The followings are the results obtained from the investigation of isolation and cultural conditions of a fungus producing antibiotic from humus, spring soil, paddy, field and etc. 1. Among fungi which were capable of antimicrobial sub stance producing at the $45^{\circ}C$, Strain H-3 was selected as test st rain because of its efficiency in antimicrobial substance producing. 2. Strain H-3 was identified as a Aspergullus fumigatus by the mophological properties. 3. The compositions of optimun media for the production of antimicrobial substance were followed;glucose 20g, $NaNO_3$ 3g, $K_2HPO_4$ 1g, $CaCl_2$ 0.5g, $MgSo_4$ 0.5g, $FeSO_4$ 0.005g. 4. Optimum culture conditions were founded to be pH 5.0, $40^{\circ}C$ respectively. 5. The maximum antimicrobial substance producing obtained in this study was showed 14mm of clear zone after 72 hrs incubation under the optimum conditions. 6. AF-c substance was active against Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria, and yeast but not mold in its biological properties.
A point of a Riemann surface X is said to be its fixed point if it is a fixed point of one of its nontrivial holomorphic automorphisms. We start this note by proving that the set Fix(X) of fixed points of Riemann surface X of genus g${\geq}$2 has at most 82(g-1) elements and this bound is attained just for X having a Hurwitz group of automorphisms, i.e., a group of order 84(g-1). The set of such points is invariant under the group of holomorphic automorphisms of X and we study the corresponding symmetric representation. We show that its algebraic type is an essential invariant of the topological type of the holomorphic action and we study its kernel, to find in particular some sufficient condition for its faithfulness.

This paper proposes printed bow-tie antennas with 3 ~ 5 GHz broadband characteristics were proposed for testing the electromagnetic immunity of automotive electrical components in the 5G frequency band. The antenna get -10 dB bandwidth in the 2.75 ~ 6 GHz frequency band and the broadside radiation pattern with S11 characteristic of -16.2 dB at resonant frequency. In testing electromagnetic immunity in the 5G mobile communication frequency band, the VSWR characteristic remained below 2.1, forming a level of 1 W as proposed by international standards. As a result, it is confirmed that the proposed antenna can be applied to antenna testing for electromagnetic immunity verification in the 5G mobile communication frequency band.

A 5G is 20 times faster than 4G. It also has hyper-connectivity, low latency merit and boundless potentials for medical education, transportation, entertainment and so on. In accordance with this, it is time to quickly look over on the utilization plan for 5G and sensible media in dance field, deal with the issue and its utilization. First of all, this study will review potential of 5G and sensible media in dance and its development plan. It seems like dance is able to communicate in a three-dimensional way. Utilizing sensible media can contribute to inform people of dance, and increase fun and interest which will make three-dimensional mutual communication. Also, in 5G environment, one can select whatever one wants in his or her viewpoint when utilizing sensible media such as VR, AR, hologram and so on. Supposing in a case of dancers and judges, it is possible for them to hire their own style of dancers in their countries. So, both the dancer and the judges have the positive merits. Third, streaming is possible without any installation, buffering is reduced. At the same time high-definition of media is allowed. This allowed collaborated performance of celebrities in dance and it also increased concentration and engagement. Dance field should acknowledge 5G sensible media, look for systemic and detailed method and disseminate and spread professional training and performance. In dance, testing fast developing sensible media due to 5G network, produce systemic dance training environment with various try is required and an effort for the performance situations in which advanced 5G sensible media is used.
Human chorionic gonadotropin hormone(H.C.G.) is secreted from the villus tissues of the placenta and excreted in lange amount into the urine. Its isolation is chiefly made from the urine of a pregnant woman. Recently, Matsushima attempted isolation of H.C.G. directly from the placenta itself. In order to prepare H.C.G. from human placenta, general method of extractiag and purifying proteins was applied. Its way was as follow: Crude H.C.G. was extracted from placenta with pH 9.0 and pH 5.0 aqua ammonia, and purified with pH 8.0 ammonia and 50% ethanol at pH 4.8. The purified H.C.G. showed two moving bands on the anode by paper electrophoresis. On the other hand, the H.C.G. from pregnancy urine (Standard. Pharm. Co.) showed same two bands but their moving ratio were different. The purified H.C.G. showed gonadotropin effect when it was injected young fomale rats 40r/cc per day for 5 days and weighted the increased ovary weight.

