RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to create a ubiquitous society as a basis for the core technology-based and community-based technology, the development of technologies that go toward the new growth engines in Korea, one of the IT839 strategy is. This paper ubiquitous RFID technology to keep pace with the present management in society has developed a robot. The system is applied to the RFID cards by using the present management system to manage the personal attendance and reduce the hassle by installing a camera in a robot to prevent a proxy attendance, it added effect. In addition to the robot to determine the user's business to manage attendance, in addition to the menu over lunch with the correct time off work and out of business, and so the record companies and the lab is also possible to take full advantage of the system is introduced.

본 논문에서는 IT839의 추진으로 등장한 와이브로(WiBro) 서비스와 HSDPA 서비스와의 관계를 정리하고, 현재 사업 현황과 식별체계와의 관계를 고찰한다. 특히 통신 서비스 통합식별체계로 부상하고 있는 ENUM을 살펴보고, 이를 통한 와이브로 서비스 활성화 방안을 모색한다.

소득 2만불 시대를 위한 IT839 기술 중 서비스와 인프라에 해당하는 RFID와 USN은 학계에서의 많은 연구 노력과 다양한 분야에 대한 응용 노력에도 불구하고 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 실현을 위한 통합된 글로벌 네트워크 기술을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 USN과 RFID을 통합하는 글로벌 인프라스트럭처의 구현을 목표로 Auto-ID Labs에서 수행하고 있는 EPC 센서 네트워크 연구를 소개한다. EPC 센서 네트워크는 국제 표준인 EPCglobal 네트워크를 기반으로 USN과 RFID 기술을 인터넷과 통합하는 아키텍처를 제공함으로써 언제 어디서나 인터넷을 기반으로 다양한 센서 네트워크와 RFID 서비스를 제공하는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 실현을 앞당기게 될 것이다.

최근 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 기술은 IT 839 전략의 일환으로서 정부 부처 및 유통 물류 시장을 중심으로 다양한 분야의 시범사업에 활용되고 있다. 이처럼 RFID 기술 및 시스템 도입이 진행되면서, RFID 기술 활용을 통한 실질적인 부가가치 창출 및 프로세스 개선 효과는 RFID 소프트웨어로부터 창출된다는 인식이 점차 확산되고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 RFID 하드웨어와 RFID 응용 애플리케이션을 연동하는 RFID 미들웨어를 중심으로, RFID 소프트웨어의 역할 및 기술 현황을 정리하고 관련 국제 표준화 동향을 소개하고자 한다.

Although the fuzzy logic controller(FLC) has been adopted in many engineering applications, its performance is not guaranteed since there is no definite theoretic analysis. It may be the main factor that one hesitates to adopt the FLC in critical applications. In this paper, observing the similarity in the pattern of control input between the FLC and a conventional robust controller, i.e., the variable structure controller, we present theoretic analysis for robustness of a fuzzy control system based on the Lyapunov theory.

This paper describes the development of a new type of an integrated optical filter using the frequency characteristics of a directly-connected directional coupler with a Rib waveguide. It has been designed for multiplexing and demultiplexing light froups in different wavelength regions. Also, the effects of higher modes, couplings between input waveguides or output waveguides, and dispersion of material are considered.

IT839정책에 따라 BcN 인프라를 기반으로 통신, 방송, 인터넷망이 융합되고, 폐쇄형망이였던 통신, 방송망이 개방되고 수직, 수평적 로밍이 가능한 다양한 서비스가 출현함에 따라 다양한 공격이 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 사전에 공격을 예측하고 대응할 수 있는 BcN 정보보호프레임워크가 필요하다. 이는 기존지식을 통합, 체계화하는 작업이 선행되어야 하며 그에 따른 DB를 설계하고자 한다. 또한 향후 개발이 필요한 신규정보보호기술 과제를 도출하는데 사용할 수 있다.

In this paper, a speech enhancement system using microphone array with adaptive Post-Processing is implemented in real-lime with TMS320C6201 DSP. It consists of delay-and-sum beamformer and adaptive post-processing filters with NLMS (Normalized Least Mean Square) algorithm. THS1206 ADC is used for collection of 4-channel microphone signals. Sizes of program memory, data ROM and data RAM of the implemented system are 15,744, 748 and 47,540 bytes, respectively. Finally 21.839${\times}$106 clocks per second is required for real-time operation.

The research was conducted to investigate the effects of intermediate diaphragm in concrete girder bridge. The analytical variables consisted of various types(reinforced concrete and steel) and locations of intermediate diaphragm, slab thickness, girder spacing etc. Finite element analyses of the bridge model assuming simply support condition. The Vertical load distribution was determined to be essentially independent of type and location of intermediate diaphragms. Also, it is found that the practical design of intermediate diaphragm may be revised.
