ICT is the main driving force of Korea's economic growth. Korea has the world's best ICT competitiveness, and several policies are being implemented to maintain it. However, for successful policy implementation, it is crucial to understand ICT trends accurately. Therefore, this study analyzes the trends of 18 core technologies in the ICT field. In particular, the degree of scientific development and commercialization by technology are investigated through research paper analysis and patent analysis, respectively. Then, the trends shown by document type are compared based on the two analysis results. As a result, artificial intelligence and virtual reality are at the stage where commercialization is actively taking place after scientific development, and at the same time, since research is being conducted, it is expected to develop continuously. On the other hand, quantum computer and implantable device are in the basic research stage. It is necessary to understand the current research status and determine the direction of future support. The results of the ICT trend analysis conducted in this study can be used as a criterion for determining the future direction of Korean policy.

Recent trends of interior design have a focus on creation of more various meanings rather than past ideology which sought after the compatibility to the function of modem design. These trends requires integral understanding of social and cultural ideologies with a sens of values for a certain periods. In addition, they also require creativity which able to read, find and solve consumer's diverse demand and desire. Considering the effort of trend forecasting in Korea is still heavily rely on the foreign trend shows, it is natural to attempt to study the analytical forecasting methodology based upon more systematic principles which lead to more objective outcome, when the understanding, forcasting and analysis of interior decoration trend are required. In this thesis, the analysis and forecasting of interior decoration trend are studied by means of verbal image code process which involves the induction of design concept through data extraction, classification and analysis, in order to understanding and satisfying the diversified consumer's demand and trend. The coding process of verbal image is understanding as general concept. by extracting common elements from abstract and individual image, and/or specific concept. Therefore, it is proposed that the database building and data mining process of verbal Image, and subsequent development of programming skill can be applied as more efficient tool for various verbal image process.

Objectives: After the discontinuance of the Women's Health Initiative (WHI)clinical trial in the U.S. in July 2002, I thought that the domestic medical field would come to a crisis in hormonal treatment for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. However, the domestic condition of HRT has barely changed. This study was designed to investigate world research trends in HRT and bring forward the response of the Traditional Korean Medicine (TKM) Research Group. Methods: I investigated recent domestic ;md world research trends about HRT and climacteric syndrome. Based on this analysis, I predicted western medical research trends and direction for HRT and medical care of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. Results and Conclusions: I propose that we (TKM Research Group) have to explain the side effects of HRT for postmenopausal women and try to suggest complementary therapy for it. For that aim, the Association of Korean Medicine's effort is very important, as well as personal practitioner's actions.

The purpose of this study is to construct the fundamental data for setting a valid viewpoint as the base of landscape planning and management practices. To do this, we analyzed the preceding dissertations and landscape plan reports which presented the selection criteria of viewpoint. 37 research samples containing the criteria of viewpoint were investigated. The selection criteria and trends of viewpoint were analyzed as follows : Firstly, by analyzing the preceding researches we were able to grasp the criteria that had been used to set viewpoint. Secondly, we investigated the differences in criteria of selecting the viewpoint according to the research type, research time and view object. Finally, we analyzed the trends of viewpoint selection criteria and classified the characteristics and selection criteria of viewpoint based on an overview of the research content. It can be concluded that the criteria of viewpoint are intimately linked to the view object, the purpose and role of viewpoint which is related to the landscape planning and management practices. According to this study, we can find that the selection criteria and trends of viewpoint have been used in the research related to the view plane following the 1990's. Hereafter, additional research and the comparisons with researches abroad is necessary to set the objective selection criteria of viewpoint.

The problem of climate change is intensifying around the world, and the increasing use of fossil fuels is causing a variety of problems. In particular, interest in renewable energy is increasing due to the acceleration of carbon neutrality policies. In this study, we utilized SCOPUS DB to identify trends in renewable energy research. We obtained 1,353 data for which abstracts were available and performed data preprocessing to analyze them. Topic modeling analysis showed that renewable and energy were the most important keywords. In addition, electricity, solar, wind, etc. were analyzed as important keywords. Through the results of this study, it is expected that practitioners of renewable energy-related companies can utilize the research trends related to renewable energy in practice.

