This study sets out to verify the moderated mediation of followers' identification with the leader on the indirect effect of authentic leadership on organizational cynicism via psychological contract breach. A total of 279 responses from employees at companies with more than 500 employees and of diverse industries were used for analysis. Our findings showed that authentic leadership (X) had a negative indirect effect on organizational cynicism (Y) via psychological contract breach (M), and that this indirect effect was negatively moderated by identification with the leader, thereby identifying its role as a moderating mediator. Further verification revealed that the indirect effect ($X{\rightarrow}M{\rightarrow}Y$) was conditional upon the value of the moderating variable, where identification with the leader had a significant effect in the 25%, 50%, 75%, 90% levels, but not in the 10% level. The findings of this research empirically verified that greater exertion of authentic leadership lowers psychological contract breach among organization members and, consequently, organizational cynicism. In particular, this effect was stronger when the organization member identified him/herself more strongly with the leader. Our findings extend the body of knowledge on the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational cynicism and expands the possibilities for future research.

This study examines factors that influence organizational identification of employees who work for foreign multinational corporations in Korea. First, we test whether employee perceptions on leader-member exchange, trust in CEO, and career growth opportunity can influence their organizational identification. second, we also investigate moderation effects of employee perception on subsidiary level factors such as co-operation between the subsidiary and its HQ, firm reputation of the subsidiary, and opportunity to work overseas. 391 survey results from 350 subsidiaries of multinational corporations in Korea has been collected for this study. We found that leader-member exchange, trust in CEO and career growth opportunity had a positive effect on organizational identification of employees who work for foreign subsidiaries of multinational corporations in Korea. We also found partial support for the moderation effects of HQ-subsidiary interrelationship and opportunity to work overseas in the relationship between predictors and organizational identification. With this in mind, I hope this help to reconsider competitiveness of global companies in Korea by increasing organizational identification.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to figure out the tendency of the commonly-used-pattern-identification and treatment for Hyperhidrosis by reviewing Korean clinical studies. Methods 18 articles which were published from August, 2004 to December, 2018. were obtained from the National discovery for science leader (NDSL), Research information sharing service (RISS), and Oriental medicine advanced searching integrated system (OASIS) by using keyword 'hyperhidrosis'. Results The most commonly-used-pattern-identification were the patterns with 'Heart' and 'Spleen-stomach'. Hyungbangsabaek-san and Taeeumjowi-tang were the most frequently used herbal medicine. The most common acupoints was LI4. The most common method of assessment was VAS. Conclusions This study identifies the most common pattern identification and treatment for hyperhidrosis. Developing systematic standards of pattern identification and treatment can be possible with further studies.

The Leaders in organization play various core roles in workers' performance and organizational performance. A leader presents a vision and a direction to enable members to achieve higher performance. Especially, transformational leadership suggests members a strong vision and influences them to have identification with the organization. Based on previous researches, transformational leadership is a close connection to identification with job and organization satisfaction. This study explains the influence of the university professors' transformational leadership on students' university satisfaction and university identification. In this study, the subjects of statistical analysis are Chinese international students studying in Korea. As a result, first, professors' transformational leadership enhanced the level of students' university satisfaction. Second, university identification had a partial mediating influence on the relationship between professors' transformational leadership and students' university satisfaction. Professors' transformational leadership had an influence on the students' identification with their universities. Through this process, students become aware of identification and more satisfied with their universities. As a result of the transformational leadership of the professor, the identification and satisfaction of the international students will be improved and they will be better able to adapt to their study life and achieve high results. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the roles of transformational leadership as a necessary leadership for the successful study abroad life of Chinese students studying in Korea today.

RFID(Radio frequency IDentification) leader is collision of data, when recognizing the multiple tag the inside area. This collision became the cause which delays the tag recognition time of the leader. The protocol which prevents the delay of tag recognition time of the leader the place where representative it uses QT(Query Tree) algorithms, it uses a collision bit position from this paper and are improved QT-MTC(Query Tree with Multi-Tag Cognition) algorithms which it proposes. This algorithm stored the bit position which bit possibility and the collision where the collision happens occurs in the stack and goes round a tree the number of time which, it reduced could be identified two tags simultaneously in order, it was planned. A result of performance analysis, It compared in QT protocols and the this algorithm against the tag bit which is continued a tush efficiency improvement effect was visible.

After the two big wars (Imjin Woeran and Byungia Horan), the Lee Dynasty confronted rapid transitional periods in almost all aspects of the society. Corruption of the governmental system by the wars and disordered social structures also caused confusion in the social position system. In addition, development of the commercial economic system and monetary economy brought up a new rich middle-class, "Joong in Gyegeup". In ideological aspects, Confucianism indulged in and stick to isms and ics, and the Confucian morality slackened, thus a more pragmatic ideology, "Silhak Sasang", developed. And the emergence of the modern literature and art of the 'common people' was followed by the appearance of the common-people class including those having the common-people concept among the noble-class "Yangban Gyegeup". This evoked a new common costume culture and the fashion appeared. The public could no longer find the power and appeal from the preexisting ruling classes due to the changed role and sense of value. Thus, they sought a new symbolic leader group that would to be the new standard of the newly changed society. That was a group of people called as "Kisaeng" liberal and independent. They were performing social activities, enjoying poetry, music and dancing, and classy dressers, having physically attractive bodies. The erotic as well as luxurious mode proposed by them reflected the trend of that time. It concurred well with the concept and taste of the public, so it was accepted with a good response. That is, by following these leaders, the public achieved their identification and tried to share the prestige of the leaders. For this reason, the Kisaeng group attracted the public attention and led the taste of the public, thereby becoming the influential fashion leaders of that age.

RFID ( Radio Frequency IDentification ) is an automatic realization technology that recognizes things or a person with data stored tag, card, label, etc that have microchip by using radio frequency. Automation and efficient data base management(DBM) of system are possible by replaces using Bar-code that is used widely with using RFID. In this paper, we designed RFID tag data format that used to recognize information of books in Library and implemented library management system. Library management system is divided checking collection of books, self-loaning books system, self-returning books system, management books information system for a librarian. RFID leader realized information of tag and transfer it to host computer through RS-232 interface. Host computer processes and operates information with middleware. System that we made is depending on executive system for a librarian.