In 2019, 5G mobile communication technology will be commercialized. From the viewpoint of technological innovation, 5G service can be applied to other industries or developed further. Therefore, it is important to measure the demand of the Internet of things (IoT) because it is predicted to be commercialized widely in the 5G era and its demand hugely effects on the economic value of 5G industry. In this paper, we applied Bayesian method on regression model to find out the demand of 5G IoT service, wearable service in particular. As a result, we confirmed that the Bayesian regression model is closer to the actual value than the existing regression model. These findings can be utilized for predicting future demand of new industries.
Goodyera rosulacea, which is morphologically similar to G. repens, is described recently as a new species based on its distinct morphological characters such as rosette-formed leaves, short rhizome and habitat. To verify the taxonomic identity of G. rosulacea and its taxonomic relationship within Korean Goodyera taxa, sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of nuclear ribosomal DNA and the trnL region of cpDNA from 24 accessions including 1 outgroup accession were analyzed. Aligned sequences were analyzed using maximum parsimony and distance method, and the taxonomic identity and the taxonomic relationships among the related taxa were estimated by the existence of private marker gene and the phylogenetic tree of the aligned sequences. Molecular data indicate that G. rosulacea gas several private marker genes and shows monophyly in phylogenetic trees of both ITS and trnL sequences. the pairwise distance between G. rosulacea and the orher taxa of Korean Goodyera was 3.49-6.68% for ITS region and 5.05-9.53% for trnL region, indicating that G. rosulacea could be treated as an independent species. Therefore, our molecular data support the taxonomic of G. rosulacea as a distinct species of Korea. In phylogenetic trees, G. rosulacea formed same clade with G. repens, which has similar morphological characters with G. rosulacea, and showed the lowest pairwise distance with G. repens among Korean Goodyera taxa. These molecular data sugguested that G. rosulacea and G. repens are closely related taxa.
This study was investigated to prove the relation between the ingredient of Samul Chol-Pyon and its microorganism pollution level during the storage. As a result, the pollution degree in total aerobic bacteria, yeast, mold, and colitis germs of rice power turned out to have a lower one than the oriental medicine materials do. In case of preserved write Chol-Pyon, the total aerobic bacteria pollution level was 8.8 $\times$ 10$^3$CFU/g the highest degree among other ones in their among other ones in their early pollution levels and in the oriental medicine materials, the pollution level was degreased as its annex increased. Moreover, yeast propagated fast in its first day of storage, but mold grew somewhat slowly than yeast and total aerobic bacteria did. In every case, the range of colitis germs growth was between 10$^2$-10$^3$CFU/g and it was similar to the each one of total aerobic bacteria, yeast, and molds. On its third day of storage, the pollution level of mold showed 10$^4$-10$\^$5/CFU/g.
This survey was conducted to investigate about purchasing, use and management of cooking oil, and the intake amounts of each food and fats & oils from each food on 296 housewives in a big city, medium and small city, farming village, fishing village, and mountain village from June 5 to July 20 in 1987. The percentage and $x^2$-test were used in data analysis and the arithmetic mean of the gross intake divided by the total subjects gave the intake amounts per capita per day. The results of this study are as following; 1. Purchasing and keeping of cooking oil. The reading ratio of label in purchasing cooking oil was high among housewives of cities and highly educated housewives. There were dissatisfactions about quality (46.7%), price (33.7%), and packing (19.5%) after purchasing cooking oil. Cooking oil was being kept mainly in glasses (64.7%) or in synthetic plastics (31.5%), and also in dark & cool places. 2. Use and refining of cooking oil. More housewives (70.6%) kept cooking oil used once in a different container after filtering. The housewives re-using used oil after adding new oil to it were only 30.0%. There were a lot of housewives frying foods twice or three times in the same oil. 3. Intake of fats & oils and foods containing fats & oils. Average intake amounts of food containing fats & oils per person per day was 6.85g in fats & oils, 42.96g in meat & its products, 95.13g in fishes & shellfishes, 22.89g in eggs, 60.69g in legumes & its products, 61.00g in milk & milk products, 4.22g in seeds & nuts, and 9.36g in instant noodles. Average intake amounts of fats & oils per person per day taken from these foods was 6.4g from fats & oils, 2.3g from meat & its products, 4.3g from fishes & shellfishes, 2.7g from eggs, 3.0g from legumes & its products, 2.5g from milk & milk products, 1.8g from seeds & nuts, and 1.7g from instant noodles.
Increase in daily protein consumption per capita from 1975(85.1 g) to 2001(88.4 g) was 3.3 g. This trend was relatively slower than the case of Japan where daily protein consumption was 84.7 g in 1975 and 90.3 g in 2001. Animal-related protein in 2003 was 45.7 g in which 61% was originated from meat, milk and egg whereas 39% was composed of fish and its relevance. The trend of protein consumption fairly come up with the ideal ratio of 5:5 between animal-originated protein and plant-originated protein, following the base case of Japan. The effect of animal protein on human health can vary depending on one's viewpoint and its controversy is still a subject of debate. For reason, two faces of positive and negative effects on human health coexists. However, there is no doubt that positive effect is far more than negative one. It is not important whether or not animal protein is more beneficial for human health. However, it is more important how human balance between two proteins.
