The wave of 4PL added to strategic consulting based on new IT techniques, for example RFID, with logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service is a great issue. It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position. This study deals with the new logistics system, air cargo logistics system based on u-4PL system, RFID and EPCglobal network, that will bring many advantages.

Recently, internal information leaks is increasing rapidly by internal employees and authorized outsourcing personnel. In this paper, we propose a method to integrate internal control systems like system access control system and Digital Rights Managements and so on through expansion model of SIEM(Security Information Event Management system). this model performs a analysis step of security event link type and validation process. It develops unit scenarios to react illegal acts for personal information processing system and acts to bypass the internal security system through 5W1H view. It has a feature that derives systematic integration scenarios by integrating unit scenarios. we integrated internal control systems like access control system and Digital Rights Managements and so on through expansion model of Security Information Event Management system to defend leakage of internal information and customer information. We compared existing defense system with the case of the expansion model construction. It shows that expanding SIEM was more effectively.

IT 기술의 혁신과 저변 확대로 모든 조직들이 정보시스템 구축을 통해 업무의 성과창출 및 생산성 제고 등의 효과를 거두고 있으며, 이에 정보시스템의 규모는 점점 방대해지고 투자비용은 지속적으로 증대하고 있다. 상대적으로 정보시스템에 대한 유지 관리 부문의 비용도 급증하고 효율성 측면에서도 문제가 되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 특정기관의 정보시스템 유지 관리 부문 중에서도 특히 아웃소싱에 대한 문제점과 비효율성을 진단하고 개선점을 도출하여 효율화 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically confirm the effect of the characteristics of construction workers on the occurrence of defects in construction. In this study, the degree of direct construction is measured through the ratio of the direct recruitment and outsourcing manpower of the original contractor, and the effect of this on the occurrence of defects is empirically analyzed using financial data. In addition, it is verified whether the degree of defect occurrence varies depending on the job skill level of the direct hired personnel inputted to the construction. Through this, it will be possible to prepare an argument for revitalizing the direct construction of construction companies and an opportunity to promote it.

Capstone design course has been opened in order to improve students' practical project in undergraduate courses. This paper presents the efficient operation method for capstone design course. The proposed capstone design is operated such as outside outsourcing institute of industry, that is, the industry suggests the topics and fourth grade students work on this project during this year, and third grade students take over same project and proceed to improve in next year, so it is the continuous operating. Based on this system, industry can get the desired project outputs, and the university can give practical team project experience for students, so a mutual benefit between the industry and university can be possible. The proposed operating system is actually applied to the department of computer engineering, the questionnaire surveys are performed to participated students and corporate mentors, and then the operating results of the proposed system are analyzed.

Recently the leak of personal information from in-house and contract-managed companies has been continually increasing, which leads a regular observation on outsourcing companies that perform the personal information management system to prevent dangers from the leakage, stolen and loss of personal information. However, analyzing many numbers of computers in limited time has found few difficulties in some circumstances-such as outsourcing companies that own computers that have personal information system or task continuities that being related to company's profits. For the reason, it is necessary to select an object of examination through identifying a high-risk of personal data leak. In this paper, this study will formulate a proposal for the selection of high-risk subjects, which is based on the user interface, by digital forensic. The study designs the integrated analysis tool and demonstrates the effects of the tool through the test results.

It has been four years after outsouring to private outsourced institute about calculating the costs on defense industry was commenced. Although the objectivity and reliablity has been improved somewhat, there were also a negative view of spending more time and money such as a costing official re-calculates the costs on the results by out-sourced institute. Therefore I want to study on countermeasure about the risks according to the importance by analysing a priority with deriving susceptible risk factors from the outsourced institute's conduct of calculating the costs in defense industry through this study. The purpose of this study contributes to the reduction of defense budget, a guarantee of the reasonable profit for defense suppliers and the improvement the effective strength of an army with a smooth supply procurement by managing the risks in advance about the conduct regarding to the outsourcing for calculating costs on defense materials in the future.

The third party logistics(3PL) is generally understood as the logistics activities providing a comprehensive logistics services, all or partly outsourced by the customers on a larger term contract basis, ranging from making logistics strategies to implementing information technology services. A lot of companies in advanced countries such as the U.S.A. or some of the European countries have actively outsourced to logistics service providers in efforts to increase the efficiencies in logistics operation rather than doing themselves. In light of these environments, outsourcing to third parties has become a strategic issue demanding greater attention in corporate boardrooms. First, after deciding their logistics outsourcing, the companies have to set up their aims of 3PL through the development of logistical strategies. Second, the companies must decide service provider that fits to their business environment and conditions. As it is reported that 3PL services will bring a high rate of return and its potential will be more signigicant, providers and users of 3PL services and government ministry should prepare the way of improvement of logistics institution and plan to activate 3PL services to reach the advanced foreign countries level.

This study aimed to explore the status of food service outsourcing behavior of long-term care institutions (LTCIs) through a cross-sectional survey using a questionnaire administered between July 16th and August 7th, 2020. The survey respondents were either dietitians or facility managers, who worked at 731 nursing homes, 477 group homes, and 673 day-care centers. Approximately 25.9% of nursing homes, 11.7% of group homes, and 33.1% of day-care centers used a managed-services company to operate their food service units. The main reason for outsourcing food service by nursing homes was related to the staffing of dietitians and cooks, whereas group homes and day-care centers outsourced food services due to factors relating to meal costs and the cooking process. Almost all the LTCIs entered into private contracts for outsourced food services. Only a few food service contracts included the types of meals, nutrition standards such as protein and calories per meal, and the parameter or ratio of food cost. Of the respondents, 84.5% from nursing homes, 87.5% from group homes, and 87.1% from day-care centers agreed that the quality of outsourced food services of the LTCIs should be regulated. Meals are essential for maintaining the health and functional status of LTCI users. As more LTCIs outsource their food services, we suggest the following: (1) Increasing the minimum dietitian staffing standards for LTCIs as per the Welfare of Senior Citizens Act and requiring at least one dietitian for every nursing home, (2) Making it mandatory to use a standard food service contract template when drafting food service contract, and (3) Developing realistic standards for food service operations considering the size and operation type of the LTCIs.

This paper analyzes the effects of trade on demand for labor of trading firms in Korea. We apply system GMM methodology to estimate the effects of imports and exports on employment of Korean manufacturing firms using firm-level data from the Survey of Business Activities of Statistics Korea between 2006 and 2014. According to our estimated results, for firms with high-productivity, exports have a positive and significant effect on the labor demand, while other firms do not show any such significant effects. Furthermore, our results show that offshoring mitigates the positive effects of exports on employment, since tasks within the firms can be relocated abroad. On the other hand, an increase in imports reduces demand for labor because labor is replaced with low-priced imported inputs. Also, when firms partake in global outsourcing, the negative effects of imports are mitigated as those firms expand their production by enhancing their efficiency in the process of offshoring. Therefore, our results suggest that it is important to consider heterogeneous firm productivity as well as offshoring in analyzing the effect of trade on labor demand of firms.
