 만점에 4.17점으로 비교적 높은 점수로 확인되었다. 성공사례기법은 성공 사례자와 실패 사례자를 인터뷰하여 분석하였다. 직무 적용에 따른 행동 변화는 기획자 역할이 가장 컸고 교수자 역할, 진로교육자 역할, 학습자 역할 순이었다. 또한, 사례 분석은 면담자들이 현업적용에 대한 동기, 역량, 환경적 측면에서 의견을 제시하였다. 그리고 기대회수효과 측면에서 긍정적 평가가 85.3%로 매우 높았고, 순 추천 고객지수가 .85로서 참가자들은 다시 연수 참여 의지를 보일 정도로 만족도가 높았다. 이 연구 결과를 기초하여 추후 연구를 제언하면, 새로운 연수 방법과 추가적인 요인분석에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

In recent years, object-orientation is rising to notice as a new paradigm for developing software. This paper suggests the diagramming technique and a tool for developing C++ program effectively. This technique can represent the modularity and the interactions of classes definitely by emphasizing the characteristics of classes of C++. It can do the direct mapping from the logical idea to the physical screen image, so programmers can reuse the design resources in design phase as well as transforming the resources into chode in the implementation phase.

In spite of many advantages of OFDM, a major drawback for implementation is a non-linear distortion in the HPA due to a high PAPR problem. In this paper, the Complementary Clipping Transform technique (CCT) for the PAPR reduction of OFDM system is analyzed for the QPSK and QAM mapping data. BER performance and PSD in front of HPA and after HPA are analytically demonstrated.

This paper is planned to use randomized response technique which is an indirect response technique on internet as a way of obtaining much more precise information, not revealing secrets of responsors, considering that respondents are generally reluctant to answer in a survey to get sensitive information targeting employees, customers, etc.

The purpose of this paper is to develope efficient techniques for implementing the dual simplex method. In this paper we proposed one artificial row technique to get an initial dual feasible basic solution, a dual steepest-edge method coupled with a dropping row selection rule, and an anti-degeneracy technique which resembles the EXPAND procedure for the primal simplex method. The efficiency of the above techniques is shown by experiments. Finally, the dual simplex method is shown to be superior to the primal simplex method when it is used in the integer programming.

In this paper, an algorithm to update a codebook using a neural network in consecutive images, is proposed. With the Kohonen's self-organizing feature map, we adopt the iterative technique to update a centroid of each cluster instead of the unsupervised learning technique. Because the performance of this neural model is comparable to that of the LBG algorithm, it is possible to update the codebooks of consecutive frames sequentially in TV and to realize the hardwadre on the real-time implementation basis.

We report that broadcast messages in Mobile WiMAX networks should be synchronized throughout all the base stations to gain the benefit of beamforming technique. A simple synchronization implementation of broadcast messages in Mobile WiMAX networks is presented. Using this technique, the interference between broadcast messages and beamformed messages can be reduced.

This paper introduced an advanced PWM method to drive a variable speed AC motor. With this technique, a switching pattern is determined to minimize the error between a reference signal and feedback signal. In addition to its simplicity of implementation, the proposed technique has the advantage of control led constant voltage per frequency operation.

In this paper, a possibility of building various types of RF passive components using the silicon micromachining technique has been examined with special emphasis on the wireless and mobile communication applications. Silicon micromachining technique is compatible with conventional silicon IC process and could provide a possibility of integrating base-band signal processing units and RF passive and active circuit components all in one silicon wafer rendering implementation of system-on-chip paradigm for future mobile and wireless communication systems.
