Recently, web services concept is rapidly rising as new solution to solve the integration problem among heterogeneous application systems . This web servic es concept is adaptable in the field of 4S application systems integration that handles the spatial information of GIS, SIIS, GNSS and ITS. So, this paper suggests a new 4S web services model for the infrastructures of nationwide spatial clearinghouse, which is mainly based on the OGC and W3C web services specifications. Conclusively, this proposed model that could serve various spatial data and services has some advantages of being flexibly and powerfully capable of integrating the 4S application systems owing to adapting the international standard specifications of OGC and W3C.

차량 관련 기술 및 서비스가 고도화 중인 현재 차량 내외의 서비스 확장에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 다양한 연동 서비스를 통해서 차량 자체에 대한 서비스 제공뿐만이 아니라 외부와의 연결을 통한 사용자의 편의성 및 유용성을 향상하는 것이 중요하다. 최근 사물인터넷(IoT)으로 불리는 소형 연결기기 및 서비스 적용 및 출시가 주요 트렌드로 자리 잡고 있으며 전자 기기뿐만이 아닌 차량을 포함한 타 분야로의 확장을 통한 서비스의 고도화 및 다양화를 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차량 측면에서 최근 확장되고 있는 IoT 기술에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 IoT 기술 방향성을 제시한다. 먼저 차량 서비스 및 IoT 서비스에 대한 분석을 진행하여 차량과 IoT 간 연동 서비스 출시 시 고려해야 할 사항 및 가이드라인을 제시한다. 추가로 현재 출시 중인 차량과 홈 IoT 기기 간 연동 서비스 사례들을 통해 전반적인 차량 연동 IoT 서비스에 대한 중요 시사점 및 향후 방향성에 관해서 기술한다.

본 연구는 빅데이터 시대의 도래와 함께 다양한 분야에서 연구의 초점이 되고 있는 빅데이터를 재조명한 것이다. 빅데이터의 개념, 제기되는 중요한 이슈, 도서관 정보서비스에의 활용이라는 세 가지 연구문제를 각종 문헌과 사례를 검토하여 밝히고자 하였다. 연구결과 빅데이터의 개념은 현실사회의 맥락에서 분석, 가치가 부가되어야 그 의미가 있음을 밝혀냈으며, 데이터의 정확성이나 신뢰성에 대한 문제, 개인정보보호, 보완, 윤리적 이슈, 지적재산권 등 다양한 이슈가 빅데이터 연구와 연관되어 제시됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이러한 이슈에 대한 문제제기를 이해한 가운데 빅데이터는 도서관 정보서비스에 활용될 수 있다고 판단했는데 도서관의 비전과 전략 수립에 도입하거나 지역사회를 지원하고 맞춤형 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 근거를 제시하는 등 효과적으로 활용될 수 있다고 결론지었다.

본 연구는 최근 한국 사회복지서비스의 변화를 민영화이론, 복지혼합, 소비자주의 접근으로 설명하는 것이 제한적이라고 보고 서비스 행위자간 관계분석으로 변화를 설명하고자 하였다. 사회복지서비스의 네 행위자인 이용자, 전달자, 제공자, 정부가 맺는 여섯 차원의 관계에서 변화를 공식성과 평등성 이라는 기준으로 분석하였다. 이 결과 한국 사회복지서비스에서 행위자들의 관계가 온정적이고 시혜적인 성격의 비공식적이고 위계적인 관계에서 공식성과 평등성을 강화하는 방식으로 제도화되고 있음을 포착하였다. 이러한 관계는 계약적 방식에 기초하고 있으며 행위자 권리의 제도적 기초가 형성된 점이 의미 있는 변화로 발견되었다. 반면, 정부와 다른 행위자들과의 관계가 가지는 불명료성이 딜레마로 분석되었다. 이 딜레마는 사회복지서비스 공급에서 서비스 질 관리라는 정부의 역할을 구체화하면서 해결되어야 함을 제안하였다.

RcsA is a positive activator of extracellular polysaccharide (EPS) synthesis in the Enterobacteriaceae. The rcsA gene of the soft rot pathogen Pantoea sp. strain PPE7 in Pleurotus eryngii was cloned by PCR amplification, and its role in EPS synthesis and virulence was investigated. The RcsA protein contains 3 highly conserved domains, and the C-terminal end of the open reading frame shared significant amino acid homology to the helix-turn-helix DNA binding motif of bacterial activator proteins. The inactivation of rcsA by insertional mutagenesis created mutants that had decreased production of EPS compared to the wild-type strain and abolished the virulence of Pantoea sp. strain PPE7 in P. eryngii. The Pantoea sp. strain PPE7 rcsA gene was shown to strongly affect the formation of the disease symptoms of a mushroom pathogen and to act as the virulence factor to cause soft rot disease in P. eryngii.

