The purpose of this paper is to clarify the aesthetic characteristics of splatter films' make-up. Splatter films are one of horror movies that consist of gore and excessive violence. These represent the cruelty with the victims' physical damages made by special effect make-up. Splatter make-up is classified into the trickle of blood, the cutting of body, and the exposure of the inner parts of body, and changes a fake into a fact with reality. The aesthetic characteristics of splatter make-up were shown in the uncanny, the abjection and the irony. The uncanny which is strange and displeasure feeling is presented by the fragmentation of body, and the living of nonliving thing. The abjection means humble image, and the concept of border or ambiguity. The former is expressed by the matters of body's secretion and excretion. The latter is shown by the use of blood(the life and death) and corpses(the human and inhuman), and animatronics(the human and instruments). The irony which is a sense of humor caused by conflict between external appearance and reality. This is represented by comics induced by discord between excessive violence and make-up tricks, and the brutality and the weakness.

디지털애니메이션은 기본적으로 애니메이션 장르만이 갖는 캐릭터성과 그리고 실사적 영상의 재현구조를 가능하게 하는 기술적 특징을 동시에 가지고 있다. 하지만 그럼에도 불구하고 아직까지 디지털애니메이션으로 제작되어진 극사실주의적 작품들은 관객에게 낯선 존재로 인식되어지고 있다. 최첨단 기술과 인력 그리고 자본으로 탄생된 극사실주의 할리우드 디지털애니메이션에 대한 관객들의 이러한 차가운 반응은 바로 기술적 문제에서라기보다는 미학적 측면에서의 접근법에 그 문제가 존재해 있기 때문이다, 그러므로 본 연구는 디지털애니메이션의 장치적 특성을 기존의 실사영화와의 비교를 통해 기술과 미학에 대한 새로운 접근방법을 제시하고 또한 새로운 리얼리즘으로서 디지털애니메이션의 고유성을 찾아보고자 한다.

This paper aims to examine the fundamental relationship of what principles cause the aesthetic shapes in Korean sarangbang furniture of the $19^{th}$ century. Focusing on the Greimas' isotopic and semantic structure analysis, this research analyzed the traditional Korean men's furniture in four steps; signifier analysis, isotopic analysis, semantic structure analysis, and comprehensive interpretation. The results show that the expressive qualities of sarangbang furniture included visual symmetric aesthetics, and the hues of natural materials with dark tones. The manufacturing process emphasized the characteristics of natural materials; while diversity was respected in decorations, function as restrained form was also important with a concise image. Through these characteristics, sarangbang furniture revealed a balance, a harmony of contrastive elements, and a restrained aesthetics. Within these qualities, it was seen that aesthetic principles, such as "severance and communication," "artifice and nature," "restraint and manifestation," "toughness and softness," "filling and emptying" and "decoration and utility" were in a mutually supplementary relationship. At the basis of this aesthetic thought appears to be Confucianism, which had been the model for seonbi politics and scholarship.

All costumes used for dramatic effect delivers the character's individual data such as sex, age, social position, job, personality, and sense of values in the scene and leads the progress of drama as a media that describes psychological condition and image of the drama etc. symbolically. Therefore, it has a meaning of finding out the importance of film costume, recognizing the traditional culture through the expression and creativity limited to the age in expression, finding out the unique Korean beauty and succeeding it to the future generation. The film is the first costume drama in Korea, which is remake work of Lt;Les Liasions dangereuses, 1782> in the age of the King Jeongjo in Joseon Dynasty. And is comic costume drama that the story goes as a man of the noblest birth debuts as a filthy novel writer. Both films have remarkable grace, elegance and magnificence as having Joseon Dynasty on the background, and treats irregularities and dissipation hidden in the noble society that looks elegance on the surface. There are three aesthetic symbolism in films, naturalism neat beauty, traditionality expressed.

This study was designed to examine the aesthetic characteristics of traditional wedding dress in Japan based on the internal$.$external aesthetics. They were extruded external and internal aesthetics based on pattern, color and fitting. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; Decorative characteristics in external aesthetics extracted into three factors; fantasticism, movement, amusement. The fantasticism was based on the omitted pattern, painting gold. The movement was presented through irregular composition, fitting method, and silhouette. The amusement was expressed through the composition focus on a near view and pattern reminded of bring up the image. Fitting characteristics in external aesthetics extracted into four factors; grace, cubic effect, optical illusion, and tradition. The pace was expressed through the weight, formativeness, and layered look The cubic effect was presented through spacing of belt and H-line silhouette. The optical illusion was based on the straight line of seam, V-pleats and straight silhouette of fitting, and high-waisted belt. The tradition expressed through the unchanged form since Heian-dynasty. Internal aesthetics were characterized by the naturalism and the moderation. The naturalism was presented through the natural pattern which based on subjective feeling, indignity and position of wearing man, and color based on taste. The necessaries, or pressed artificial moderation, were expressed through the clothing silhouette by simplicity.

Pro-environmental life styles, foundations of a collective civilization and preservation of our tradition at rural communities hold a great public profit value, of which importance has been strongly emphasized during last decade. Here, the environmental color is one of the most influential elements that determine the image of the rural landscape. Whenever an alternative color element is introduced to rural town, it is very important to examine its effect on the existing environmental color. Typically, a preference-surveying method has been used to evaluate the suitability of such environmental color balance. However, we note that the reliability of this method is limited by the subjectivity of a respondent. And thus, it is highly desirable to develop a more objective method. We propose a feasibility study for using an aesthetic-measure to evaluate the environmental color of a rural town. In this work, we looked into the validity of our approach by comparing its result with that of the preference-based-method as a way to determine the environmental color. Our study is based on 20 photo images from Ansung-city Yangsung-myeon Donghang 2ri Kyo-dong town in Kyongki Province.

