High speed railroad project management has been almost completed by starting operation of Seoul-Busan high speed railroad with the exception of a few constructing blocks currently in April, 2004. After Korea Rail Network Authority was established in 2004, it needs to develop new project management system for both conventional railroad construction and high speed railroad construction for domestic railroad projects, while it plans to invest in overseas railroad project for logistics innovation and improvement in passenger transport services on a large scale. Therefore this paper provides the method that we can adapt the project management system for high speed railroad containing experiences and know-how from construction of high speed railroad for both conventional railroad construction and high speed railroad construction or improve project management system for high speed railroad to use it as project management system for overseas railroad projects.

The waterproofing in slab and wall of underground structure, have a couple of construction methods which are inside waterproofing methods for inner surface, and outside waterproofing methods for out wall and slab surface waterproofing. In resent years, however, it has been adapted the inside waterproofing construction method, as increasing of construction expenses cost and low workability and technology, nevertheless, outside waterproofing has set a most high value construction method. In inside waterproofing construction method, it is difficult to repair and assure durability and safety for concrete which has direct water-press. So, It is necessary for adopt the outside waterproofing method.

본 연구는 공공건축물의 실적공사비 분석을 통해 총공사비에 대한 적정보정율을 기초자료로 제시하고자 한다. 이에 대해 조달청에서 발주한 2009~2011년에 준공된 53개 프로젝트를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 공사비 분석은 주요 공정인 건축, 기계, 전기, 통신, 부대시설에 대하여 빈도론적 관점에서 중위수를 활용한 절대오차율을 기반으로 총공사비에 대해 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 적합회귀모형을 선정하고 보정율을 책정하였다.

With the social demands for tall building, the level of techniques for construction become high and there are various building materials. Also, the construction system become very complicated with the increase of worker. In spite of above facts, the method of construction management depends on the experimental capacity of a construction manager, and there are many unreasonable elements. These elements prevent well-going in construction process. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make a new system of construction management which is adequate for the condition of company and the contents of construction. In this study, the characteristic of production system and the present condition of construction management were investigated with the help of survey. Thus, the new method of construction management which can clear the previous problems was proposed.

Construction period is longer than the non-disclosure in civil construction of apartment house. And this process is intensive at the beginning and end of construction. Because this project management expertise is required. Nevertheless, subsidiary work(Working avoid a tendency of advanced technician, Frequent turnover and employment contracts, etc.) management attention of construction is at a lower level. Because of, there are the bad factors(trial and error, finish degradation, etc.). Therefore, this study analyzed Hindrance Factor of quality control on apartment complex construction work and presented importance of civil construction engineer's role. Also, forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction was investigated for the construction. To this end, It analyzes the relationship between forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction and Construction of evaluation as required by Construction Technology Management Act.

건설경기의 악화에 따른 건설업체 경영상태의 악화는 단순히 건설업체만의 문제가 아니다. 즉, 건설산업은 건설업체뿐만 아니라 공공기관, 금융기관, 가계 등 다양한 시장참여자가 공동으로 관계하고 있기 때문에 심각한 경제적 손실을 야기할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 건설경기 변동과 건설업체 부실화 변화 과정 사이의 관계를 살펴보는 것은 중요한 의미를 지니게 된다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 건설업체 부실화 정도와 건설경기 간의 관계성을 실증분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 KMV 모형을 활용하여 예상부도확률을 측정하고 이를 건설업체 부실화의 대리변수로 활용하였다. 건설경기 변수들의 경우 공사종류별로 세분화하였다. 즉 주거용, 비주거용, 토목용 건설투자액을 공종별 건설경기를 대리하는 변수로 활용하였다. 이러한 변수들을 활용하여 본 논문에서는 벡터오차수정모형(VECM)을 활용하였다. 분석결과를 통해 살펴본 바, 건설업체들은 먼저 사업포트폴리오를 다양화할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 건설업체의 경영상태가 악화되게 되면 시장상황이 좋아지더라도 이를 원래 상태로 회복하는 것은 상당히 힘든 것으로 판단된다. 즉 건설업체의 경영상태가 양호해지기 위해서는 시장상황즉, 외부환경의 변화도 매우 중요하겠지만 그보다 더 기업내부적인 역량강화가 절실할 것으로 판단된다.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is being widely spread in AEC industry worldwide and also in South Korea. Although the creation of digital model is better to be started at design stage, it can also improve the productivity of construction by simulating the actual construction process and environment. This paper presents application of BIM-based simulations related with design changes to transfer floors in 58-storey reinforced concrete office building. Transfer floor is not only a structurally important part of the building but also a challenging part of the actual construction in terms of sequence and period due to the complexity of the work. Preconstruction of rebar, mechanical, and plumbing is performed to review the construction drawings and to perform clash detection. Each item of application is evaluated for its effectiveness on actual construction and for the development potential.

Construction plans for large construction projects are problems such as Incompatibility of information, omissions due to technical limitations of 2D CAD. In addition to, Plan established for the validation such as process, cost and construction technology plan is difficult. By occurring Frequent changes in the course of business, Inefficiency of management has occurred. In the construction process, there is occurred costs and construction delays due to reconstruction or communication error. In this study, It was deemed BIM will complement Existing 2D CAD problem. And, BIM case studies in the construction phase of domestic construction were analyzed, How to apply BIM in the construction phase investigated.

The labor cost on construction project of Korea is calculated based on the Wage Rate in Construction of Korea which is published by Construction Association of Korea. The Wage Rate in Construction of Korea does not have any variation on the wage following skill level of labor although it has 123 work categories. In addition, the classification on skill level and career of construction labor in Korea does not defined. Therefore, to establish the concept of the classification on skill level and career of construction labor, this study aim to compare the difference between Wage Rate in Construction of Korea with Award system which present grade on skilled labor.