This study analyzed the trends of applications for patents, utility models, and designs related to leggings in order to understand the trend of development of technologies for leggings products that are continuously growing in the fashion market. In this study, trends in patent, utility model, and design applications related to leggings products filed from 2001 to 2020 with the Korean Intellectual Property Office were analyzed. As a result, first, the trends of applications for patents, utility models, and designs by year showed that the applications began to rise from 2006 and increased sharply in the 2010s. Second, applications for patents and utility models were analyzed by subject and, according to the results, the applications for compression shaping functionality were the most frequent, followed by those for construction/sewing, those for accessories and others, those for system/device, and those for multi-functionality. Third, when applications for designs were classified by target for wearing and by type of leggings, applications for general leggings designs were the most frequently filed, followed by applications for: item attachment type leggings, shapewear leggings, leggings for men, leggings for pregnant women, leggings for children, and leggings for the disabled. Although this study is limited to domestic patents, utility models, and design applications, it collected useful information related to leggings products and presented directions for future development.

This study was done to analyze research trends and to suggest future perspectives for nursing research on meditation. The author reviewed 41 foreign research papers which had been published in the Journal of Consulting & Clinical Psychology(JCC) between 1966 and 1986, The Journal of Transpersonal Psychology(JTP) between 1967 and 1987, and The Journal of Counseling Psychology (JCP) between 1965 and 1994. The analysis of the studies focused on the concept of meditation, the type of study design, type of research subjects, type of meditation, the results of study, and the applied type of counseling and psychotherapy. The results of the study are summarized as follows : (1) When the study designs were analyzed six categories were identified (Literature reviews, Experiments, Surveys, Comparative study, Qualitative study, Others), and the majority of the studies were found to be Literature reviews (36.6%), or Experimental studies(39%), The number of studies on meditation has increased since the 1970's. (2) Most studies approached meditation with Zen and Yoga(72.5%) which were called concepts of Indian meditation from 1970's to the later of 1980's. TM(Transcendental Meditation) was used in the 1970's. (3) On the type of meditation, most studies used Zen meditation which was called a method of Buddhistic meditation(43.9%). (4) On the studies of meditation effect, most were about psychological changes(48.5%), and psychological changes and physiological changes(37.1%). (5) On the types of the study subjects it was found that 15 studies dealt with literature, nine studies investigated college students, and eight studies investigated the meditator. (6) Most of study showed the results of the meditation effect to be positive (80%). On the basis of the above findings the following recommendations are made : (1) It's necessary to do a reliable and variable analysis of research trends on meditation. (2) There is a need to study the effects of meditation in order to clarify meditation application in counseling.

The purpose of this study is to investigate recognition degree and acceptability of fashion trends of new consumers who live in digital era, and to determine how these factors have influence on their use of fashion trend information. The study was conducted with 696 people from 15 to 34 years old. A self-administrated questionnaire based on the results of previous researches was developed. The data were analyzed with statistical analyses such as frequency analysis, mean, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis. The results are as follows: first, new digital consumer's recognition degree (RD) of fashion trends is 7.85 on the average, given that the top of scale is 20.0, it is quite low. Of fashion trend RD, fashion item RD is the highest. The female subjects recognize fashion trends better than the male subjects. Second, fashion trend acceptance of new digital generation is classified into 5 factors: 'search acceptance', 'lead acceptance', 'follow acceptance', 'non-acceptance', and 'delay acceptance'. The female subjects show higher degree in the factors of 'search acceptance', 'lead acceptance' and 'follow acceptance' of fashion trend than the males; hence it means that the females have more positive attitudes in fashion trend acceptance than the males. Third, there are significant differences between genders in the fashion information utilization. Compared to the males, the females more use fashion information on style, fabrics and color. Concludingly, their fashion trend recognition degree and acceptance made an influence in part on their utilization of fashion information.

The purpose of this study is to investigate research trends about elementary environmental education through the analysis of theses published from January, 1991 to June, 2011 in the scientific journals. For the analysis of theses, we set standards of analysis including the number of theses, research topics, research methods, the designs of study and the objects of study. The number of theses used for the analysis was 186 volumes by limiting as Journal of KOSEE (The Korean Society for Environmental Education), Journal of KASE (The Korean Association for Science Education) and Journal of KESES (The Korean Society of Elementary Science Education). The results of study are as follows. First, in the analysis of theses according to the published year, we discovered that the volumes of theses related elementary environmental education were more than 50% of theses published in the Journal of KOSEE since mid-2000s. Second, the theses about environmental education curriculum were most common topic in the research topics, and the next things were status and actual condition, environmental perspective, and theory and policy. Third, as the most common things in research methods and the designs of study, 38.6% of theses have focused on the 'development and application' as research methods and 50.5% of theses have used 'quantitative research' as the designs of study. Fourth, the most common study in the theses was to target elementary school students, then it was literatures, then teachers, and environmental facility. On the basis of the results of this research, we suggest that various studies and environmental education programs can develop student's right environmental perspective and teacher's recognition about environmental education must be presented.
