  • The real-time reception and recording of down-link mission data from a satellite requires the highest reliability because the data lost in receiving process cannot be recovered. The data receiving and recording system has moved from a set of dedicated hardware and software components to commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components in order to reduce the system cost as well as to upgrade the system easily for handling other satellite data. The use of COTS hardware and middleware components prevents the system developer from correcting or modifying the internal operations of the COTS components, and hence, instant performance degradation of the COTS components which affects the reliable data acquisition must be covered by a software algorithm. This paper introduces the instant performance problem of a COTS data recording device which leads to the data loss in the real-time data reception and recording process. As a result, the requirement of the modification of the conventional data read/write technique is issued. In order to overcome the data loss problem due to the use of COTS components and the conventional software technique, a new algorithm called a software buffering technique is proposed. The experiments show that the application of the proposed technique results in reliable real-time reception and recording of high speed serial data.

  • Many system devices for fluoroscopic and general X-ray studies in diagnostic radiographic system have been being changed from analog mode to digital mode. In addition, among diagnostic imaging and radiologic examinations, fluoroscopic studies that requires functional diagnosis is being widely used. The video recording method of fluoroscopic studies has been useful in functional image diagnosis and dynamic image observation, but the utility of its image quality is being reduced because of limitation in setting play segments of the video player, inconvenience of play, difficulties in preserving reproduced images, the change of image quality, etc. In order to complement these shortages, it is necessary to facilitate access to patient diagnosis information such as storing, editing and sharing functional diagnosis images in response to the trend of the digitalization of digital radiographic & fluoroscopic system(DRF). Thus this study designed and implemented a device of storing functional dynamic images real time using a computer rather than existing video recording, aiming at contribution to functional image diagnosis.

  • An unattended recording system based on smartphone based image image tracking is rapidly developing. Among the existing products, a system that automatically tracks and rotates the object to be photographed using an infrared signal is very expensive for general users. Therefore, this paper proposes a mobile unattended recording system that enables automatic recording by anyone who uses a smartphone. The system consists of a commercial mobile camera, a servomotor that moves the camera from side to side, a microcontroller to control the motor, and a commercial wireless Bluetooth Earset for video audio input. In this paper, we designed a system that enables unattended recording through image tracking using smartphone.

  • This paper is Intersection image recording system for transmitting to the central center after integrating the intersection image and signal split image into one image information. The system was configured to collect the intersection image and the signal split image and transmitted to the central center after integrating images into one image and recorded. The system is expected to be effective in preventing a secondary accident by immediately propagate the accident information and reduce the time it takes to dispute and determine the cause of the accident.

  • This paper describes the development of low cost, miniaturized multi-function image splitter for an unmanned guard system. The essential equipments of an image splitter system consist of a video system which displays in one screen images inputted by several cameras, a frame switcher which records each image sequentially in VTR, and TBC(Time Base Control) system which prevents image flickering during image switching. Currently, the price of similar system on the market is high, system management and repair are difficult, and bulky space is required. Futhermore, since currently available frame switcher can record only 30frame/sec, if eight cameras are installed, each camera image is recorded at the low speed of 3.75frame/sec, and consequently skip some images which may be vital for legal evidence. In this research, we have solved the problem of low speed recording by recording the video screen of splitted images at 30frame/sec and zooming each image when play back.

  • In this paper, we implemented holographic optical memory systm which can store and reconstruct many images using new input and angular multiplexing method. In the new input method, phase infomation of input image is inputed in the recording material instead of brightness information. To do so, we represented the images, which captured with CCD camera or displayed on the computer monitor, on the liquid crystal television(LCTV) which removed polarizer/analyzer. Therefore, we can generate uniform input beam intensity regardless of the total brightness of input image, and apply the scheduled recording method. Also we can increase the intensity of input beam so reduce the recording time of input image. And reconstructedimage is acquired by transforming phase information into brightness information of image with analyzer. The incident angle of reference beam is acquired by Fourier transform of the binary phase hologram(BPH) which designed with SA algorithm on the LCTV. The proposed optical memory system is stable because the incident angle of the reference beam is controlled easy and electronically. We demonstreated optical experiment which store and reconstruct various type images in BaTiO$_{3}$ using proposed holographic memory system.

  • Recently, a self-camera that generates and distributes a large amount of moving images has been rapidly increasing due to the appearance of SNS such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tweet using mobile. In particular, the amount of SNS connections using mobile phones is significantly increasing in terms of usage, number of connections, and usage time. However, the use of a self-recording system using a smartphone by itself is extremely limited not only in terms of usage but also in frequency of use. In addition, the conventional unattended recording system is a very expensive system that automatically records and tracks an object to be photographed using an infrared signal. Therefore, this paper developed a low cost unmanned recording system using mobile phone. The system consists of a commercial mobile camera, a servomotor for moving the camera from side to side, a microcontroller for controlling the motor, and a commercial wireless Bluetooth earset for video audio input. And it is an unmanned automation system using mobile, and anyone can record image by self image tracking.

  • This paper proposes algorithm for the system that can search for an image of a frame unit, and we implement it. A system already inserts in images after generating the cord that mechanical decoding and identification are possible. We are independent of an external noise in a frame unit, and a system to propose at these papers can search for an image recorded by search condition to include recording date, recording time, a recording place or filming course etc. This system is composed by image insertion wealth to insert data to an image to data image code generation wealth, a frame generating data image code you apply a code generation rule to be fixed in order to express to a price to have continued like data entry wealth, GPS locator values and direction price receiving an image signal, image decoding signals and an image search signal to include search condition, and to have continuity from users each of an image. Also, image decoding we decipher about the noise that was already added from the outsides in a telerecording process, a copy process or storage processes inserted in images by real time, and searching image information by search condition. Consequently we implement decoder, and provide the early system that you use, and we easily insert data code among images. and we can search. and maximization can get precision regarding an image search and use satisfaction as we use algorithm to propose at these papers.

  • This paper develops an automatic go recording system based on image processing. We use Random Sample Consensus to detect the circular shape of stone and propose a set of methods to improve the computational overhead of RANSAC. The proposed scheme is not affected by the changes of stone location, illumination, and camera distance, which is different from existing methods. We implemented the proposed scheme into a working system and confirmed that the recording is feasible and the problems have been improved.