웹서비스는 e-비즈니스에서 반드시 필요한 핵심 기술로 인터넷을 이용한 오픈 네트워크를 통하여 단일 또는 다수의 비즈니스 간 기존 어플리케이션 시스템을 표준화된 기술로 결함 시킴으로써 언제, 어디서나, 동일 환경에서 원하는 정보나 서비스를 제공해 주는 총체적 서비스이다. 그러나 현재의 웹서비스 검색 시스템들은 단순한 텍스트 위주의 검색 서비스 방식으로 단어의 유사성 및 상관관계 등을 파악한 신뢰성 있는 결과를 제공하지 못하며 현재 이러한 시맨틱 웹 기능이 포함된 웹서비스 검색 모델은 거의 존재하지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 기존 웹서비스 검색 모델을 보완하기 위해 일반 웹 문서 검색, UDDI 검색, 시맨틱 문서 검색이 모두 가능한 확장된 시맨틱 웹서비스 검색 모델을 설계 및 구현하였다. 마지막으로 제안 시스템의 실행 결과를 제시하여 그 효율성과 정확성을 검증해 보이고자 한다.

Purpose - This paper studies whether CISG can be a suitable governing law for pure service contracts. When CISG was first drafted, there was little disagreement on the fact that contracts for the sale of goods and those for the provision of services were two different types of contract. Based on this understanding, CISG explicitly provides that the Convention will apply to contracts where the preponderant part of the contractual obligation is on the sale of goods, not services. However, as more sales transactions have come to include more elements of services, mainly due to the advancement of the IoT industry, the distinction between goods and services became more blurred. Based on the observation of recent changes, some scholars even argue that such a change supports the applicability and suitability of CISG to even pure service contracts. The purpose of this paper is to critically analyze and evaluate their argument. Design/methodology - This paper focuses on two separate but related issues: CISG's 'applicability' and 'suitability' to service contracts. For the first issue, this paper will examine the rules of interpretation of international treaties under the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties of 1969, and will apply its rules to find the proper answer. For the second issue, this paper will perform logical and empirical analyses on the reasoning employed by scholars claiming the suitability of CISG to service contracts. Findings - This paper concludes that CISG does not, and should not, apply to pure service contracts. The argument that CISG applies to pure service contracts directly contravenes Article 3(2) of the Convention, which expressly states that it does not apply to a contract wherein the preponderant part of its obligation is about services rather than sales. Similarly, CISG is not a suitable governing law for pure service contracts because it aims provide rules specifically tailored to the needs of transactions of sales of goods, not services. Servitization of sales of goods transaction does not change this conclusion. Originality/value - This paper presents different views from those offered by some eminent scholars on the issue of applicability and suitability of CISG to service contracts. By doing so, it is hoped that the confusion caused in discussions so far are clarified. Hopefully, this paper can also provide practical guidance to practitioners engaged in the fields of international sales, services, and IoT industries.

현재 국내 사용중인 DSRC 방식은 단거리 무선 통신으로 다양한 ITS 서비스를 제공함에 있어 한계가 있었다. 그래서, 자체 개발로 WAVE 기술을 적용하여 만든 WAVE/DSRC 복합 무선 플랫폼으로 데이터 전송 속도를 개선하였고 전송 범위도 크게 확대하였다. 이에 대한 개략적인 H/W 및 S/W에 대해 본문에 정리를 하였다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 ITS 서비스와 연관된 BSM, SPAT, MAP, 도로영상정보 등 다양한 서비스를 구현하였으며 기 개발한 WAVE/DSRC 복합 무선 플랫폼을 활용하여 실제 필드에서의 환경을 고려한 시나리오를 바탕으로 여러 가지 테스트를 진행하였다. 실제 필드에서의 이러한 에뮬레이션 과정을 통해 우리는 WAVE/DSRC 복합 무선 플랫폼의 우수성을 다시 한번 검증할 수 있었고, 실제 현장 운영에서 개발 서비스의 유용성과 가능성을 예측할 수 있었다.

The IT outsourcing industry has been widespread for decades since the growth of the system integration industry stagnates and companies need to curtail expenses and improve the quality of IT services. According to previous studies on the success factors of the IT outsourcing, its transition phase is significant because of continuity of business and the handover of knowledge. Since a transition phase consists of several projects, but its goal is different from general projects, it needs special and professional management. Therefore, recent IT outsourcing business starts to introduce PMO (project management offices), of which success strongly depends on the competencies of the PMO. However, there are only few studies on which competencies of the PMO are important. In this paper, we suggest an evaluation model of transition PMO competencies derived using the repertory grid technique and the analytic hierarchy process. Additionally, we compare the differences between the views of several stakeholders on the importance of the competencies.