본 연구의 목적은 소셜미디어에서 공유되는 지오태그 이미지를 활용하여 이용자가 인지하는 북한산국립공원의 경관미를 평가하는 방법을 제시하는 것이다. 연구에서 제시된 평가 방법은 크게 지오태그 이미지 데이터의 수집, 경관 이미지 식별, 조망대상 확률 지수를 적용한 누적가시도 분석의 과정으로 진행되었다. 본 연구에서 데이터로 사용한 램블러(Ramblr)는 국내에서 많은 이용자를 보유하고 있는 아웃도어 활동 지원 어플리케이션으로, 이로부터 북한산국립공원에 대한 총 110,954장의 지오태그 이미지를 수집하여 경관미 평가에 활용하였다. 수집된 지오태그 이미지들은 Google Vision API를 활용해 이미지의 내용을 해석하였으며, 이후 군집분석을 통해서 전체 수집한 사진을 총 11개의 경관이미지 유형과 9개의 비경관이미지 유형으로 구분하였다. 추출한 경관이미지를 바탕으로 북한산국립공원의 경관 유형을 분석한 결과, 봉우리나 산맥과 같은 지형적 특성과 관련한 이미지 유형이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였으며, 그 외 임내 경관, 단풍경관, 수경관이 주요한 경관 유형으로 발견되었다. 도출된 경관미 평가맵에서는 이러한 주요 경관 유형의 비중과 특성에 따라 표고 및 경사가 높을수록 전반적으로 높은 경관미를 보였다. 그러나 일부 저지대 및 완경사를 지닌 진입지역에서도 높은 경관미가 확인되었다. 또한 북한산 지역이 도봉산 지역보다 경관미가 높게 평가되었으며, 도봉산 지역의 경우에는 표고 및 경사가 높음에도 불구하고, 상대적으로 낮은 경관미가 확인되었다. 이는 경관미가 물리적인 환경 조건뿐만 아니라, 경관을 조망하는 탐방객들의 휴양 활동과도 크게 관계하고 있음을 보여준다. 이처럼 지오태그 이미지의 누적 가시도를 활용한 경관미 평가는 사람들의 인식에 기반한 경관적 가치를 지리적으로 이해하고, 그 편차를 식별할 수 있도록 함으로써 향후 북한산국립공원의 경관 계획 및 관리에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Korean sports fashion began after 1990. after 1960, using vinyl, leather, plastic ＆ metal material, Yve st. Laurent, Pierre Cardin, Andre Courrges, they lead sportive look. Head of 20th century, fashion was lead by haute­couture, after 60s. It was changed to pret­a poter. Now it can be called of american casual ＆ sports fashion. This study would be a view of modem fashion trend and process of visualization in the future. I studied in reproduction of view ＆ age of hyper media with visual circumstance ＆ artistic background and mordern fashion trend ＆ sports fashion image in korea. In conclusion, sports fashion image as visualizing aesthetic concept of modern fashion be defined as technology for man, for instance comfort, function, flexibility, simplicity and minimalism. Specically, Sports fashion was began satisfied for function after 90s, we can see variety of easy wear, hip-hop casual, entertainment sports wear, new street sports wear, luxury sports wear.

본 연구에서는 도로경관에서 중요한 요소인 가로수에 대한 감성적 이미지를 평가해보기 위하여 3차원 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 수종 계절별 경관이미지를 제작하였다. 대상지는 대구광역시 수성구에 위치한 동대구로로 설정하였으며, 평가 수종은 개잎갈나무, 메타세콰이어, 튜울립나무, 느티나무로 선정하였다. 제작된 이미지를 바탕으로 설문을 실시한 결과, 여름경관에서는 느티나무의 선호도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 가을 및 겨울경관에서는 메타세콰이어의 선호도가 높게 분석되었다. 감성적 평가요인을 도출하기 위하여 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 심미적 요인, 인지적 요인, 개성적 요인, 자연적 요인, 공간적 요인이 도출되었으며, 선호도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 모든 계절에서 공통적으로 심미적 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 메타세콰이어의 경우 겨울경관에서 다른 수종에 비해 선호도 및 긍정적 의미의 감성이미지가 높게 평가되었으며, 심미적 요인의 감소가 다른 수종에 비해 적은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 수종의 종류 및 계절변화에 따른 감성이미지의 정량적 평가를 통해 쾌적한 도로경관 조성을 위한 객관적 자료 제시 및 경관계획에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

수사법이 영상이미지를 구성하는데 중요하게 작용하는 이유는 영상이 비언어적 수단들로 소통되기 때문이다. 영상이미지에 내재된 수사법은 일차적으로는 이야기가 설득력을 갖도록 기능한다. 이차적으로 수사법은 영상을 아름답게 꾸미는 기능을 맡는다. 이로 인해 아름다운 비유법이나 신선한 수사법이 가미된 영상이미지를 접할 때 우리는 좀 더 즐거움과 기쁨을 느끼게 되는 것이다. 한편으로 헐리우드 영화에 의한 볼거리 영상과 디지털 영상 성을 강화시키는 컴퓨터에 의한 가상성의 극대화는 수사적 표현이 또 다른 차원으로 전개되고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 고전적인 서사구조와 달리 현대의 영상은 많은 기표 요소들로 기의를 구축하고 있으며, 각 기표들이 의미작용을 일으키기 위해 은유적으로 구성되고 있는 양상을 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 영상의 의미작용의 요체로서 수사법이 어떻게 작용하고 있는지를 규명하고, 효과적인 영상이미지를 구현하기 위해 수사법을 이해하도록 한다.
