A symmetric union is a diagram of a knot, obtained from diagrams of a knot in the 3-space and its mirror image, which are symmetric with respect to an axis in the 2-plane, by connecting them with 2-tangles with twists along the axis and 2-tangles with no twists. This paper presents an invariant of knots with symmetric union presentations, which is called the minimal twisting number, and the minimal twisting number of $10_{42}$ is shown to be two. This paper also presents a sufficient condition for non-amphicheirality of a knot with a certain symmetric union presentation.

Spinal extradural arachnoid cysts usually cause symptoms related to spinal cord or nerve root compression. Here, we report an atypical presentation of a spinal extradural arachnoid cyst combined with congenital hemivertebra which was presented as a retroperitoneal mass that exerted mass effects to the abdominal organs. On image studies, the communication between the cystic pedicle and the spinal arachnoid space was indistinct. Based on our experience and the literature of the pathogenesis, we planned anterior approach for removal of the arachnoid cyst in order to focus on mass removal rather than ligation of the fistulous channel. In our estimation this was feasible considering radiologic findings and also essential for the symptom relief. The cyst was totally removed with the clogged 'thecal sac-side' end of the cystic pedicle. The patient was free of abdominal discomfort by one month after the surgery.

As we know, Incoterms are reflecting only the greatest common measure of practice in int'l trade. Therefore we can think them as the commercial practice most widely used in trade. They contain a number of detail under converse mirror image terms because they connect each other like a thread as to all oversea's commercial transactions between importing buyers and exporting sellers. Therefore they afford convenience to exporters and importers in the world because they tell the parties what to do as to transfer of risk and costs, responsibilities in connection with delivery of the goods. Nonetheless, since Incoterms 1936, they have been periodically revising in order to represent contemporary commercial practice. Therefore, according to change of Int'l trade environment, ICC plans to modify to the 2000 Incoterms. I hope to contribute to revising works by reference of above mentioned revision, that to say, aspects of provision, reflection of prevailing most commonly used, promotion of status as uniform rules, provision of convenience of int'l buyers and sellers. harmony with existing int'l instruments, presentation of criteria in variation of Incoterms.

Traumatic intracranial aneurysm rarely occurs after a head injury. The authors report a case of a 51-year-old man in whom subarachnoid hemorrhage was developed as a result of delayed traumatic aneurysmal rupture of the distal portion of the middle cerebral artery following a minor, closed-head injury. The unruptured aneurysm had been evident on the magnetic resonance image taken two days prior to onset of the subarachnoid hemorrhage. The clinical presentation and possible underlying mechanism are discussed with a review of pertinent literature.

The data models which express all types of video information physically and logically. and the definition of spatiotemporal relationship of video data objects In This paper, we classifies meta-model for efficient management on spatiotemporal relationship between two objects in video image data, suggests meta-models based on Rambaugh's OMT technique, and expanded user model to apply the adaptive model, established from hyper-media or web agent to VOD. The proposed meta-model uses data's special physical feature: the effects of camera's and editing effects of shot, and 17 spatial relations on Allen's 13 temporal relations, topology and direction to include logical presentation of spatiotemporal relation for possible spatiotemporal reference and having unspecified applied mediocrity.

Multiple myeloma, a multicentric hematological malignancy, is the most common primary tumor of the spine. As epidural myeloma causing spinal cord compression is a rare condition, its therapeutic approach and clinical results have been reported to be diverse, and no clear guidelines for therapeutic decision have been established. Three patients presented with progressive paraplegia and sensory disturbance. Image and serological studies revealed multiple myeloma and spinal cord compression caused by epidural myeloma. Emergency radiotherapy and steroid therapy were performed in all three cases. However, their clinical courses and results were distinctly different. Following review of our cases and the related literature, we suggest a systematic therapeutic approach for these patients to achieve better clinical results.

After a short description of the observatory, this presentation will highlight some of the most recent scientific achievements based on CFHT observations and how they benefit from the current instrumentation and novel observing modes proposed to the CFHT users. We will then move to the mid-term future with the development of new spectroscopic capabilities (visible wide-field FTS or near-IR spectro-polarimetry) and the study of a novel wide-field imager in the visible using Ground-Layer AO to provide unprecedented image quality on a large field of view. As an option for the long-term future, the concept of a next generation 10-m class telescope to replace the current CFHT 3.6-m will be described. An emphasis will be given on how CFHT is slowly morphing into an Asia-Pacific Rim observatory and on the role the Korean community could play in such an endeavor, from immediate access to first-class astronomical data to partnering with other nations in exciting developments.

A case of hemifacial hyperplasia that presented with muscular, skeletal, and dental hyperplasia along with lipomatous infiltration was described. Advanced imaging was useful in identifying the lipomatous infiltration present in the lesion, which raises the possibility of lipomatosis having a diverse presentation in hemifacial hyperplasia. As there was a scarcity of related literature in the field of dentomaxillofacial radiology, this report would make us familiar with its computed tomographic and magnetic resonance image findings.

To propose the construction of architectural interior design and communication using graphic, web3D, it was studied the kind and character of various representation methods that can be embodied in an architectural interior design on the web, and looks into whether these ways can be adapted to an architectural interior design process. Especially, the use of the current techniques on graphic and CAD data give the most suitable effect by using the integrated data such as vector animation, an interaction of object VR(Virtual Reality), a high quality of panorama VR, and data treatment and its interaction of drawing of cad data. As a result, the single data format shows not only one image representation but also a stream of continuous operation through a change into another format. But this desired study expects that another next studies will go on interaction and integration of digital format with increase of transmission speed expected in the future, and a digital model and its practical methods.

U&V-City is the four-dimensional future city that actualizes an intelligent daily ubiquitous computing service by embodying 3D-Virtual City, the reproduction of real world U-City while using Digital map, satellite image, VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language), which are presentation tool to describe city components and by efficiently catch and cope about nature and human disasters while employing EAI(External Authoring Interface) that provides HTML&JAVA, and interface for efficient removal/process of massive information/service and also by employing GPS/LBS/Navigation in support of the world-wide orientation concept, and RTLS(Real Time Location System).
